"I recently dined at Taste of Asia and unfortunately, it was not the same experience I had hoped for. The service was slow and inattentive, with our server seeming disorganized. While the food was decent, it lacked the usual freshness and flavor I have come to expect from this establishment. Overall, I was disappointed by the decline in quality and service. I hope that the restaurant can address these issues and regain the consistency and excellence I have enjoyed in the past."

We've dined here several times and been satisfied. This week was less than acceptable. Food was less than acceptable, and service was a struggle with a waitress who had difficulty communicating. It was very difficult to understand her.

I ordered online using their system on there Google listing. I went in to pick up my order and they received no online order. I reordered in person and the order was ready in 10 minutes. My wife had fried oysters and they were ok, but clearly prepared and frozen. I had General Tso Chicken. It taste fine but chicken was like breaded beef jerky. I willing to assume we just hit them at a bad time. $30 worth of education.

Food has gone down hill, or maybe tonight was a miss. Either way, I wasn't my usual happy self after having my hibachi fix from here. I feel like that's a lot of money to be disappointed. Legit noodles/sauce tasted sour.

Absolutely amazing food and the best Chinese food in Sebastian easily!

I live 20 minutes away 40 minutes round-trip so I couldn’t go back to return this. I ordered Peking Duck as I have at the restaurant many times when I arrived home. There were no pancakes to roll the Peking Duck I called very upset. She said you ordered rice I said well in the restaurant I’ve got pancakes and rice. I didn’t know this eliminated rpancakes during takeout. To me, Peking Duck is wrapped in a pancake, I was furious, also the quality of the duck was not as it used to be so if you used to like that restaurant, you might not like it anymore

Not good at all. Food is not fresh and had to spit everything out a waste of money and a lunch break. This is not authentic Asian cuisine

My Girlfriend had to force me to try Taste of Asia, and I had the best dinner out. The steak and shrimp hibachi style were both cooked perfectly. Very reasonable prices super nice family owned small hidden diamond right here in our back yard. I would urge everyone living in Sebastian to try Taste If Asia.

I have not been at this restaurant in a couple of years. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically, but not prices. Very disappointing.

I came here for dinner and enjoyed a delicious bowl of pho soup. The servings are HUGE! It's a small place but I like it there.

Food - This little place offers Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean cuisine. We had the Beef Bulgogi and the Hibachi Fried Rice. The Bulgogi was very nice but the fried rice was tasteless. The sesame balls we had for appetizer were SUPERB~! They are the best I've ever had anywhere~! Service: could have been better - our server seemed distracted and busy: 1) I ordered the clear soup, but our server gave me miso soup - which was lukewarm. 2) He brought the check but didn't ask if we wanted desert, which we did. 3) The place wasn't busy - there was one other table of 6 besides us, but apparently our server also handled the take-out orders. To summarize: they could use more staff. Atmosphere - 5 stars~! Very cute little place with outdoor dining on a deck overlooking a tranquil pond. Inside decor is simple and elegant - really nice~! They play quiet, peaceful folk music from Asia, lending to the charm.

Mehhh. Woefully underseasoned if that's possible for asian fare. Will not drive by little asia again as I did today trying new places. I did like the crisp veggies which were mostly bashed in reviews, I think they add good freshness and texture. In the end dying for salt, soy and heat.

I love this hidden little place! I just found it today and came for the first time tonight. It's so nice and everything was excellent: the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I asked to sit on the patio, which is amazing and peaceful, and Joyce is my server. She has had perfect timing with all the dishes and service. I love the patio lights over the little lake, and i can hear live music in the distance from Riverview Park. I'm sure in the daytime, it is a great and comfortable people watching spot, with all the artsy/quaint shops here in The District.

It's disheartening to see reviews just complaining, however, none had valid criticism on the food. Every person/business will have bad days that is valid. I've visited Taste of Asia for close to 5 years, I look forward to coming here for special occasions, birthdays, and online orders. I haven't but I'd love to rent out the entire outside seating area for a party! Food & portion quality 10/10, service & online UX 10/10, atmosphere & location 10/10, acholic drink selection 7/10 (there's a bar across the street), menu selection 10/10. I have no pictures of the food because I can not wait to eat sorry.

Great and cozy restaurant. We had bibimbap and ribs and it was beyond delicious. I love the fact that all items in the menu have pictures. Price is reasonable and food portion adequate. I think this restaurant is a hidden gem and will become a must to whenever I am in town :)

We've been here a couple of times. It's small and quaint. Prices and food are good.

Unfortunately most Asian restaurants in the US serve bland food, lacking the incredible spices normaly part of Thai and Indian cuisine. Authentic Asian and Indian food is not necessarily hot, but containg fantastic flavors unfamilar to Americans brought up on greasy fried chicken and burgers. If you dont like spicey, stay home and eat grossly fattening potatoe salad and mac&cheese.

Very fresh and delicious. Owner is very friendly and helpful. I'm kind of glad that it is tucked in the back of the village shops, we've always been able to get a table.

