Tostitos and tacos can't be beat! We tried chicken, steak, and carnitas. The favorite was carnitas for everyone. This place is family run and absolutely a hidden gem. The toppings and salsa bar is the best in the valley. Everything tastes super fresh and is delicious. We will be headed back soon! Only drawback is that there's no picnics tables or seating.

So excited to discover this taco stand! The carnitas torta was delicious. Same with the tostitos (similar to a mulita or miga). The topping bar is one of the best I've seen in Salt Lake. Super fresh and obviously hand made salsas, pickled jalapeños and various other sauces etc. I was told by Saul (the super friendly guy who helped me tonight) that his mom takes care of the toppings and salsa and Dad handles all of the hot foods. Both are made in their own style and you can tell there is tradition and pride in their recipes. This will definitely become a regular stop for me. Same truck, owners etc) Still as delicious as ever. All of the toppings and salsas still perfectly prepared and the care in preparation is extremely obvious. Truly a labor of love if you want to get all cheesy about it haha. Today I had a couple tostitos (asada and al pastor). They have the perfect amount of crunch in the tortillas to satisfy the white guy taco craving but still have the delicious meats and topping bar that elevates the culinary experience to the traditional and much more tasty flavors of Mexico. My favorite part about this taco cart is that it is 100 percent family owned. I've personally met all three of the tres Garcías. Mom, Dad, and Son. They are the kindest of people who put in an honest day's work with a delicious product and excellent value for the customer. These are the businesses we need to be supporting. I am happy to call them my friends! Give them a try, you won't regret it! Update: 6/11/2024 I tried something new today, the burrito bowl! As usual it was served piping hot and with a kind conversation from Meliton. The ingredients were as fresh as ever and no shortage of variety. I live out in west valley city now, but I still stop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. This taco stand competes with any place out there hands down.

The best thing here are the tostitos. They are SO GOOD. We ordered some Asada Tostitos, some Campechano Tostitos, and some Campechano Tacos. The Tostitos (both kinds) were amazing. I had never had something like that before. Probably because they are more regional, so you only really see them in northern Mexico. So glad I got to try them at this stand though. Unreal. The tacos were good. It’s hard to ruin a street taco. These were solid. Nothing that made me lose my mind. Just solid, good tacos. Also, they guy running the stand was super friendly and easy to talk to. Made me want to return, not just for the good food, but also because he made me feel important. Highly recommend this place.

I live close by and eat here minimum 3x a week. The food is here is absolutely awesome and priced very fairly. The lighter red/orange salsa is 100% the best I’ve ever had… Meliton and his wife Ino are also the nicest people you will ever meet.

Some of the best and freshest food I have ever had was from a food truck. Like this spot. Nice owner, pick your own toppings, everything so tasty, fresh and very affordable.

Super good food and supports local business. Guy is super friendly and helpful and the food is so fresh!! Give them a try it's totally worth it and he takes lots of different forms of payment (Venmo, card, cash etc). Will definitely eat here again!!

Delicious food, fast service, great value, the man working the stand was friendly and kind, and they had the best selection of fresh and delicious toppings I have seen from a taco truck! I will definitely be back!

This place was great! Family owned and they are so nice. Got three tacos and large bean and cheese burrito for $10! Great food, good topping selection and very affordable
