I don’t know what is sweeter, Ms Marie or her waffles! Definitely a hidden gem that deserves to be known. Crack Lemonade and a pair of breakfast waffles with her amazing sauce. This industrial park has kept her a secret for too long! Find her on the weekends doing the local farmers markets too!!!

The Curry Chicken waffle was great, but the Jerk Chicken waffle was excellent!

Amazing food and great service! I got the jerk chicken waffle and the fried Oreos, they were amazing. This spot is a must try!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owners are always warm and welcoming. It’s such a great location to grab & go. And of course, the food is absolutely delicious!! Every time I go I try something different. It’s made with so much love, everything from scratch. I was informed they are extending the menu, which I very much look forward to! These were delicious and she was so sweet and lovely! The Spicy sauce with them was bangin'! Don't forget to get a Caribbean lemonade too

The bacon waffles were good the only thing I wish the bacon would of been a little crispy but the service was great the owner was really nice 😊

I have never written a review before but this place was absolutely amazing!!!! She is the sweetest thing ever. My friend was coughing and she brought out cough drops and water. The sweetest woman ever and the food was absolutely delicious. Will be going back 100%

This place is freaking amazing and the everything here is freaking delicious. They have an awesome menu selection and nobody makes better waffles than them.

My waffles were so yummy! Still warm when you bite into it! Lovely customer service! We got the bacon, egg and cheese and the peanut butter and banana waffle! Sooo goood! Must try!

This place is hidden away, but it was very good! It’s what you like to call a “hole in the wall.” She makes everything fresh and from scratch, so it did take a little while for it come out, so def prepare for that time cause we ended up having to extend our check out time. I 10/10 recommend the banana and Oreo waffle as well as her conch fritters! Very very good!!

Delicious food! I had the chicken and eggs Waffle and it was a nice treat! It didn’t fill me up but there is also burgers and other food you can order as well. A bit on the pricey side but definitely a must try and Marie was a very kind lady and made sure the food was prepared exactly how I wanted it

Tried a diner at noon that doesn't serve breakfast (go figure) which lead to me finding this cool little hidden gem. It's tucked away in this business/warehouse complex but navigation will take you right to it. The lady behind the counter was such a pleasant and lovely person. She helped us pick some awesome waffle combos and then made it for us fresh, from scratch. Highly recommend the spicy syrup and Caribbean Lemonade, it's *chef's kiss* Definitely recommend it you want something tasty and on the go.

This waffles are the Boom so delicious and unique, plus Marie is amazing so the name is perfect sweet Marie waffles 😋🥰 you have to come and try them.. thank you Marie .

Chicken & Waffles On a Stick!!!! Can't get no better than that. I ordered the Chicken and waffles and it was soooo DELICIOUS. The cook even added some extra spice for me 😁. And that brown sauce it comes with sooooo YUMMY😋😋. and that Caribbean Lemonade outaah this world!!!! Soooo GOOD WENT BACK FOR SECONDS 100% RECOMMENDED

Sweet Marie's Waffles are hands down the best quick meal for lunch. What a amazing idea, chicken and waffles on a stick! You can't get much better then that. And I also I had those dessert banana & oreo fritters with a caramel dipping sauce. Those things where were dangerous. And I can see how Sweet Marie got her name. She was so pleasant and it was nice that the owner did all the cooking. So you know your getting something special. I'm so glad I found this place. I will be making frequent trips to Sweet Marie's establishment. I have to see if I can get her to open one up near me in Port St Lucie. Thanks again Marie!

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese waffles - very excited to try them as it was my first experience here. My first waffle was delicious but the second waffle had a small chunk of hair cooked into it....obviously not pleased with that...

Today was my first time at the RPB Greenmarket and Bazar. It was such a pleasure to experience the delicious taste of the chicken, spinach, and cheese waffle. Marie, the owner, is a joy to interact with. If you ever decide to go to the RPB Greenmarket make sure you drop by Sweet Marie Waffles.

I haven't had conch fritters this good since my last trip to the Bahamas. And the spicy sauce is amazing. Also must try the lobster and crab waffles, unique and extremely delicious.
