First time I come, the food is delicious.

The food was very good. I had different dishes and all were good.

But for people with a limited budget and a bulging belly, here the portions of food on the plates are small, the employees are emotionally abused, being watched with cameras and with a low and abusive salary, so they will be very serious which can be misinterpreted as bad service.

Food had no taste and the steak tacos with rice was dry the the orchard was to water no flavor

Authentic, great value and packed with police (who always know the best and cheapest places). A standout in a sea, similar Mexican joints

Good chili verde platillo. Good flour tortillas. Okay beer tacos. Would prefer nopales without cheese more traditional.

If I could give the atmosphere 0 stars, I would. The old, bald security guard who worked on Tuesday, July 23 at 12pm stared at the women passing by, snapping his neck toward his hips. If you are a woman, go with a woman, or have a minor in your family, avoid this location. I would ask that the owner of the restaurant check the cameras to see his behavior. Although the food is delicious, I will not return to this location again. I felt uncomfortable with that security.

The best items are the TAMALES 😍 and pork in salsa Verde.

Restaurants and store front right next to each other. Store front is a great place to get ingredients for tamales.

Amazing service with food that has actually good portion sizes for pretty cheap. My total was around $14 for both my mom and I. I had gotten the steak tacos and my mom got the steak burrito we also shared a large horchata which was big enough for us to drink together.

Best tacos around, I drive 35 miles one way just to get steak tacos. Love this place. I wish they open late but given the are it's in probably not the safest place to be after dark

Tamales and guisado de res are some favorites .never disappoints, just be ready to wait a lil while when it's packed, but we'll worth it...

The nopales are delicious. However, the service was mediocre on this day. The older lady that works there was mean and rude. People were waiting for the nopales to arrive from their other location,but they just wouldn't arrive. People were told it was a 10 minute wait, but those 10 minutes ended up being over an hour. The workers just kept lying over and over about the wait time.

This one of the worst Customer service experiences I have ever had, it was unacceptable. They couldn't do anything right, from taking my order to resolving the mistakes they made. They served the food wrong and were Incapable of correcting it, after the second attemp 30 minutes late and waiting for the manager I was ready to go. I wanted a refund as we didn't eat and the manager played games with that. I would avoid this place as the staff and manager seem incredibly incompetent and don't care about custome service. I wish I could give this place zero stars, that is how bad my experience was!

Some of the best tacos in Chicago. All the food is very good. Waiting for your food has been horrible the last couple of times. The people who bring you the food seem to be scared to help you. When I complained about waiting almost 40 minutes for my food, the cashier told me she only takes orders and the manager's customer service wasn't any better. You only get one tiny salsa, which has gotten smaller per taco.

From the attendant in the parking lot to the girls that are cooking and the cashiers it's quite a lovely experience and never disappoints the food is always on point and amazing and the prices are quite agreeable for the portions that you are served and this will forever be the reason why we continue to go back it feels like you back at your grandmother's / mother's table all over again it truly feels like you're back home

To the owner your quality is not the same. Tortillas get hard when heating. Food is still great though.

Went there for lunch, after 20 minutes of waiting for my order I had to leave because my lunch time was almost over and had to go back to work. They told me the food was ready but to go. Big time mistake on there part, so disappointed, will not return. Didn't get offered a refund, and to think I actually recommend this place to coworkers in the past.

I have been coming to this place forever. I come whenever I am in the area and have got food for parties. Plenty of parking, the food has been consistent over the years always fresh and delicious. I see they made some changes on where to pick up your food once ordered. Actually it's a plus because it use to be very tight with ordering and picking up in the same small area. I don't have anything negative to say. I just hate I live so far because if I didn't I would probably be there every week. The tacos are the best !

Be ready to wait in line or to get your food for a min of 30 min ,, they have only one cashier doing drinks and charging this takes very long waiting time … but food and prices are great Get more helpers please

Best tacos in Chicago hands down due to thier uniqueness. Overall, eating the steak tacos is a refreshing experience. However, I've noticed that in the last year or so the quality of the steak/carne asada has dropped. Specifically it has more nerve and is overall tougher to chew now.

