Ordered pickup/takeout. The food was just ok. Really had high hopes for trying a place we haven't tried before but my "spicy" dinner was bland, not spicy and not very flavorful. Also, forgot the fried rice on my order. The hot and sour soup was a weird consistency and very bland. The veggy egg roll and cheese wonton were pretty good. Picked up on a Friday night and there was only 1 table of in-dining customers but 3 people for pickups orders. Probably won't be coming back.

Fried rice, general tso’s chicken and Mongolian beef. All three were delicious. Would return.

Huge portions, cheap, friendly place but the food tasted pretty bland, like panda express quality but a step below.

Guys, You've got to do a better job with frying your chicken! The two dishes that I got for the kids to eat, the chicken was so poorly cooked we may as well have served them cardboard. Everything else was average but when I come home to feed 4 kids and then have to make frozen pizza because you failed at what should be super simple and delicious, then I'm not happy. I have it a four star because it was hot and ready when. I showed up and the girl was nice, but that doesn't fix the chicken.

Looked for an Oriental restaurant and found this gem! Walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant until another couple came. Husband ordered shrimp and broccoli and I ordered the happy family dinner combos, which included soup, egg roll, a fried cheese wonton and choice of steam or fried rice. The menu is extensive with everything one would ever want to eat. The jasmine tea needed time to brew but was still good. I should have never looked down because the restaurant needs a thorough cleaning! If we were to be back, in the area, I would stop back .. maybe for take out.

We always order takeout! The portion size is good and the ingredients always taste fresh. They have a variety of entrees to choose from. We are always satisfied ordering from here. The shrimp and vegetables is delicious!

Affordable Chinese restaurant, the on-site staff is enthusiastic, ordering is quick, and the serving time is a little longer. There are a variety of sweet and sour dishes. For individual meals, you can choose egg drop soup or wonton soup with white rice or fried rice; main meals include seafood, chicken and other dishes. Spring rolls and fried noodles are both available. Suitable for old American tastes. Credit cards accepted.

I catered a party from Tao's and was very pleased with the results. They let me create my own meal off of their full menu (you're not just limited to what it is listed in the catering section) and they even threw in some extras. Paying in cash, the price per head came out to be very reasonable, and all my guests enjoyed the food. Growing up in Boston and having spent some time in NY and SF, I've had a hard time finding good Chinese food in Colorado, but Tao's hits the mark on most of their dishes.

Updated on the review, coming here for over a years now, the food still tastes sooo good, and they serve bubble tea now, I ordered the taro and my husband order the regular milk tea flavor, both are so great. So disappointing. Was looking forward to some General Tso’s but the chicken was way overfried. There wasn’t any traditional pork for the noodles or rice; I was warned it was “BBQ pork” but I didn’t expect to see big sliced slabs of pork roast in the lo mein.The Kung Pao veggies were good but overall we didn’t save the leftovers, and there were a lot. Pains me to say it but Panda Express’ food is better.

They have great delivery and have always gone the extra mile to take care of me! The food is always great as well.

Inquired about the vegetables in two pork dishes, was told that twice cooked pork had a lot of big cabbage pieces which was what I was most interested in...disappointed to see that there were only maybe 5 or 6 1" pieces. I overheard her ask someone else, "On a scale of 1-5, how hot do you want that?" Wish she would have asked me, because even though this dish should be spicy, it was not even a 1. Whatever thickener they use for hot sour soup is very heavy. Leaves that feeling on your tongue. Not very hot either. No brown rice available, yet it is on the menu. Fried rice was cold. All in all, it's a real shame. I am visiting the area and staying across the street and could have easily made this a regular stop. But no.

Great menu choices. We enjoyed some traditional Chinese cuisine. It was pretty good. Much better than some, but not the best. Portions were good. Staff is very nice. This is a small strip mall location so more practical than fancy. Most of their business seems to be carry out. We are looking forward to trying some of their other cuisines and will update the review when we do.

I love their Green Curry (I get it spicy with tofu) and Thai Basil (medium spice with chicken), meat egg rolls, and fried wontons. Yummy. I worry about consistency because a few years back I did not always get good food. I'm guessing maybe different chefs on different days, so sometimes it was good and sometimes not. But recently they have been consistently good and the meals I get delivered are always hot so I know they haven't been sitting around waiting for the person who delivers to become available. I am so addicted to the Green Curry. I tell myself I should try other items, but when the time comes to order... I have to have that Green Curry. So good!

I order from Tao’s at least 1-3 times per month. I have always enjoyed the food quality and consistency of the food taste. I personally love the Hot and sour soup, and the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken fried rice as a main course is also amazing. It is my bad day comfort food… I really have not gotten a bad dish, plenty of options to choose from but it’s hard to try new things as I have my classics! They even included a little cake when I ordered on Mother’s day which was super cute and appreciated. I feel the food is made with care and likewise the presentation and delivery has always been very good.

This was pure garbage. The food tasted old, over cooked and lukewarm. Save your money and go elsewhere. I can't say anything good. The place was filthy dirty. And a lil kid running wild. T

Very nice place. My father-in-law came once and wanted to take us all back. So, We went with our family and had great customer service and great food. Will be going back.

Our favorite monument and North Co Springs Chinese take out. Portions are good size and well made. Taste is excellent. Love the Singapore noodles. Tables are usually empty... so good to dine in. They make great takeout. Eating in could be nice and quiet (and a great pu pu platter).

SLOP! ABSOLUTE SLOP! Omg- the Chow Fun was dry, the cashew chicken was mostly celery with small little slivers of chicken, the vegetables were over cooked and limp, even the fried rice was tasteless. I spent $85 and was charged $89 because I used a credit card. I should have known the quality of food when I saw the owner’s toddler licking the windows when I walked in. Very dirty and I hope I don’t have food poisoning now. Don’t waste your time. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

My son and I have been here twice now and both times have been exceptional. Food was fresh, flavorful, delicious, and staff was friendly.

