FRAUD ALLERT!!!!! 8/26/24. Drive thru. Apx. 7 p.m. The girl that took my debit card swiped it for additional money under a private person's name. Now they have no only my card number but how many others????? STORE #26462.

Came through for my usual and Taea was funny and sweet.

Absolutely incapable and incompetent crew at this location. They gave my dasher a single order of nachos for a 14 item ticket and sent him off. I drive up there (defeating the purpose of the DoorDash order) and when they remade the order they left out two other items….avoid at all costs if you value your money. They are thieves here and even when they try to make it right they still fail at the most entry level job there is.

Bad service, food cold, cheese not melted, no sauces, no napkins, and we had to wait longer.

Steak Quesadilla had no steak in the two end pieces and not much cheese, Cheesy bean and rice burritos had very little cheese.

Came here on my way home from a concert in St Augustine. Was right off the highway and like all Taco bells nice and cheap. The woman on the speaker was incredibly nice felt like speaking to a aunt. Food was perfect as ordered and ready when I got to the window. 1130pm on a Friday night

i ordered 2 orders of nacho fries, and a large baja blast my fries are stale like and cold. and i gave the cashier through the drive-thru 20.29 (my total was 12.29) i got my stuff and she slammed the window and said “have a good day” i didn’t receive my change or a receipt to prove i didn’t receive my change. turned around to go get my change and then there’s a different girl at the window and asked me “how much were you supposed to get back” i respectfully said $8 she goes “do you have a receipt” i said “i didn’t get that either” she goes “there’s your change” and slams the window.

Taco 🌮 Bell finally has some super employees. The food is good and hot.

Absolutely disgusted by this place, they don’t ever restock toilet paper or paper towel in the bathrooms. They just leave toilet paper out on the ground which they never clean.

This is the only Taco Bell that ALWAYS prepares it the way I asked. Very professional staff.

Ordered chicken supreme and didn't get the supreme, so got no tomatoes and no sour cream. At least they didn't charge for them but we did say supreme. Also the beans they hardly gave us any - it was literally three bites of beans, that's not right, other taco bells they give you a lot more, it's almost empty!! The potatoes were also not as much as other taco bells. Not oat empty like the beans but that's not ok!!

The tacos were super skinny with hardly any meat...super skimpy...what's going on?? The Cantina Chicken burrito was very small with 3 pieces of chicke. NOT worth th $5.99 price...cooks need to be trained ...too skimpy and cold food. . MiMi Taco MUST do better for it's customers.

This Taco Bell is great! I love it because the food is still good when I get home from picking it up through the drive thru and the people who work here at the window are very nice and the Tacos are made neatly.

All of my cheese roll ups and my quesadillas had tomato, lettuce and onion in them. I get that stuff might get mixed in on accident but its every time.

The food was standard Taco Bell. Staff were friendly Toilets were a little rough with dirty floor and broken tile

Had a good lunch at Taco Bell today lots of new menu items to try some were too spicy for my taste but the lady at the window gave us EXCELLENT service she’s the best over there very efficient person does her job WELL Look forward to seeing her there a few times a week Taco Bell, please put more filling in your tacos. For the life of me I don't understand why this horrible Taco Bell is almost double the price of all the other Taco bells in the surrounding area... The $5 box cost $9 here. And if you check on the app and compare it to other stores in the area it is the most expensive. But this is one of the worst ones in the area. The prices are also deceptive, on app. It'll show one price but then when you go the total it out it's a different price entirely.

This Taco Bell makes all its food more expensive than all the other Taco Bell’s. A 5.99 Cravings Box is 8.99 here. There is no difference in quality just more expensive.

Came through the drive-thru after a long shift at work. The wait time was speedy. Taea took my order and had great customer service. She seemed happy to be at work and enthusiastic. She helped me modify my order the best we could to make it as close to a quesarido as possible. I don’t eat Taco Bell often but it’s workers like Taea that will keep me coming back. Thank you so much!

It's effing tacos. What else do you need....but...they're the hottest tacos I've ever had from TB. The meat is still sizzling and that gets extra credit imo

Ordered soft tacos and chalupas.. the amount of grease that was on them is absolutely repulsive.. inedible. Ruined dinner completely. Absolutely disgusting. The chalupas were also hard as a rock. Paid for an add-on and barely got any on it. I've never had such a terrible experience anywhere else.

Threw my son's birthday party at this location 2 years in a row. The staff has showed out again this year with quick, great and friendly service under extreme circumstances (as in the party has been for my teenage son and his roudy friends hahaha). Very clean there too. Thanks for being great again!

