Went here for a small late night meal and the food was good, it was pretty fresh and hot too. The service was also pretty fast considering we had ordered food for 4 people. Would come back again!

Did you know Taco Bell was started by a guy named Bell? And he stole the recipe from a local Mexican joint? Do you care? No? Then why did you waste your time reading this? For that matter, why did waste my time asking you that question?

Aside from the random vagabond lurking around the location stealing cigarette butt's out of the butt container, food is hot and timely. Don't get cheezit anything tho! It won't stay crispy!!!

Staff not too attentive on orders being correct.

I understand places get busy but they had alot of workers in there and it's called "fast food" for a reason. No way you should have to wait 30 mins for your meal at any fast food place.

Was open later than advertised and probably the fastest and freshest ones I've ever pulled into. Huge bonus when you're fresh out of the hospital

Very clean bathroom and seating area. The food came out quickly, and the tacos were labeled by bean VS meat. Great attention to detail.

If you want a plump taco, chalupa, or crunch wrap, this is the place to do it!!!!!

Been to seveal Taco Bells & food is always cold because its been pre-prepared & tacos are ALWAYS soggy. But not this location!! Been here 3 times & each time food was freshly made, and tacos are perfectly crunchy! NOT soggy! Staff is great & service is quick! Best Taco Bell location!

Considering the area, I was pleasantly surprised, the food was made right then. The restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly. I will definitely be back. Especially since this is a combo location of TB and KFC.

I was hired for market location but was told I would be training at this location. So I was told by market location to report to bear location on thursday April 25 when I showed up the manager didn't know I was suppose to be working I worked 8pm to 140ish am I never made it to day 2 I quit due to the place being unorganize and Marie being rude and not caring about my training no wonder they are having problems keeping people They never paid me for the hours I worked I have called both stores both managers hung up on me I finally got ahold of the new gm of the market location she said I will get paid in 24 hours nothing waited 3 days call back she said she will call back she hasn't everytime I call the store they hang up on me then I call summerwood hr department their voice-mail is full idk all I want is the money I worked for Food horrible anyways haven't eat it in years but the company sucks and they refuse to pay people

This specific taco bell is really nice, they make the food look just like in the pics unlike other locations that always mess things up but this location does a good job.

This Taco Bell was great! I went through the drive thru so I couldn't see inside the store regarding the atmosphere. My order was repeated and checked upon receiving it, which I am a huge fan of. Didn't take long at all to get it, considering it was a decent sized order. The food was properly wrapped and secured, so nothing was scattered and smothered like a Waffle House Hash brown. When I'm in the Bear area, I'll definitely get back there!

I prefer this Taco Bell over the others in the area. The food is usually fresher. The other day here I had the freshest food from Taco Bell in my life lol so much that I had to leave a review. If they could remain consistent with that and friendly service that’d be perfect.

This is the best Taco Bell. I eat a lot of TB and I've been going to this one for over ten years. I figured it was probably time I gave them the credit that they're due! It really is a great TB, all things considered. The staff is always friendly enough, food is always to par, and they are generally very fast. The women that work breakfast are especially pleasant.

A couple of bad experiences have soured this location for me. First sign that I should stay away was getting a Crunchwrap that only had lettuce and sour cream. Guess I should have been more specific that I wanted meat and cheese? Most recently, I placed an online order on the app, showed up the the location and they told me they didn't have my order in their system. I showed them my receipt, the order number, their business address on the order and the money charged to my bank account and all I got was a shrug. Love the impeccable customer service.

Can't go into lobby. We already order on kiosks. Why can you not open lobby for customers that aren't in little vehicles. Management that decides to lock out customers so they don't have to work the lobby should be replaced. Simple put, You suck!

The bathroom at this particular location on rt40 was atrocious!!!!! Naaaaaaasty!! Looked like a truck stop in some hick town that's never been cleaned! Tacos were dry as hell. Manager quit that morning leaving staff with no leadership. Use to really love this location. They fell off.

They dont actually open @8. They pick what time they want to open and not open on their actual operating hours.

We ordered our food through the drive through and as we pulled up the window, and we asked about the rewards the app. The one lady did not know, so she asked a lady who I believe was the manager had poor customer service and said we don’t use the the stupid rewards app rudely. We received our food. I always look before pulling off and we noticed no straws or sauces. We had to sit in the same spot for 5 minutes waiting to get someone’s attention to review these items. As we were waiting, 2 out of the 3 people starred at us while the other was on their phone right in the window. Customer service sucks and would not recommend going to this location.

