We are in Spokane for the weekend and decided to look up places to eat. This place has great reviews but I was actually surprised to find out what we ordered was not good. The asada had no flavor but just salt and pepper. My friend’s enchiladas were disappointing as they were bland and given to her lukewarm. Rice and beans were okay. Maybe they just had an off day.

Great group of folks, the atmosphere, service, and food are all 5 stars! Great taco truck vibe with plenty of parking and seating.

Fantastic food truck, after sharing with family and friends I'm now ordering for several people every time I go. Their hot salsa is HOT! Big fan of their pork and the big city burrito

Asada and Pollo tacos were SO good! The staff running the truck were delightful. They had a nice shaded area with picnic tables that you could eat at; there was plenty of parking in the back. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best in the area. The fish tacos and Al Pastor are must trys. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have seasonal specials and catering. Can't say enough good things about this place. Little tip, order ahead by phone. When they say 15 minutes it will be ready, then it will be ready.

I ordered to chicken tacos and they were fantastic. I plan on going back with my bride and have other items on the menu. I highly recommend.

This place is absolutely delicious. I've tried most of the menu and haven't ever had a bad meal here. The macho burrito is my favorite, very big filling and lots of flavor. Is also recomend their salsa.... sooooo good.

I love horchata and I saw on a local Facebook group that these folks had the best horchata in town. Not even close. The horchata was easily the worst I’ve had. It tasted like milk flavored with vanilla extract. No cinnamon flavor. No rice. Just watery milk with vanilla extract. I drank two sips and tossed the other 31.5 oz out. That’s $4.50 wasted. Super disappointing. Won’t be back.

I drive by this taco truck all the time. I decided to try it out tonight 😯 Off the chain FABULOUS! I ordered the Macho Burrito, steak was outta of bounds, HUGE! Side of rice n beans, rice was good but tasted all day cook stale. I will definitely be back but order on a smaller scale! They have parking behind the house and outside tables to dine at if you prefer. The valley does not have many food trucks and this is outstanding?

I always see a lot of people here, so we finally tried it. It was easy to read the menu and to order. Theres seats to sit at and wait for your order or to eat there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order. We ordered Asada nachos, Quesadilla, Enchalida plate, 4 different tacos, rice and beans, and Sopapillas. Everything was yum! The nachos were loaded with toppings even after we left some items off. The quesadilla had lots of cheese and meat and a nice crisp. The enchalia plate was big and the sauce tasted great. All the tacos had a great flavor and I'm glad I had one of each to try. The rice and beans was really good too better then other Mexican places I tried. The sopapillas were good and a nice ending to a great meal! Everything had a good flavor and I'd go again. The prices were decent too!

Best asada tacos I've had yet in the county, and cheapest to boot! It's the first taco joint I ever tried here since moving and every time I try local recommendations for "the best tacos in Spokane", like Cochinito and El Sol, I always find them worse than El Guero's. Still good of course, just not AS good. I'll add though that I'm the kind of person that prefers simpler foods with a strong unitary flavor. Sophisticated or complex food that "paints a wide tapestry of the sensory experience" isn't my forte. My go-to is two asada tacos and an El Guero burrito, with two hot salsas to pour on both. I'm a glutton so I eat it all in one sitting, so you could probably split this between two people and be satisfied. Anyway, it's a huge morale booster! Plus, it's both cheaper and more filling than anything you'll get sitting in literally anywhere. Highly recommend giving it a try.

It’s often said that best Mexican food comes off a food truck. In this case, it’s definitely true. I ordered chicken tacos. These are “street tacos”, so slightly smaller than standard but they were packed with meat - and they were absolutely delicious. Three salsas available - green (mild), red (medium) and then what they calls “extra hot”, which isn’t so hot it’s painful, but adds some nice heat. Menu has a nice selection and prices are reasonable. Ample parking in the lot behind the truck - just drive through the driveway and walk up to the truck. Could this be Spokane’s best kept secret? I think so.

Tried on my way through the valley, now I've driven 45 minutes out of my way twice because they are so good. No skimping on anything and dank hibiscus tea.

Awesome taco truck! My wife and I went for lunch. They were busy, but still got our order in quickly. Didn't have to wait long for the food to be ready either. We both ordered street tacos, one steak, one pork, one chicken. Pork was my favorite, but all three were really good. Staff was friendly. There was parking in the back, so parking wasn't a problem at all. Definitely will be coming back!

Incredible! Best Mexican food we’ve had in Spokane and we have been everywhere! I thought all taco salads tasted the same, but was wrong - Tacos El Guero is the best anywhere! Delicious burrito bowl and chicken tacos too. Those sopapillas are ridiculous! Nobody has those anymore and we will be back on the regular to bring those back in our lives. The girls selling Girl Scout cookies could not have been cuter! Highly, highly recommend checking this diamond out!

Finally got a chance to try this place out and I like the food there the only negative thing is that there was way too much rice in the burrito it overpowered everything else so just a little less rice and it would have been really good. Really good hot salsa also

You MUST TRY this place!!! It was super affordable and extremely delicious. They had a special called the "Picaquesa" and it was so delectable that it deserves a permanent spot on their menu!!! Their 3 Tacos combo did not let me down either. I will continue to come to this place often and not feel guilty about it one bit :-) Great job to the owners!

This will probably be my to-go spot for some street tacos if I'm ever in the area. Service was quick and staff was friendly. My big food mistake is not going here sooner. Had both the Asada (steak) and Adobada (pork) and I have no regrets. Simple tacos with seasoned meat (lots of meat) and some simple toppings and lime wedges. You're usually given some mild green salsa and red hot sauce, that literally taste the same no matter where you go, not that I'm complaining. But at this place, the usual green/red sauce, with an optional spicier green sauce, made me stop and think they were homemade. That's how unique and fresh tasting they were, and made the whole meal that much better. And to be quite honest, the tacos had no right to be so inexpensive ($2.50) for the for the quality and amount of meat they give you. Especially in the current economy (as of 2022) where everybody's prices have gone up, understandably so. Disregarding price, I would still come here even if they do go up. Will be returning to try the rest of the menu. Edit #1: Went back for some steak tacos and a fish taco. If you're ever in the mood for fish tacos, please don't hesitate to get one here. It has great flavor and stuffed plenty of fish and toppings, definitely filling. Steak tacos were just as good as the last time. Salsa was still on point.

This is my favorite food truck EVER. An asada taco is practically a whole meal and you have to check out their homemade chili relleno, they're my new favorite food. My husband loves the fish taco meal and I just had my first breakfast burrito there. It was so good that I'm sitting here checking what time they open so I can go get another. You won't be sorry that you checked out this food truck.
