I used the app and got a free beefy 5-layer burrito. This taco bell deserves the five star review, because I went to Taco Bell in St Albans. Now, I've eaten fast food in almost every state. Taco Bell is the easiest. It's supposed to taste like pinto beans and it does. Except in St Albans where you have to wait 40 minutes for your order and it smells like blood and tears from the customers and the workers fighting, screaming, and crying over your order. I am glad at least one town in Vermont could just make you a burrito without making everyone TikTok famous. Additional: the burritos a little small and oddly overpriced for a Taco Bell, again, I will not be complaining.

Food as always is great! But when there are exclusions or add-ons the staff need to pay attention to that. As well as acknowledge the customers more often that are in the lobby. A couple times they have forgotten drinks or a taco was messed up and my fiancée and I are standing there trying to get someone's attention and we are just ignored. Don't want to stop going to a place that has good food but very rude staff!

I eat here weekly and I always get my food quickly. Staff is kind and the new inside is great! All I wish they would do is fix their outdoor lighting so it doesn't look closed at night.

Please know the food was so good, I mean incredible out of all the places in Rutland for FF. Though The Female worker at window gave our mobile order to the car in front of us; it was re stickered with 5-6 stickers, tried to play it off as if it hadn’t happened but the evidence from the fist crumpled napkins and broken appetizer (which both may or may not of been handled by the previous customer and given back to us- food safety concerns?) implies it. She still sent us off with a semi positive attitude… it was awkward though. Back to the food OMG CANTINA CHICKEN… where have you been all my life. This whole meal was outstanding… P.S. Lately when making a day trip to Rutland, I like to pick up a quick lunch and this Taco Bell doesn't disappoint. Costs have skyrocketed (like everywhere), but the employees working here are nice and the food is ready pretty quickly.

I got the Grilled Cheese Burritos from there. The first two were so good, I actually got two more! I'll never be a skinny man, thanks to Taco Bell's Grilled Cheese Burritos! The lady at the front counter was super nice, which is refreshing. I'll come back every chance I get.

It's fast food. We don't expect much. But customer service should be expected at any business. I totally understand that for young people, this is a training process. Training is management responsibility. There is a young lady that has been working there for a few months now. She could use some extra training. She worked the drive thru window on our last visit. She told be the amount I owed. I gave her my card, and a moment later she shoved it back at me without a word. A few minutes later, she opened the window again and shoved (not handed) a bag at me and closed the window. No thank you, or anything. My husband and I just looked at each other and drove away. That being said, on a different visit I had this same young lady. I had ordered a coffee with cream. I watched her make it. When she handed it to me (no she didn't shoved it on this occasion) thier was no cream. So I asked again. Could I please get 2 creams for that. She looked puzzled at me and said "you mean two shots of cream?" I said "yes please". The employee then heavily sighed, dropped her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I told her nevermind and drove away. Usually, we don't have this young lady when we go to this location and everyone else is pleasant. The food, well it's taco bell. Not gourmet. It's as good as it can be with what the company gives the staff to work with.

We asked for a chicken and cheese quesadilla with no hot sauce and they gave us hot sauce. We also asked for one plain taco with no lettuce cheese just me and they gave us lettuce and cheese.

After a long, stressful work day and weeks of conscientious healthy eating, I decided to splurge on Taco Bell. Everytime me and my girl go to this taco bell we always ask for no cheese and they always give us cheese it drives us nuts. They are always short staff and always the longest lines not worth waiting for this food. Also supposedly they dont do chicken soft tacos any more according to a worker there.