Nothing we ordered was good, nearly in-edible. Husband said he thought he saw our food reheated in the microwave, which likely explains the rubbery condition.

In my opinion the food was cafeteria grade. It seemed like the food came from a steam table rather than being cooked fresh. The fried shrimp was dry as well as the chicken in the orange chicken. My wife rated the food 2 stars. I was disappointed that the ratings on google were 4.5 stars. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I’ve tried many dishes here, all good but once I tried the Green Curry Chicken 3X spicy(love the heat) I’ve become addicted to it , it’s the best in town by far, they serve a good size portion of this dish with white meat chicken and vegetables, quality, service is excellent.

Tao's is my go-to Chinese restaurant whenever my wife and I visit her parents who live in the area. We love our favorites off of the menu (General Tso's chicken for me, sesame chicken for her) as well as trying new items! We recently had the Singapore chicken noodles and those were fantastic as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and we've never had to wait very long for our orders to come out. We highly recommend stopping by and grabbing some takeout or dining in!

We have ordered 5 times since moving here 3 months ago. I have to wonder if the chef has something against flavor. The dishes are consistently bland, tasteless and unappetizing. The wonton soup broth tastes and looks like dish water. It difficult to call the hot and sour soup because there was nothing that made it hot and sour. The Pad Thai is watered down with no flavor at all. The only flavor on the Pad Thai was the peanuts - and they were burnt this time. The chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was practically nonexistent, but there was a ton of batter. The batter was burnt this time, as well. The Mongolian beef was equally flavorless, bland and disappointing. The sad part is that this is how the food has been every single time we have ordered. Even if one time had been good then we would think there was potential, but there is clearly not.

The worst Asian food I ever experienced. Bad taste, cold as if it was left over night. An absolute waste of $70 and I tipped for pick up.

I ordered the Mongolian beef which has been my favourite here. But this time it’s the best tasting Mongolian beef. Even their spring roll is better than before. Highly recommended!!!!

Great Chinese and Thai food. The best I’ve had in north Springs!

(Caveat: this was noon, mid-week visit). The place was empty, but for the proprietors, whose little boy wondered the floor - which was fine, he was cute, it made it folksy. The Kung Pao Chicken was a large portion but a bit sauce-heavy and a unique carrot/celery-forward recipe with no sight of the usual onions in the mix. Not bad, but a little too saucy for me. Service was fine, place was clean - though the space seemed awkwardly utilized.

The new ownership is both attentive and personable. Food portions were large, even at lunch time. Excellent taste! The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be letting my friends and family know about this hidden treasure.

The food is delicious and the kitchen is very clean. I must mention they’re also very nice and generous employers. I delivered food for them a while back a d they were always supportive and fair to everyone in the staff.

I’ve tried their sesame tofu and it’s excellent, it’s like home cooked food I love it. My boyfriend loves their spicy beef dishes. Thai tea is on point! Customer service is great.

It’s hard to find good Chinese food in the Springs and this is the only place that serves good authentic taste. We also loved their Thai food, they actually taste better than an actual Thai restaurant which is very surprising to us. So far, we recommend Mongolian beef, Thai red curry, thai basil stir fried dishes and the salt and pepper chicken wings.

Not sure about the negative comments but this was some of the best oriental food I've had in a while. Full of flavor, Crisp veggies, crispy chicken, and great serving sizes. Did a takeout order and it was great. Would definitely order from here again.

I had been searching for the best Chinese food in town and finally found it! I have been coming to Tao’s for a long time and have always received the best customer service and delicious Chinese food. I don’t understand the bad reviews of this restaurant because I have always had a positive experience here. The people who own this restaurant are so kind and always grateful for your business. If you’re looking for quality Chinese food, great customer service, and a positive atmosphere, I’d definitely give this place a try!

Needs a little spice, but otherwise very good.

All the standard Chinese fare made with very good quality. They do take out but are also open for dining in. The somewhat out of the way location means it's usually not very busy but if you're in the area and desire Chinese food, you should definitely give it a try.

Great service and the food was really tasty. We loved the various types of food choices, like Singapore noodles, Mongolian beef, Thai basil with chicken. I asked the hostess and she recommended some options and we were pleased.

The food was amazing. Ordered different meals for the entire. Everyone enjoyed. The service was quick! Estimated my food would arrive in about an hour and to my surprise it was here in 30 minutes!!! Also a plus they deliver until they close. Highly recommend and I will be coming back.

He ido a Tao's casi todas las semanas durante los últimos meses. ¿Por qué? Por un lado, me encanta la comida oriental y, en mi opinión, ningún lugar supera al de Tao. La comida siempre es fresca y muy buena, por lo general pido varios platos principales para comer durante la semana. Además, el servicio es asombroso. Ya sea para cenar o para llevar, siempre me saludan con una sonrisa y la amable señora que suele estar al frente siempre me pregunta cómo estoy y cosas así. Realmente les importa. Estaba muy triste cuando cerraron por la pandemia, pero literalmente estoy contando los días hasta que vuelvan a abrir. Sin duda alguna, haría todo lo posible por comer y apoyar a Taos.

Nice staff, different food options, meals come with a choice of soup: hot&sour or wonton I ordered the shrimp and fried rice and liked it. Not much waiting after we ordered as I needed back to work soon. The price is very reasonable, two meals cost around $16

La comida era muy dulce: panqueques mandarín. Era comestible pero no fantástico. No estoy seguro de que reciba críticas tan favorables.

"Take out" parece ser la forma más popular de interacción, ya que mi amigo y yo teníamos el lugar para un almuerzo de mediodía, día de trabajo.
