We ordered Hungry Caterpillar custom cookies from Vanessa and they turned out amazing! Everyone said they tasted great too! She was so easy to work with and pick up couldnt have been smoother!

She did not resist and ate the second one without painting it. Can’t wait to order and try something else. Now I want every piece of the bakery shop. I ordered by mail and received it without a problem, very fast and in perfect conditions.

I have taken 2 cookie decorating classes and LOVED them. She gives you a little kit with everything you need to decorate, walks you through the designs, and chooses designs that are simple enough that my 8 yr old could do them with ease! The classes are great and gave me way more confidence to try it on my own. She even gives you the recipes she uses!!

I needed (wanted really badly) Lord of the Rings themed cookies for my daughter's 13th birthday. Sweet Details went above and beyond with her cookies. They were the star of the party and my daughter loved them. If I ever need cookies again I will not hesitate to order from Sweet Details!

I took a cake decorating class and it was very informative and useful. The owner was kind and helpful in giving tips and a step by step tutorial. She was very knowledgeable and prepared and helped me become a better cake decorator. If you are just starting to decorate cakes, I would highly recommend taking this class.

Vanessa was so sweet, and her desserts were delicious! She took the time to tell me about her business, and the effort she puts into every item really shows. The cake sampler was so much fun - it wasn't even for a wedding for us, it was just to enjoy, and enjoy we did!

Vanessa is truly a gem to work with. She made my wedding cake as well as French macrons for my guests. people raved about the macrons, they were the best I tasted. The wedding cake was perfection and everything I hoped for.

Vanessa brought all of my dessert dreams to life for my wedding day. She was so patient and kind when I had a million questions and went back and forth on what desserts I wanted and how much I should get. Vanessa is an excellent teacher, and the themes she comes up with for her classes are sooo so cute. Best of all, the cookies tasted as great as they looked! Me and me sisters got the cake tasting box just for fun, we got the fruity and floral version. The cakes and frosting were DELICIOUS, and a great deal for 25$. A great activity for an afternoon!

My sisters and I ordered a cake tasting just for fun and it did not disappoint!! I loved that there was an option to do a tasting “just because” since it wasn’t for a wedding, just for a girls day!! We had three different kinds of cake with 6 kinds of frosting and filling. Every bite mixed and matched was fantastic!! My favorite was the coconut cake with passion fruit filling and honey buttercream!! The cakes were tender, the frostings and fillings were amazing!! Highly recommend these incredible cakes, and a cake tasting!!!

Beyond amazing! Vanessa crafted the most beautiful dessert display for our wedding that matched our theme of *Country Club Garden Party*. Vanessa matched the desserts to the decor and colors perfectly with pops of color, pearls, and gold and flavors that were out of this world. Her dessert stands were impeccable. The macaroons, fruit tarts, cheesecake shooters, chocolate covered strawberries, mini cupcakes, and truffles were exactly what I wanted. The best part was that Vanessa worked with me to customize all the details and stayed within my budget! My guests went CRAZY! I have never seen such a line for desserts at a wedding in my entire life. We did have a sign that said, "Please Wait for the Bride and Groom to cut the cake" and people could not wait, which is such a compliment to Vanessa! I highly recommend Sweet Details GR! 100/10 stars!

I highly recommend that you sign up for one of the classes! My husband and I had so much fun with the succulent cupcake decorating class. Vanessa is such a great teacher, the cupcakes were so delicious, it’s a nice small class setting, and you get to learn some new piping skills. Definitely going to sign up for another class soon!

I took an intermediate level (also for bold beginners) class with Vanessa and had an absolute blast! We learned how to make different consistencies if icing, color them, fill the bags, and decorate. We were BUSY for about 2 1/2 hours, but the time flew by. I went by myself and had such a lovely time learning a new skill and having a great teacher to guide me through techniques that were new to me. I’ve always wanted to take a cookie decorating class, and I’m so glad I did!

I love their macaroons! They are not too sweet and she makes them beautifully. I ordered them in shades of pink for a party and they were beautiful. She also makes great cake decorating kits for kids! The owner is so helpful. She even called me when the storm was coming so I could pick up my order early. I highly recommend this bakery! Superb quality cake decorations from Vanessa at Sweet Details!! One of the very few places that deal custom fondant cakes that are NOT for a wedding. She was very professional and enthusiastic when I mentioned the type of cake and design that I wanted. Not only do her cales look amazing, but they TASTE amazing too!! This cake I ordered for my wifes bday is red velvet with raspberry! Phenomenal taste!! Would 100% recommend!

I attended a cookie decorating class in December 2021 with some friends, and it was very fun! I look forward to trying the recipes on some cookies soon! I also LOVED the hot chocolate and cinnamon stir sticks... they were SO good. Make sure to snag some next time they are available!

This bakery is absolutely amazing! I got the Halloween cookie decorating kit and it was perfect, it came with everything we needed and the cookies were delicious. I needed a few questions and Vanessa was very kind and helpful in answering. I've had their "regular" sugar cookies before as well and they were simply perfect. They are sweet with a hint of almond extract (I'm guessing). I would highly recommend them for any bakery needs, especially the holiday decorating kits or sets of cookies.