I ordered shumai, tomka soup and bibimbop. The shumai were tiny and fishy, but not awful. Very fish-cake esque in taste. The tomka soup was the main offender in my experience. It was overloaded with coconut milk to the point that I could barely eat it. I have had Tom-ka at many restaurants and I I have never had such a sweet and coconut milk centric broth. The bibimbop was okay. It is served in a clay pot but very little rice had crusted on the bottom of the pot. I used the provided gouchang, but it was bland. The good points were that the vegetables were nice and they were not overcooked. That was maybe a 3.5/5, the shumai I would rate the same. I would give the tomka soup negative stars if I could, though. My service was good. The place was completely dead on a Sunday night at 6 pm. I will most likely not go back to try more food.

Food was good. Only had one server. It was a cute restaurant. Everyone having dinner there asked each other what they had and spoke to each other. It was a fun place.

Way overpriced for the ministerial portion they provided on this item. We’ve eaten here many many times. And there are a few good dishes. Today I ordered eggplant appetizer Nashugiyaki for $7.50 and there was almost nothing there. If it was served to me at the restaurant, I might’ve laughed, but this was takeout. The prices are way too high for the actual portions for many things. I think this might be the last trip to the restaurant.

We went for our 35th anniversary. We both ordered the Habitchi Filet Steak with Shrimp. The food was excellent, however, there were no other patrons there and when one of the ladies came out with a mop to clean the floors with CLOROX, that was the end of our dinner. It was not even 5:00 pm when she began cleaning the floor. They do a great deal of Take Out, but as for eating there, NEVER AGAIN. They reuined our dinner washing the floor with Clorox and we were not completely done.

Bulgogi was very salty, salad dressing had no flavor and was watery. And side of fried rice the dish came with was slightly cold on inside. Not very good honestly.

No music to drown out the server and kitchen. Or the kids at next table. Server is taking the orders at the door and you can hear the whole thing with no acoustics. Ruined my dinner even though food was tasty

Inedible beef. Skate wing 'coins' being passed off as scallops! We should have realized right away when the place was empty on the Saturday night of the July 4 weekend that it was not going to be good.

It's not worth visiting. It was too expensive for what we received. They added something to the order we didn't ask for. I chalked it up to a huge language barrier. We won't be back.

This place has no business being this good!! Even the chicken didn't have that old and dry taste. The mushroom soup was tasty and the general taos chicken had a very nice flavor with a perfect amount of spicy to it. Def recommend this place.

Food tastes good, chicken is over cooked and chewy, but most of all I want to comment on the portion sizes, they are tiny, less than a breast for 13$ and less than a full section of rice. Not worth the money. Should be renamed to taste of disappointment.

The meal was delicious, but the atmosphere was less than desirable due to the acustics of the room. The noise was extremely loud and you couldn’t even hear what your partner was saying. There was also a young child (10 yo) there greeting guests and taking them to a table and handing out menus. He was also loud adding to the chaos of the room. I will be looking for another Asian restaurant in the future.

Great service , fast and friendly. Food came out hot and quick, everything was beyond delicious. Place is so peaceful and clean. Let me tell you, this tempura ice cream was so amazing i could eat 10. I enjoy the young boy who greets us at the door, he’s very sweet and polite and does a great job. 20/10 would come back again and again!

First time there. Started off slow but worth the wait. Split the hibachi plate with my wife. Ordered dumpling things first. OMG the dumplings were so good. The hibachi didn’t let me down either. Next time we split it however I will add extra rice. That’s the only thing I learned except I will be back!!

Based on reviews I saw on Facebook I treated friends to lunch. Would not go back. The meal was mediocre and the service was slow and not all that attentive. I ordered green curry and it was almost unrecognizable as curry. I’ve never had a green curry like that. I ate it, but it wasn’t a dish I would recommend. Others said they liked their meals, but nobody raved about them. Overall just not that good.

Update four years later. - How are the mighty fallen. We have eaten here many times. Today we ate here with family and friend at lunch on a Friday. The place was otherwise empty. We found out why. The server spoke minimal English and had a really bad demeanor. When we asked for chopsticks she literally threw them onto the table. The menus were dirty and tatty. We ordered off the dinner menu and two of three meals were burnt and essentially inedible. We told the server but she had no idea what we were talking about. She and a cook were the only ones there. We paid the bill and left for the last time. Taste of Asia is NOT a Vietnamese restaurant but a an Asian Fusion restaurant offering cuisine from many southeast Asian countries, all of which is expertly prepared and served. We eat at this restaurant at least twice a month and have never had anything but a delicious perfectly prepared meal.

You'll get a good solid meal at Taste of Asia. The menu is a mash up of lots of different Asian dishes. There is a lot to choose from. Taste of Asia is low key and casual. Our server was not the friendliest, but she got the job done. We ordered bulgogi and drunken noodles. The bulgogi was really really good and plentiful. The drunked noodles were good too. The wine and beer list is limited, but adequate. There is a little patio available for dining. The restaurant is located in a small cluster of cute little shops. We passed right by. Keep your eyes peeled.

