Friends of ours were kind enough to gift us with this bakery's baklava and I couldn't have enjoyed it more! I tried the "traditional" as well as the chocolate hazelnut and both were fabulous. The baklava was delightful; sweet, as it should be, without being cloying or heavy. I definitely plan to stop by soon for more!

Packaging is exquisite and the ordering process is simple. While I have never visited "in person", I plan to do so in the future. The owner, Amy Nader, really takes pride in her product and business. I had tried Sweet Tillie's at my sister's and knew I needed to send it as a Christmas gift. The baklava is AMAZING. The flavors are fantastic and I wouldn't change one single thing about any of it. Hands down the best baklava I've ever had. I can't wait to keep sending it, when I need a great gift.

I stopped by this shop as soon as I heard about its existence. I tried 3 different flavors. They are all melt in your mouth and of such great quality. Only hand made will get you this level of taste! My favorite are the apricot and the chocolate. I think there are a couple flavors I still need to try. She has boxing for shipping as gifts. I think it’s what I will be sending to friends that don’t really “need” anything and send them this wonderful treat! The owner was extremely helpful and nice!! She has little tiny boxes of 2 pieces I think, as well, so you can sample before buying larger quantities. Will absolutely be going here again soon!!

I wanted to add another update: Upon request, these can be packaged in an elegant gift box. We have given several boxes of Sweet Tillies baklava as thank you gifts and everyone loved them. Had the apricot ginger baklava and it's delicious! Will be trying the other flavors. Just wanted to add an update. Had the raspberry chocolate flavor which was also delicious. So far, the apricot ginger is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with either one. What I like about Sweet Tillies baklava is that its not dripping with honey, like some are. You can actually taste the other, more subtle flavors. Also, the phyllo dough is very light and flakey.

The Baklava and Baked Kensingtons are to die for! I love being able to send boxes of goodies to out of town family as well. I was never a big fan of baklava until Sweet Tillies opened up. And now, oh boy am I in trouble! It just may be my favorite sweet treat now.

Who would have thought that the best place to get authentic, scratch made baklava would be in my hometown of NK? I purchased a variety pack for the holidays and it was an absolute hit with everyone. Not too sweet, with unique flavors. The owner so friendly and very responsive. A wonderful treat to share (or not)!

The baklava is excellent, we ordered the traditional and the chocolate hazelnut. Both outstanding! Packaging was beautiful, would make a lovely gift idea. Very reasonable and made from scratch with finest ingredients! Will order again! Never disappointed!!

What a great find. We stopped for coffee and saw their sign so we went over to see the shop. We were greeted by the smell of almonds and the wonderful owner, Amy. We immediately felt like we were visiting family. The baklava is AMAZING! I especially loved the Amaretto. She also had pastries called Kensingtons which are nothing short of heaven! Puff pastry filled with cheesecake and fresh berries. So, of course, we returned each day of our visit for a Sweet Tillies treat! Thank you, Amy! See you next time we're in New Kensington!

This little shop is a gem! Sweet Tillie’s offers some mighty fine pastries. The baklava is delicious and the strawberry Kensington’s are heavenly. You need to try these wonderful pastries.

Got the sampler box of Baklava and the LemonChello Baked Kensington. The Kensington was on point and the Amaretto was so so good. The only complaint was in all of the original flavor, something tasted burnt. Maybe the nuts, not too sure. I would definitely buy the Amaretto flavor and the Kensington again.

Ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut for my quality team. It came beautifully presented, was fresh, tasted really good and we are 1000 miles away from Pittsburgh. I will order again! Very well done Amy!

This is a shop that does a few things extremely well. We visited the town to try a new restaurant and found this place, ordered a pastry to go, got a coffee, sat down took a bite, looked at each other with amazement. This was so good that I ran back to buy more so I could bring home and share with friends. This is the treasure of traveling to find new places hidden in its locality and share so others can find this gem. If your ever in New Kensington stop at Sweet Tillies for an unforgettable bite.
