Service horrible I was in line aboutb40 minutes just sad

Don’t spend extra for extra meat there was none I paid 1.50 extra for nothing it’s the burrito in the top I purchased one regular and one extra meat to see if it would be different it wasn’t

Girl in the drive threw changed my $20 for all fake bills. If u eat here don't pay cash....they will hand u back counterfeit $5s.....

Exactly what you'd expect from any Taco Bell, but this North Miami dine in and take out location serves consistently good food. The drive through is prompt and the workers are friendly.

Very slow service. Taco was supposed to have steak, but it was there terrible ground something and red grease sauce. The steak burrito was mostly cheese, a brand about 19 steps below Velveeta. Diet Pepsi wasn't too bad. Ice was cold.

Time: 2:00am Cashier: Nancy C. Honestly, the worst service/food I've received in Miami ever. Not only did we wait 35+ minutes, we got cold soggy food... AND they charged me for a sauce they forgot. The entire team seemed lazy. You could see them on their phones. Walking to the front accomplishing nothing. While there are 8 cars behind me waiting. 0/0 for everything, especially the cashier with the fake hair and red ends. This is how they gave us our large nacho fries. No extra in the bag. Just soggy cold barely filled box of fries.

Absolutely workers don’t care to fast about if anyone come inside. they take their time to get your order.. the place was clean enough at the time I pass by getting my food to go..

There is a Korean play gentlemen who works here who is absolutely a darling provide great service with a smile and is willing to go the extra mile without complaining. I hope

Loving tacos. It is very good to order tacos the way I want, just the ground beef and sour cream. The ladies were very what made the difference.

Good ole Taco Bell... service was good. Bathroom was clean. The condiment / napkin station was pretty empty & dirty. Parking lot is weird & difficult to navigate... but there's only so much they could do in that location, so I get it. Overall good experience.

At this particular location .. the service was horrible... they took our order at the counter . The order consisted of Pizza Hut & Taco Bell items it took them almost 30 minutes to notice that our order had not been completed. Then the manager was making all excuses...refunded the money and not even offer to give something on the house due to the fact that we had small children that were waiting all this time for the food.! Never again .. This Taco Bell located on NW 57th Ave south of the Palmetto expressway....the Manager needs to be trained that the guest inside the establishment need to be taken care of immediately...and have the employees divided in able to get the orders out accordingly... 2 team members for the drive thru & 2 for the lobby not including the person taking the orders. NOT all for the dam drive thru.

Manager was nice he apologized to me for the long wait time and gave me free cinnamon twists and a coupon.

Food was good and no one got sick is all I can say. Stopped in to grab a bite because we were in the area. Went to bathroom and I'll spare you what we saw and how horrible it was. Kicker was that the women's and men's bathroom had NO SOAP and NO SANITIZER at all. Let that sink in...

Ok! So I just left the drive thru with my food which is HOT thru my bag I could feel it! I take a look inside and everything looks amazing I’m eating it right now parked and I’m so thrilled I’m so excited to have such delicious fresh food coming from this Taco Bell you guys rock please keep up such a good job thank you thank you thank you and on top of everything on a lunch rush it’s 1:03 PM on a Tuesday I’m so happy!!

I go there from time to time with the kids. They have good parking spaces. I like that one can order and pay through the electronic device screen, it makes the process quicker. The staff is great and process orders in a timely manner. The only thing is that twice I had to clean the table I was going to sit with the kids, and both times I looked around to find the less messy one. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food chain. But now I'll have to reconsider. The value menu has been destroyed. A $1 beef burrito is now $2.79. The same is true of the Chipotle chicken burrito. That's way too much of an increase. Sorry TB, you'll be seeing me much less now. "¡Yo no quiero Taco Bell!"

Food is good but sometimes they mess up the instructions.. but they are worst in customer service very rude and misbehave a lot. One time i had to wait for two hours for online order and even after that they denied they didnt got my order even after me showing my order on the app.. and they escaped saying we dont manage the app so its not our issue

I typically love Taco Bell but this was underwhelming. I'm guessing we just hit at a really busy point. Not a fast food aficionado, but it's my guilty pleasure once or twice a year.

This place really needs management to focus on customer's safety about sanitation services. Every time I go there the preparing food station is filthy and not clean. I see food particles everywhere from the floor all top of the counter while staff is taking order. Also, the fountain drinks is not clean. At times my food is not always the way I requested. I always check before leaving it just happened the day I didn't check my food after arriving home is the day I realized my food had lots of sour cream which I always ordered without. I explained to the cashier to relate message to staff that are preparing the food to make sure there's no sour cream. I didn't feel like driving back to explained. Therefore, I threw it away. 🙁😲

I was disappointed that they took off the 7Layer burrito when that was the last vegetarian wrap that caters to the vegetarians now they have a 5 layer minus the beef to cater to vegetarians.
