Never took out order in drive through and there was no one else and line and we had to wait for 10 minutes and still couldn’t order

Went here a week ago and the food was cold when I got home (5 minute drive home) tonight my wife went through the drive through to bring home supper for my family of 4 and the bag that should have had 4 burritos and oles in it ended up having 1 burrito and no oles. This place is really struggling

Ordered a number 9, three bites in and I bit down on a chunk of metal, didn't finish that. The rest of the food was good.

The food is usually pretty good. However, the day I was there they were out of potatoe oles and hot sauce. I'm not sure how a Taco Johns runs out of those two items. With proper planning and ordering, that shouldn't be an issue.

Kenyan the cashier was a wonderful guy. I was able to go in and order to go. I arrived at the end of the breakfast and had to wait for my lunch order, which was no problem to me. I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

We ordered a 75.00 dollar meal. The manager waited on us, he was very diligent. We received everything we ordered fresh and hot. Not one thing was missed. As a qsr restaurant owner I was impressed. Great service.
