Taíno’s Bakery is a gem in this area and definitely a place I want to return to. Vanessa earned not only our trust as clients, but also our admiration and friendship. they must be giving free stuff for people that give. good review because the lies!!! this restaurant sucks so bad food dry and customer service is very poor. i ordered 15 minutes away from the restaurant and get there and have to wait an additional 20 minutes for scrambled eggs! everytime i go to any of these locations, the service is horrible and my food incorrectly made. i do not recommend this place i am puerto rican and this restaurant is the worst puerto rican restaurant you could ever go to. you call and it has 3 different extensions which is ridiculous, making it harder for you to reach someone. if you want to have a bad morning to start off your day, i'd recommend this place but if you want to have a good day, avoid this restaurant at all cost. this is my 3rd review to this company, hopefully they go out of business soon or hire entire brand new PUERTO RICAN staff

Observation. It is not fair that the costumers disrespect your employees due to poor planning by the administration or owners due to being short on kitchen staff. It is of no use to have 10 taino bakeries if they cannot manage one at the level that is needed. This is not Puerto Rico. Here the costumer service is general, back of the house like the front of the house. Resolution and council. Add staff in the morning where the Rush is. Thank you.. And pardon my simplicity..

If you want to order better, do it online and I recommend doing it 1 hour before so that when you arrive you are ready, they are very slow even for Uber eats and door dash

What a shame I can't give 0 stars because this restaurant is the worst. 30 minutes to receive one scramble. They always take time even without having people in the restaurant. It is the worst service. I ordered my food 20 minutes before my turn so as not to be late and since it took 30 minutes, I was late anyway. Don't go here! the food is not rich. It's 5/10 for food. I've been to 5 of the 8 locations and they are all equally bad. The workers are also poorly bred. You go out, I still give it a chance because it's close to me but they lost a customer and I'm going to let everyone know that this restaurant is terrible and they should close and go bankrupt.
