Very nice tacos truck. The birrias con con consume was so good. The tacos de pescado and de camarones were also so good. Nice people, nice service, and great food.

The smells from the kitchen were amazing, but unfortunately my family and I didn’t not receive quality food. The quesabirrias we ordered had a lot of fat and hardly any meat, not to mention the tortillas were more greasy than we thought they’d be for quesabirrias. My vegetarian burritos only had rice, beans, crema, salsa y cebolla. I should’ve asked what veggies came in it because I was expecting jalapeños, guacamole, y lechuga también. My brother was satisfied with his tacos but in my opinion it’d be disappointing to not even have decent tacos de asada because that’s a pretty basic dish. My mom & I were also told our order would be ready in 15 minutes but it was actually 30 minutes because the staff prioritized their dine-in customers. If you’re dining in I think you’ll have a better experience. The staff was kind, but my family and I were expecting a nice meal as we stopped for a break to eat in between our 5hour drive.

Incredible tacos and service! We were a big group and they treated us so well. Highlights were everything birria (the "pizza" and the quesabirria), fish taco and tacos al pastor The handmade tortillas and homemade sauces were also to die for. You know it's going to be good food when a woman and her mum run the place!

Simply the best food in all of Salinas Super clean which is the most important thing and not to mention the seasoning of the handmade tortillas the quality of meat is great simply the best there can be in all of Salinas and around

Qesabirria was great with plenty of meat and cheese, paired with handmade tortillas. The pastor tacos were also great. Highly recommend.

Incredible tacos. They were pressing the handmade tortillas as they went, and the fried corn quesadilla - made with one of the fresh, hand-made tortillas - was incredible.
