Really beautiful place with great service and quality! Loved every bit of this place and can't wait to go back!

Wow. We have been to so many ice cream shops all over the US. This is one of the best experiences by far. The ice cream was rich and quality, my kids played chess on a beautiful table. Service was spot on and clean. Live acoustical music playing in the ice cream shop as we enjoyed our stay. Amazing job to the owner management and staff

More people need to discover this place. Right off the north end of Del Prado

Not exactly sure how anyone could give them less than 5 stars. Their homemade ice cream is so good! If anyone could imagine the amount of work that goes into perfecting and making homemade ice cream that tastes this good.. it's a lot of work. The setting for this place is unique. It's my first time here, we're from Punta Gorda and have driven past this place several times. Finally we checked it out! Can't wait to come back.

Very disappointed. We come here at least once a year when we visit from Texas. Came by tonight to get the dark chocolate cherry ice cream that we absolutely loved. It’s one of the best ice creams I’ve ever tried. Please bring it back. Will be here for another week. Thanks

I just stopped at Sylvia's for the first time and wow, tasty ice-cream! Had the old standby, one dip of chocolate on a sugar cone. What smooth texture and flavor. It was delicious and the person who served me was very polite. Will definitely add this to my neighborhood stops as it is fantastic! To one who has been in the restaurant/hotel biz for over 40 years, I highly recommend Sylvia's!

Such good ice cream!!! Can't recommend enough. The people were lovely and so friendly. I tried 4 different flavors and they were all so delicious, it was difficult to chose! Also the waffle cones were warm (tasted homemade) and very yummy! Highly recommend ☺️

They have about 5 or 6 vegan selections. Cute place, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! ***I have to re-review this! Hands down, Sylwia's is THE best ice cream shop in Cape Coral!!! If I lived in Tampa, I would drive hours just to come here, it's that great! I love her ice cream. It's delicious, smooth, creamy ice cream (and that is the vegan ice creams, too!) Home made. I promise, that there is nothing like this place! She has a great variety for the vegan section as well! I can not say enough about this little gem in the Cape or maybe I should just keep it to myself! :)

We brought several small children here and it was not a very relaxing experience, simply because kids are kids. Serving the ice cream in china teacups is darling, but not for toddlers! There is also upholstered antique looking furniture - very brave for an ice cream shop! This is a lovely place with yummy treats… for school age and older kids.

Wonderful ice cream with a small but good selection of flavors. We really enjoyed it and will be going back during our next visit to Cape Coral.

Best ice cream/milkshakes in SWFL

This was by far some of the best ice cream I've ever had. The fact that if you get two scoops, you can get two different flavors is wild! So we were visiting from out of state and my girlfriends parents said we needed to try this place. I got the dulce de leche, and I'm telling you I'd order a gallon if I could keep it. My son got coffee and a heath bar, and my daughter got the christmas tree cookie and cookies and cream. The pecan praline was so smooth and creamy that i may get that next time we visit. I honestly wanted to go back the night before we left to get your ice cream once more, but i was out voted, so I will have to wait until next time. Keep up the great work!

What a great find! Awesome ice cream and service. The owner Sylwia's was working this night and served up our delicious ice cream in such pretty China bowls. Our group enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter, almond joy and butter pecan flavors. This place is a must try. We will definitely be back. Worth the 13 mile drive.

What a great place! Ice cream is amazing and the ice cream pies, WOW…beyond amazing…I got the almond joy pie for thanksgiving and it was incredibly delicious! This week I ordered a rocky road pie for my husband’s birthday and oh my! Rocky road is one of his favorites and even after eating a large dinner, he made room for 2 big slices of the pie..Heather is so sweet and Sylwia is such a friendly, sweet person who gets to know her customers..if you haven’t been there yet or ordered a pie, I HIGHLY recommend…

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are both as warm and welcoming as their eclectic, sweet ice cream parlor. Their ice cream is fabulous, always fresh tasting with unique flavors along with the old standbys. They have lovely staff and offer loyalty perks, which is an added bonus. They’re very customer oriented and genuinely seem to adore their clientele. I can assure you their clientele adores them, as well.

Absolutely cozy, fluffy, unique place! Great choice of ice creams and everything can be done and mixed with ice cream :) Also very good coffee. Very important - amazing choice of dairy-free ice creams as well for those people who has intolerance for any reason. Loved this place, highly recommended 👌

Owners are nice on the surface but have been nasty below, especially to staff. Ice cream is above average tasting but pricey. But my review is based on several experiences from 2021. Perhaps things have changed.

OH BOY can't say enough good things about Sylwia's Ice Cream!! The homemade ice cream (they have regular, vegan and sugar free) is soooo good! The homemade cones, waffle cups and waffles are very good as well! The brownies, are out of this world! If you are trying to save some calories, you can get your ice cream in a very pretty tea cup. The dining room is very well decorated and comfortable. (Sorta like your livingroom). The staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of the customer. Had a birthday party there and it went so well. On some evenings there is live music also. If you want to beat the heat and get some great ice cream, Sylwia's is the place to go!

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday at Sylwia's las week. Sylwia and Brad, the owners, went out of their way to help make this surprise birthday event so special. The decorations and table settings were so pretty. So many special touches were added by Sylwia which made the setting of the party were warm and welcoming. An amazing assortment of homemade ice creams were severed on beautiful china plates and teacups. They also served the ice cream on their scrumptious homemade waffles, waffle cones and waffle cups. Our guests really loved the idea of this ice cream party on this hot summer night but even more they loved the caring staff who went out of their way to treat us like guests in their home. They whole staff surrounded my husband and sang Happy Birthday with his ice cream sundae alit with sparklers. It was a perfect summer evening celebrating Rob. We will cherish the memories made at Sylwia's. Praying many blessings over them and the continued success of their very special ice cream shop.

This place is amazing!!! We’re new to the area, read the reviews, trying to find a new ice cream place, and I’m so glad we went off the reviews. The delicious ice cream is made in house. They have a huge selection to choose from and if you stay in to eat it, they serve it in a beautiful tea cup and saucer. It’s the cutest thing! Very friendly people that work there, and the place is nice n clean. They even had live music. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and can’t wait to go back! Definitely give this place a try

Sylwia's is over-the-top awesome. Not only are the many flavors hand made, the staff helpful, patient and courteous, but the ambience is cozy and often there is live guitar music in evening. Just had my husband's BD party there. You gotta try it - and ask about their ice cream pies made to order with 24-hour notice

We've always loved Sylvia's but goodness it's now ridiculous how much it costs. I bought my toddler a kiddie cone with 1 scoop, sugar cone, and sprinkles. It cost 9.75. I asked for the breakdown and the cone was 90¢ and the sprinkles cost ONE DOLLAR. What? 🤯

Awesome Christian ice cream shoppe. Delicious ice cream most are sugar free and taste delicious. They have some non-dairy ice cream and everything there is homemade.

Very good ice cream but can’t understand how they get away with charging the prices they charge! It was over $18 for 2 kiddie ice cream cones and 1 pup cup for our dog. We’ve paid less than half of that at every other Ice cream place in the area. I could understand the prices if their ice cream was significantly better but it wasn’t.
