Unfilled tacos, lack of communication skills from employees, poor Customer Service bad environment, being forgotten when placing an order and not receiving it because they forgot to make your order neglecting to tell their customers that they were missing things so when we receive our order, they don’t have the appropriate sauces had knowing this I would not have ordered and would’ve left This isn’t the first time it is several occasions that have had the same result. I would not recommend this facility.

Very professional w long lines of hangry people & best experience I’ve had anywhere of someone being knowledgeable about subbing in or removing out various ingredients from menu items. No extra charges for beans instead of beef hurrah! Thank you to the team on for all your hard work & yummy creations! This vegetarian is very grateful.

Did not receive complete takeout order. Didn't know until home, half an hour away. Missing different orders, one of them an 8 piece chicken tender. Of course I had paid for it

Drive thru times are incredibly slow. Expect there to be a line out to the road and 30 min wait times all day. Understaffed and has been an issue for over a year.

Food is fine, and I will continue to go there, but the dining room is filthy. Tables not wiped down, and floor covered in scraps. Plenty of employees so I’m not sure why it’s so filthy, but yuck.

When there’s no one ahead of you and you hear the employees yammering on the speakers about their plans for the evening but not taking my order, it’s time to go elsewhere. It’s no surprise that food costs more here since they lack the business to pay unproductive workers.

Waited 32 minutes for nachos. Gave my receipt to a young guy because I had a Dr appointment to go to. Disappointing guys

Service is great, employees are great, but the quality is so wishy washy. Wish the standard was better but the whole "we make your order right" clearly isn't the best thing when the order is clearly wrong. What I was told the last three times my order was not right.

This F-en place pisses me off. Really 25 mins ... 2 hardshell ,3 soft tacos. 2nd in line. While people that come in after you with bigger orders then you , LEAVE before you....and when you see your tacos sitting on the back shelf being ignored, and asked if they been there for a while getting saggy ? They'll look at you and lie to your face ..... also they don't do refunds, so make sure you check your order first. Because even if it's there mess up they still won't refund ANY money back. Been there. I'm telling you this place sux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very hot...excellent service....BUT got the order wrong, and we had already gotten on the highway, but it was not going to turn around....the parking lot is a horrible set up....you have to exit the same drive you pull in pretty messed up....a very sad looking restaurant on the outside

We waited a hour to get our food and the man you made our food was being very rude and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure he ate me food the first time. I hope this place shuts down.the seats and tables were very sticky

The inside is very comfortable and they did a nice job. The food was nice and hot, quality is great. Customer service was exceptional. Going inside, there wasn't a huge wait like there always seems to be in the drive thru line.

The food and service were good. Floors were dirty/visible trash. Tables and seats had not been wiped down or washed. This being said, my visit was during lunch rush. Other than housekeeping, this place is good.

That drive thru is insane. You'll be waiting a while. The last couple times I've gone there I was missing items. There's a sign in the window that says along the lines of "don't ask for refunds we promise to get your order right the first time" which intimidated me to go back and ask for my food. I also wouldn't feel like waiting 10+ minutes again to get it. I'll pass.

Wrong food twice but it's Taco bell can't expect to much

Had hard time to understand the person taking my order. 15 minute wait in line to get my order. Then I had ordered 5 piece chicken nugget combo but when I got home I discovered I got chicken tenders.

This place is really slipping lately. The food and service are ok, but very slow and orders are frequently incorrect. It does not seem like the dining room is cleaned very often. The floors and table are some how sticky and slippery at the same time and according to their chart the the bathroom it has not been cleaned since Wednesday and today is sunday...

I dont know what happened to tacobell but they dont put hardly anything in there crunchwraps anymore I won't buy from them again.

There were 4 cars in the drive thru yet it took me 23 minutes to get my food. The lady working the drive thru window kept leaving to.go do other things and I saw my food sitting there for a solid few minutes.