This food has great place, however it is a bit dated and a little dirty!

I ordered online, to pick up in drive thru. I arrived and drive thru was so long, so I went inside to grab my order. Manager said they wouldn’t give it to me and I had to wait in the drive thru line since that’s how I ordered it. I sat in drive-thru for 30+ minutes. Very accommodating, thanks.

Bro why is this location so skimpy with the cinnamon on the cinnamon twists? They are practically bare, EVERY TIME. Other locations put literally 3-5 times as much.

I went wednesday night around 1AM and this food was so good that night, i really thank the kitchen.

Absolutely horrible. The food was basically frozen. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the frozen isle of the grocery store.

It was so dirty and their employees had disgusting attitudes and so did the manager , you need to rearrange it. TODAY!!

Order a hard shell toco from this location, and you know how toco bell started. The tocos are always crunchy!

Writing this review solely due to the customer service received by Yonea and the gentleman ( I unfortunately forget his name but the receipt says Keon) who took my order and greeted me at the window on August 12th at 8:20pm. Happy, personable, and sweet. A+ to you two!

I don’t know was going on with Taco Bell very poor management always messing up with my order you mentioned one thing and they give you the wrong order you mentioned not cheese and they give you cheese not only once but twice on the same day it happened over and over it seems like they don’t care plus in top of everything food ended up cold. By the time they fixed everything twice I had to wasted a good 20-30 minutes.

Everytime I come here they mess up my order and the customer service is bad.The inside was a horrible mess, overflowing trash, drink station sticky, Never any lids for drinks. Also my food is always cold☹️I will never give my money to another Taco Bell establishment. I am a disappointed customer.

I order the craving box 🗃 but I didn't get in the box 🗃 and I had to ask for my cinnamon twist but otherwise okay 👌.

Value combo was well worth it. I also got to pick a tasty ice coffee drink in the price.

I like about Taco Bell are 1) a lot of vegetarian options are available and 2) ordering system is so customer friendly, I loved it.

Accurate order. Updated menu. Terrible, young staff. Waited a half hour in the Drive-Thru. There is also no designated area for pick up or doordash orders which complicates things. Also, the company as a whole took off a few of their better selling items off the menu which 😩.

This place gave me severe food poisoning on 4/25/23. I've eaten at this particular Taco Bell for about two years and never had an issue until now. When trying to contact the store to let them know we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Will not be returning.

Well what can I say it's Taco Bell? I did like the fact that right next to him was a huge empty parking lot so I sat there and bought myself a taco and bought myself a plane. Taco for my puppy. We both sat there 8 and it was peacefully well. Eating food nobody bothered us and then i'm made my way home.

OK, we all know the stigma with waiting for food from Taco Bell. However, we went on a Saturday night and got 2 of their to go boxes. Literally only waited for like 3 minutes! Great service!!

I ordered meal number 9 which is a Mexican pizza 2 taco supremes and a drink. It was 7:00pm and I was on my way home from work. I stopped at the Taco Bell and went inside to order to go.... When I got home and sat down to eat I found that I did get the Mexican pizza BUT DID NOT get my 2 taco supremes. Instead there were 6 chicken wings in the bag that I did not order or want. By this time it was after 8:00 and raining so I decided not to go back to the store. The Mexican pizza was REALLY REALLY good but when I tried the wings I DID NOT like them. They were extremely dry and hard so I only ate one (barley) The service was great and the store was clean but my order was totally screwed up.... I will go back but I will be sure to double check my order before I leave with my order. (Side Note) Its ABSOLUTELY GREAT that they brought back the Mexican pizza.

This place has never been anything special but they've definitely need somebody training kitchen staff to actually include ingredients. I got the saddest chalupa today I've ever seen. The amount of meat on it looked as if it was supposed to be a vegetarian chalupa.

Tasty food chain tacos. The chalupa has no competition! Try the avocado ranch on the nacho fries or potatoes, life changer. Bathrooms were clean. The order counter was clean, and you can order from the touch screens inside. If you haven't been there for breakfast, you're missing out!