Tacos are big and taste as good as anywhere they make Tacos. I had the asada, lengua and Chile relleno... Sad to say, as good as they were, I couldn't finish them.

Was waiting in a long line on a Saturday around 4 , a staff member by the name of Laura just walked some guy too the front of the line and let him order without having too wait in line like the rest of us . Kind of bogus tbh , just put a bad taste in my mouth . Food is good .

I can't give you even one star for the service at Taqueria "El Milagro" on 26th Street because NO ONE from the staff working that hour helped me. I arrived today at the restaurant on 26th on my WAY TO WORK at 10 in the morning, I ordered takeout and received my food that I ordered until 10:42 am after asking the person who was giving the orders 2 TIMES what time my order was going to come out and watch as one of the employees gave two men who had just arrived at the restaurant "from what another employee told me" my order. No one apologized or offered me anything for having waited so long and giving my order to someone else.

I RECEIVED ALL MY FOOD SPILLED. I CALLED THE TAQUERIA MILAGRO. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They told me to call POSTMATES who deliver my food. I told the cashier but you in the restaurant pack the food.

This place is a disgrace to Mexican food, and you're better off going to Taco Bell. The wait time is ridiculous, waited 40 minutes for 2 burritos with no line. The food was terrible, how do you mess up a burrito. Please leave Little Village you have no right being in the heart of it and poorly representing Mexican food.

As soon as you walk in you feel at home. The variety of guisados is amazing but I always go for the arrachera tacos. Service was very prompt and everyone was incredibly nice. You can definitely understand why el milagro tortillas are a must have in every mexican home.

This is now my permanent place to get El Milagro tortillas!!! I live in NW Ohio!!! Parking is decent since people get in and they get out. No lollygagging! There's a dolly to use for people who make larger purchases. But wow!!! I purchased two boxes of corn tortillas and they were still warm from production!!! I could seriously have pulled over and bought some butter so I could rip a package open and eat some on the way home!!! So glad I came...I'll definitely be back!!!

The food is worth the trip! It gets crowded, it's noisy, and service can take a while, but eating those delicious tacos makes all the troubles go away! Their agua de orchata is also very yummy! I say, call ahead and pre-order a pickup...perfection!!!

I have been coming here for years, and it's good to see everything starting to open back up to the norm. I see that people dealing with customers haven't changed. I came during my lunch break and ordered the steak plate, and the guy at the registered said we only have steak tacos or the dinner. I'm thinking too myself the dinner is a plate and the menu also reads as a plate so whatever that is I would like. Need to work on his customer services. What led me to look at my meal once I received it and what I see. A table spoon of rice and beans. I asked the guy who gave me my food about the small portions, and he literally said they were told to cut back. I'm thinking if that's the case, you need to cut back on the price. I'm not happy today. I might come back another day....

All 5 stars. The food can not be more authentic is the real deal. Is not a regular estaurant where you order in the table. You do a line and pick up from what you see, witch has a good variety of plates. If you are dining there they will bring the food to the table. The servers are polite and The atmosphere is down to earth. It is a cool place to hangout if you want to just go and relax and eat.

Love El Milagro. I like to pick up green tamales when I am in the area. I get there super early, before 8 am because they do sell out by 10 or 11 am. Their chilaquiles breakfasts are yummy too.

Delicious tacos and amazing variety of yummy Mexican food dishes. The security guard there was really friendly! He helps us get seated and napkins/to go boxes. The service is pretty quick despite the long lines! The restaurant is very clean and the shop is also quick to ring you out! I always enjoy coming here!

My cousin Sal treated me to El Milagro. The Mole con Pollo and tacos de Carne asada was to die for....very delicious. The service is organized and clean. Just so busy and seating was kind-of crowded because the food is so good they have alot of clients. Oh before I forget the tortillas El Milagro are made fresh and can be sold to the public. Tamales and Mole on pollo can be ordered in party platers in advance and be pickup.

As authentic as it gets. Not fancy at all, this place is like a corporate lunchroom / cafeteria, you get in line, you make your choice(s) you pay, and you find yourself a seat. You are able to see the food while in line, and man!, everything looks good.