Great prices, probably the cheapest place to eat in town. Never had an issue, they've always made my order right if they messed up. The parking lot is HORRIBLE though and very difficult to get in and out when the drive through line is long....and it is usually VERY long, all the way to main St sometimes. Not their fault though, they serve as fast as possible.

It was consistent with any good Taco Bell, and not all of them are.

Chicken was very oily, tables were all dirty garbage all full!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had they have air conditioning on in 50 degree weather it was warmer outside then it was in there, when me and my parents tried to order the cashier barely said a word to us and stared at us most of the time then at one point the cashier walked out on us not saying a word and came back 5 minutes later, the tables were sticky and kinda grimy, not only that but by the time we got our food which contained the taco burrito cravings pack it came in a small bag that was ripped up and also placed in a bigger bag. So needless to say me and my parents arent please

Honestly one of the worst I've been to. Not many options in PI so lines are always long but food quality and assembly are poor. It will be awhile before I try them again. No option for online ordering either so if you're in a hurry, not the place to go. Sorry

Odds of order being wrong is more likely than not. And when I looked at my receipt, I was charged for the bag food came in!

When you buy food ,they dont take enough time to package your food. Its upside down n mixed up in bag.

Almost an hour wait to get food, people that ordered 10 people behind you were getting their food first. The cashier walked off in the middle of placing my order. He checked his phone in the middle of taking the next order.

I mean. it's taco bell. nothing spectacular. standard fast food dinning.

Drive through is long and less than subpar. Chicken is basically no chx and all batter. I wish they'd open the dining room. Then maybe service would be better.

The sign only says bell I mean the tacos say enough being sub par meat that paint my toilet bowl and the drive through like is longer than the time it takes me to get the food out of me...

Taco Bell has many delicious varieties getting one as close as they can to a yummy Mexican like meal. So if Mexican is your craving? Taco Bell is the only place in all of Northern Maine where you'll get your fix! Tasty and satisfying!

Drive thru just horrible 45min wait for 2 tacos unbelievable....

Aweful drive through. Went there yesterday...ordered 2 burrito Supreme...got 2 bean burritos and they tasted aweful. Did not receive my 10 year olds large potatoes with gravy...didn't give him a beef and bean taco either just beef nothing else in it. To top it of we were in line for 45 to 50 minutes! That is absolutely ridiculous

I like Taco Bell and the items they serve, but the service here was awful. I stood at the cash for 10-15 minutes waiting to be served and then once my order was finally taken it took another 15-20 minutes to get the food. The kitchen area is very unclean and gross looking - I expect some lettuce or cheese on the floor during supper rush, but it was literally filthy and grimy

Burrito supreme was well worth it

Unfortunately the drive thru seems to always be an unbearable length, but they haven't yet opened the lobby again. Meals are usually hot and rarely have any missing items or incorrect ones. Only thing I would suggest Is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not forget the butter for the biscuits!!!!!

Workers were great, food was tasty, new sweet lightning is a peach honey that we loved!! 54 mg of caffeine. The lines are usually pretty long and it takes quite some time to order and get outta there though

Right now, due to covid and lobby being closed, it is very difficult to get in and out because of the lines. In the last 18 months or so I think I have bothered to wait in line maybe three or four times. But when I do I usually can enjoy my meal.

Neat & clean. Busy between 9 & 6 each day. Good selections & good prices. No bags

We appreciate the staff. They follow CDC Guidelines & have been very pleasant extended family to us when we make our monthly pandemic TB/KFC take-out visit.

Chain restaurant food was ok. The wait in the drive thru was horrible waited 30 mins to place our order. And with only 3 places to choose from during covid that serves. Your kind of at their mercy. And the kid running the mic at the drive thru was using funny voices trying to be funny with his friends. Unprofessional in my opinion.

They have long lines because of the covid 🐛 bug at the drive thru. Didnt mess order up neither. I recommend it.

Great place to go for both KFC and taco bell, very popular place in presque isle maine. Many enjoy eating out there actually so much there's normally a line from taco bells parking lot to out the driveway and down the street lol
