Glad I found this place! It lived up to the reviews as everything was super delicious and freshly prepared. Letty, the owner/chef, was extremely friendly and her passion for cooking was clear. We had various tacos and loved them all. I 100% recommend this place!

Great meal at the Tapas al Gusto truck. The woman running it was very friendly and enthusiastic about her food. And for good reason, the food is excellent! We had the shrimp and fish tacos, along with the carne asada and chimichurri chicken. All of it was amazing. I will be back again (and again).

The food here is amazing! The tacos were the best I’ve ever had. We got fish, Birria, shrimp and carne asada. All were amazing. Never had anything like it. You will be missing out if you don’t give it a try!

Guys!! If you like tapas, this food truck is AMAZING! Letty makes everything from scratch and was taught to cook by a Michelin star chef. She is so talented! Her food truck is on her property and stationary. Definitely worth the drive if you’re not close by! We tried the Samosa, Argentina Quesadilla, Ribeye Burrito, Mushroom A La Pablano Taco & Grilled Pineapple Skewer. All of it was phenomenal! Highly recommend!!!

RARELY do you find a person with this much passion for what they do. Letty, is beyond a cook, she is an instant friend. The food is something I will be dreaming of. The Samosas were impressive. The fish taco was my favorite thing I ordered. No sugar needed in her dishes for flavor. I will be back for breakfast and some eggs (she has fresh organic eggs from her 150+ chickens!) Excellence! Is the first word That comes to mind when I took the first bite of my delicious burrito. Not just any Burrito, a cuisine I have never tried before and let me tell you. It brought my taste buds to another world. I am not trying to sound over exaggerating, but this food is extraordinary. Today was my first time ever trying it I was glad Leti handed me her business card, I had to call her right after my meal to tell her how in love I fell with her. The greatest thing is that Letty is a kind woman who loves food. The love and passion she has for this art is very evident when you try her cooking Thank you, Letty for this great experience. I look forward to trying your entire menu. I highly recommend!!!!

Don't waste your time going anywhere else but here. I had their carne asada, chicken, and a bean and avocado taco. All were well worth the price, and the shells were phenomenal.

Catered City of Chandler Christmas Party, couldn't try any of the food, as we waited well over an hour for our food, so we left. Poor ran food truck.

Hands down the most delicious food around. I had three different tacos and they were all amazing! I highly recommend trying the carne asada. Plus, the owners are genuinely kind people and you can taste the food is cooked with love and kindness.

I am from out of town and I heard about this place through my cousin. I decided to stop by to get some food. I am so happy I did! First, I have to add that Letty is an incredible host and great with customers! I had the Argentinian Quesadilla, the shrimp taco and the birria taco! Everything was absolutely outstanding! If you ever find yourself in the Queen Creek area of Arizona, please do yourself a favor and stop here! You won't regret it! This includes those in the Phoenix area as well! You must stop to try out this food truck! Great food, great service, and all around a great experience! Truly enjoyed the conversation I had with Letty about her culinary background. She is truly a pleasant person and makes incredible food! I just realized I'm rambling! Come try it- NOW! You WON'T REGRET IT! Adios, my friends!

I got a burrito and it was definitely one of the best burritos I have ever had. Super soft tortilla 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

Great food, we always buy the $5 tacos. Carna asada is my favorite. After 2 tacos I tap out because the tacos are loaded.

The best barbacoa! We come here every Friday. Letty, the owner is so sweet and a very talented chef. She is part of the whole experience with how personable she is. Top notch customer service. My wife's favorites are the Birria Quesadilla and the Birria Taco. THE BEST. Her barbacoa meat is so tender and full of flavor. I love the Southwest burrito with carne asada. Her carne asada meat is such good quality. Make sure to get the chimchurri sauce too. So so good. Thank you Letty!

We had been wanting to stop by for awhile now and we are SOOOOOO glad we did!!! FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGGGG, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVERRRRR HAD ANYWHERE, BY FAR!!!!! My husband and I left and kept talking about how awesome those two girls were. Ladies, you made our experience that much better!!! The good though, OMGGGGG IM CRAVING THAT ARGENTINA QUESADILLA AGAIN!!!! We will definitely be back FOR SURE!!♥️

WOWWWWW! An unexpected desert jewel. We stumbled across this truck ISO Birria tacos…. What we found was a chef run, Mexican fusion of thee MOST fresh and delicious tapas, tacos, quesadillas and burritos ever. BURSTING with flavor. The bacon wrapped shrimp on cucumber tapas was like a dream come true. The Birria exploded with flavor, the fish tacos were grilled to perfection. My husband’s shredded beef and cheese tacos melted in your mouth, juicy and tender and my son devoured his carne asada in about 2 bites. I will try the Birria quesadilla next time and the scallop tapas! Just absolutely AMAZING. Such a pleasure and pleasant surprise, truly. We will be regulars at this diamond in the desert! I had the opportunity to get tacos from their food truck. I got the carne asada taco and a shrimp taco. It was delicious! I can’t wait to go back and get more.

First of all, Leticia just made the best damn taco I've ever had in my life! Don't believe me? I've lived in SoCal as a neighbor to Mexico my whole life. I've eaten tacos from trucks, restaurants, carts, tents, events, homemade, catered, hell I've even swiped a taco or two from the communal fridge at work! When I say, I can't remember any of them as I sit here basking in the glorious meal that can only be described as the sun breaking dawn into an unexplored new level of culinary greatness.....I feel like Lewis and Clark just met Sacajawea and she's shown me the way to the land of the free! If I haven't made it explicitly clear by now......get yourself down here and do your taste buds the ride of their life!

We are so happy we found this place. We tried several of the tacos, salmon salad, samosas, southwest burrito, and pineapple dessert. Everything was delicious! Staff were amazing. This is a must try!

Absolutely best Mexican food! Hands down. I saw the reviews and had to try it. Drove 30 mins. Did not disappoint! This is the kind of food you get in a 5 star resort The owner Leticia used to be a sous chef in DC. The son Kevin is super cool dude Nicest, sweetest people. We'll be back!

I’d give 6 stars if I can! We tried Barbacoa Taco, Caribbean fish taco, cucumber shrimp bite and rib eye taco. They’re ALL VERY DELICIOUS! Will definitely come back and recommend to friends! We didn’t have a chance to take photos cuz we’re too hungry!

I ordered the chicken, carne asada tacos and rice and beans. It was all so delicious, great quality and fresh ingredients. I will definitely become a returning customer, and I can’t wait to try other foods on the menu. The service was exceptional, Letty was incredibly kind, and there was little to no wait!

While on a family vacation to the Queen Creek area in AZ, we landed at this little gem after searching Google for “Mexican Food Near Me”. We ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tacos, Caribbean Fish Tacos, and the Birria and Argentina Quesadillas. Describing this food as “Mexican” does not do it justice. It is several steps above and not your typical rice and beans Mexican food. ALL of the food was delicious and Letty (I’m making an assumption that was her name) was super friendly and helpful. People like her and food like this is why we love to go on vacation. As we walked away, our 9 year old son said, “I wish she was our neighbor, because we could eat this good food and talk to her every day, because she’s so nice!”

Best Tacos I’ve had in a long time. This is not your average truck food. It’s Gourmet food. Better than a lot of established restaurants. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. No to mention Letty the owner is very nice, personable.

Stopped by on a whim after seeing the high rating and was pleasantly surprised. Burritos were very unique. Lots of fresh, crisp vegetables. Very friendly and warm owner. Will be back again!