Folks here are always nice, and helpful if you have a question or change your mind. Potato taco was surprisingly better than the beef one! The sauce is what did it.

Small portions of food so a 2 Atmosphere,no auto open/close door for disabled so 1 for Service & Atmosphere. Very Overpriced for all items. Not worth the money. My last visit was today. No more!

Hands down the best taco bell I've been to. The food is always hot, the tacos and burritos are always full to the brim with meat and toppings. The drinks are always good and never flat like at some other taco bell locations. Overall it's our new go to Taco Bell when in this area of the state.

Ordered a Chalupa Supreme customized and Fiesta potato. Chalupa was made great. Good filling, fresh ingredients (not stale), well made. Potatoes seemed refried. Bitter taste. Over all good food.

We ordered on the app, pulled up to drive thru, gave our name and got our food. One of the freshest, hottest meals we have ever had! Thank you Palm Coast Taco Bell for such an enjoyable late, late night snack.

Rude employee's nothing but rude

Every time I ask for a bean burrito i end up with a rancid nacho cheese/rice burrito. A bean burrito is, refried beans, cheese, red sauce and onions. My dogs are not liking the nasty burritos either, so to the trash it goes. Absolute waste of money and now no dinner for me.

It's Taco Bell and fast food so it can be a touch and go experience. In South Florida, they all suck and are staffed by circus animals... so I stopped going. But this location is really quite good. Fast friendly service, order is always correct and it's really tasty. I alwaya do take out, so no idea on atmosphere.

Jeremiah is the best, man! That's one employee who genuinely cares about people. My man's really stopped my car to get my missing item back into my bag. He deserves a raise, I haven't EVER had someone do that; usually they just let it ride and I catch it later after I pulled into my driveway. I will ALWAYS recommend this taco bell. 🔥🔥🔥 MAKE SURE JEREMIAH GETS RECOGNIZED!!

Don't go or order Doordash from the taco bell on palm coast parkway. We ordered breakfast at 10:15 and our dasher got there at 10:30. THEY STOP SEVERING BREAKFAST AT 11 but the told the dasher they wouldn't make it for us. And on top of that, according to Google this is their LEAST busy time... so they're just lazy and liars. On a separate occasion we went there at 9 and they just told us they didn't even serve breakfast even though their sign says "breakfast" on it and we've gotten breakfast from there before. Clearly they need to be re-staffed.

First visit to this location. We ordered online but went inside to eat lunch. The lobby was very clean and everything fully stocked. Crew member working the counter was very pleasant and made sure to clean tables when each guest left. Food was made to order, hot and good.

Yes I was on a bicycle and the dine in had already closed but I called ahead and they said it was okay for me to come in the drive thru on my bicycle but when I got there nobody acknowledged me but they greeted the car that pulled up behind me so I gave up and gave the $15 gift card I had to the people behind me and just went without and had a bad rest of the night... thanks a lot taco bell

My nephew and I both got sick off the food we ordered the Mexican pizza in chicken and one in beef. Thank goodness I have 2 bathrooms. Not again I am done. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with food from taco bell 😡😭

This is the ONLY fast food restaurant that consistently gets our orders right. They are so kind, even gave us a large Baja blast when the accidentally made an extra. One of them even gave me a paper bag full of taco sauce because my wife accidentally through out my previous stash. We go there at least once a week since we moved into our new house and I will never go to any other fast food chain.

Wonderful taco bell here. This is the go to location in Palm coast/flagler. The food is always yummy and the people that work at this location are friendly. The store is so clean and the floors are really nice after the remodel. I will continue coming to this location. If they make a mistake they are happy to fix it. Shout out to Mae!

The service was quick. The workers were friendly. The order was accurate. The food was good. My only issue was that our order had 11 tacos and burritos total, and they only gave us 8 packets of sauce. I'd think common sense would tell you to give at least 1 packet per item, and 2 on some of the bigger items. Maybe there's a taco bell sauce packet shortage.

In the future, every restaurant is Taco Bell!

Local Fast pickup at reasonable prices.

Never go here in the morning! They may be 'open'; however, the lobby is always closed, they ignore customers in the drive-thru. Left to just sit and wonder with no response. They don't answer the phone either. This location needs some serious ' can do ' leadership and new employees. Paid 11.00 dollars plus an hour for no work at all... SMH. Can we say ' Participation Trophy ' ???