As taco bells go this is one of the better ones in the area. Most of the others leave too much liquid in the meat causing it to seep through the shells and stick to the wrappers. I appreciate being able to eat a taco rather than cleaning up a mess. When able to produce the same product but at a higher quality the establishment should be recognized. I go out of my way to patronize this location due to the higher standards and conscience staff.

Expect that none of your food will be labeled. We never eat fast food and this experience confirms my life choices.

The food is prepped quick, but I always have to check the box because somehow they end up giving me no sauce or the wrong sauce about 8/10 times.

best taco bell location, at least in Delaware. I'd give it 5/5 if they had green sauce like the Middletown location, but they sadly don't. Strange that a chain menu varies, let alone in a small state like DE....but I digress, still the best one in DE.

There were a lot less people waiting for taco bell compared with the McDonald's next door. The order was not taken correctly. An item was added and charged at the window. The order was 3/4 complete. Disappointing for the less trafficked restaurant.

I know they could do better. But, the last time I was there. I saw the cooks working and the cashiers cheat chatting and in Spanish. They should make an effort and be a team work. Thank you.

The team members are very friendly! But have issues with orders, when you want something different then the way it comes. Example-wanted No Cheese & get No Lettuce!

The worst taco bell I've ever been to... they carelessly slop the tacos together in like 2 seconds.. They don't take pride in their work and they don't care about the food they're serving their customers, all they care about is getting you out of the door as fast as possible.

The leads and manager here act like children. Rude, unprofessional, and go as far as to bully customers. No name tags, gave fake names and fake phone numbers to customers to contact with a problem, and proceeded to mock a family. Bad day or personal issues for these employees or no, it was appalling to behold and unacceptable. Like witnessing an ugly scene from junior high.

Show up at the drive through box at 1:46 and am told to hold on, comes back 6 minutes later to tell me theyre closed at 1:52. What a grimy way to get out of doing your job. If you don't wanna do it, quit. I'm gonna leave a 1 star review on every platform available and call tomorrow to let the manager know about your slick little move

They got the order wrong then tried to tell me a nacho supreme was a taco, my Doritos loco taco was missing... Just a all around $hit show

Besides the moldy drink station and long wait for food, the tacos were full and everything was good. Just worried if they can't keep the drink station clean how sanitary is the food prep area?

The drive thru seems to be the main source for doing business. The traffic pattern is hazardous and maybe they should consider 2 lanes.

Faster service now and great food. The 3-5pm Happy Hour for frozen drinks is great.

The food absolutely sucked. Went there for the first time in over 15 years. Reminded me why I did stay away that long. Has not changed. I don't care if it's the only place that's open late. I should have just went home and ate something. Pure garbage how are they still in business???? Never again

Drive through under 20 minutes and everything on the order was right. For a 1 am taco run, absolutely deserves 5 stars for those two factors.

Taco bell drive-thru was fast enough considering the time. I hate the that 7 later burrito is no longer available but I just make my own and I'm good to go.

We ordered 4 breakfast crunch wraps, 2 bacon , and 2 sausage. We also ordered 3 hash browns and got none.

What ever you do , do not go to the taco Bell in Bear , Delaware under no circumstances . I called the Manager "Maria" answers the phone like she was bothered , I asked her if it was Taco Bell Then she says yes this is Taco Bell In bear . I told her her customer service skills are bad.. Then told her my order was wrong.. she did not apologize or offer in no way to make it good at the end she took down my name of course she didn't i asked for refund she told me she couldn't... what is the world coming to should we just expect bad service everywhere.

I just waited 25 minutes for my food I place my order at 6:59pm and didn’t get my food until 7:24pm. Mind you 3 other customers came in after me and order and they got their order and they was done gone. So when I said something I got told sorry I have a screen full of DoorDash orders on my screen I can’t help what order they pop up in but how come the 3 people who ordered after me all got their orders before I did if your screen is full of DoorDash orders??? No explanation at all. Then one of my soft tacos had lettuce when asked for no lettuce, I asked if they could remake it and they gave me the same taco back smh always have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my food everytime I come to this store smh….

I love this Taco Bell, the orders are always skimpy (not much meat)... but they are usually on point (very fresh and tasty), very pleasant and friendly staff, order is typically right. Should be a great experience for you too, been coming here many years.