Very clean with a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff with quick service and the food was delicious. I finally found a place with acceptable fried rice as well. It was the best by far.

Went on a Friday night looking for a quiet dinner out. The location and ambiance were great but the owners (?) children were present for the whole meal. The one boy (maybe age 7) was at our table most of the night asking us questions and talking to us which made it difficult for us to have a nice meal. The bulgogi was excellent, soup had little taste, ginger salad didn't have any ginger flavors, and the teriyaki chicken was good but a little dry. If we came here again it would be for takeout only.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the menu. Totally different, very expensive for what you get, 4 rubbery shrimps, and the soup tastes terrible.

Worst Pho I have ever eaten and I love pho. Broth was tasteless. No roasted bones, spices and veggies in this broth. It's a shame. The food here is usually very good but this is the second time I have ordered it, thinking the first bad pho was a fluke. This was even worse. They need to take this off the menu since they don't seem to want to invest in the time to make a correct pho.

Food was good as usual but the service went out the drain they literally had 2 CHILDREN 1 was 7 years old ( we asked ) who was being the host the other appeared to be 13 or so was waiting tables had no clue what he was doing and barely spoke English. Horrible Horrible experience

Such great food. Very thing is so tasty. The Bibimbap is a must try. Everything we had was excellent. But when they say spicy they really mean it.

Unfortunately, the food was super salty, to the point we couldn’t eat it. We got an order of shrimp fried rice, and General Tao’s chicken. I almost gave it 1 star since it was basically inedible, but if it wasn’t overly salty it would have been good. We will give it another try, maybe its not always so salty.

Always wanted to try this place. I went with 2 friends. We tried each other's dish and none of it was that great. The staff of nice. Probably won't give it another try.

Easily the best General Tso in town and it's not even close. If you like it with a kick, ask for it a little extra spicy! 🔥 The miso soup is also delicious, and make sure you save room for the tempura cheesecake. Definitely worth the price! Will absolutely be ordering again.

This was my date spot with my wife but they have gone down hill sadly, our appetizer was soggy and had no flavor, our entrees were just as bad. Our server was a bit on the rude side and very pushy about us ordering

There was definitely a lack of courtesy when it came to the server, the salad consisted of two leaves of lettuce one cucumber and a tomato slice.The main course was salmon and scallops which were like rubber hockey pucks(all 3 of them) and the salmon was flavorless and undercooked. Save your money and go to Takara in Vero or Makotos in Melbourne

The food is good, not as good as it used to be. They have an eggplant dish I want the recipe for, their curries are quite good, and their drunken noodles are the ones I get if I don't want to make them at home. Some of the other stuff is decent. The service is okay.

Stopped by for some Thai take out after reading favorable reviews. We received a nice welcome and fast service but the quality and taste of the food was really disappointing. I know restaurants have really struggled so I wasn’t going to leave a review but I don’t want anyone else to have this bad experience. Maybe they had a different chef today?

We love Taste of Asia! Everything we have tried has been fresh and amazing. My son and I have been working our way through the menu, ordering 2 new dishes everytime we go to share, and every one has been delicious. My husband orders the General Tso's Chicken everytime. Say's it's the best he's ever had! Food comes out fast and consistently good. One of our favorite dinner places.

The hors d'oeuvres were good we had spring roll crab ragu and dumplings. My main course was teriyaki chicken which didn't have a lot of flavor and I had to order extra sauce. The meal was okay but quite expensive.

There are so few Asian restaurants in this part of Florida, so we thought we would try this place. We are from the northeast where there are many great Asian restaurants that have earned loyal repeat customers. For people who haven't been to Asia or a large US city, then you can fill your tummy with this barely adequate food and be okay with it. But for me, this place was a real disappointment. I ordered the yakisoba - basically spaghetti with tofu and a smattering of uncooked vegetables. It was bland. The hubby got beef nagi maki, which had an unpleasant texture and not a lot of flavor. The service was prompt, but not at all friendly. I don't recommend this restaurant that has a mish mash of all types of Asian dishes, better to specialize and perfect one type than to flop in all types.

I'm vegan, so my options here were unfortunately limited. They couldn't accommodate for the pad thai or drunken noodles because they both were premade with fish sauce. I ended up getting the fried rice with tofu and had them omit egg. The fried rice was good, but it was kinda bland, and I expected more veggies or something. The portions were decent though. As for the appetizer, we got the spicy tofu, which was cold tofu with kimchi, and it wasn't that good lol. I would not get that again. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself was nice and had an intimate setting and nice view of a fountain in the back. The waiters were nice and accommodating.

Ramen was really good... Service was great too, they're friendly and attentive (= We did not have to wait a long time for our food, and it seemed to be freshly made. I recommend this place 100%. I went there around 11:30am and it was not very busy.

Went at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. Sat down immediately. The food came out at 8:40. Food taste was not up to their normal quality. Servers never came by to inquire or apologize. Very disappointing.
