Really awesome place, truly! As someone who’s not from the area it was really cool seeing this place, lots of yummy fresh seafood and misc things, can’t wait to come back and try new things from Taylor Lobster!

Found them online and planned to make them our final stop before coming back home to Central PA on Sunday. Had great service and he gave me cooking instructions and recommendations for getting the lobsters safely home. Cooked them tonight and they were delicious! Well definitely be back whenever we make it back up to Maine!]

Our family was heading to Rangeley for an extended stay. We wanted to start things off with lobster and oysters. Fortunately we found Taylor Lobster!! Phoning in the order was easy, they packed our goodies for the 4 hour drive and it was smiles all around the table. 5 star service and quality.

Wonderful experience buying lobsters and steamers here. Staff was so super helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend this business for all your seafood needs.

I love this place. The staff are always so helpful when I don't quite know how much of each item to purchase for my family for a meal. I really appreciate that because I haven't been eating seafood long. We are big fans of their shrimp and haddock! Always the freshest around.

Not very sure about most of their products. But, I can tell you that I used to go there to get shrimp cocktail. which you think would be fresh. I would stop about every other week on my way home from work. I live about 30 minutes from there.When it's fresh it's great. Now a little bit fishy isn't so bad. but when you eat one and almost puke because of the taste something is wrong. The very next time I went I told the person behind the counter and she apologised up and down. Figured a bad batch maybe. But it continues. Pretty sad when a grocery store has fresher shrimp cocktail that a fresh fish market. Obviously they would rather sell not so fresh shrimp cocktail to make profit than lose a few bucks here and there. HELLO PEOPLE make it fresh daily with fresh shrimp. UPDATE...maybe I caught a bad couple batches of shrimp on my previous review.Ive been back a couple times since my last review. But credit where credit is due...... So for mother's day I stopped in and got 2- 1 1/2 hard shell lobsters 2+ pounds of haddock fillets and 1 pound of cocktail shrimp. Samantha was very helpful with my online order. She made sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Everything was great. No fishy smell 1 rib bone on the haddock ..... That's pretty hard to do. Got a male and female lobster too.... Best of both worlds tail meat of the female and claws of the male..... Thank you. And I can't forget their homemade cocktail sauce is amazing!!! Probably the best we have ever had. And their homemade tartar sauce is pretty damn good too. They made a good mother's day even better for my wife.

We drive truck and come to Maine a couple times a year. We have an rv size semi so we let the fridge and freezer get low so we can stock up at Taylor's. I love making homemade lobster mac and cheese, clam chowder, grilled scallops (mmmmm). On our way to Lewistown now. LOOK OUT TAYLOR'S HERE WE COME. Enough room to park our 83' tractor-trailer and right off I95.

Every year in May we order lobster meat shipped to Colorado for a special family members birthday treat. Each year we so look forward to our dinner. This year, 2021, the company that shipped the lobster had some big problems. Down to the wire, we had to go to the warehouse to pick up the box. Inside the box, the icy cold lobster is now history, gobbled down by our family, we are grateful to the fishermen, and the lobsters! Taylor Lobster made a special call late in the business day, worried that the shipper had missed their connection. We want you to know how much we appreciate the high quality of your seafood, and your above and beyond customer service.

Ordered 2 2lb lobsters plus some clam chowdah for delivery the day before Christmas Eve. It was delivered as ordered and was absolutely delicious as always. I really recommend their 2 lb lobster with no other meats for a meal for a person. It is sweet and you will be full when done.

My husband is a truck driver so everytime he drove through Maine he Taylor was on his stop. Some women get flowers I LOVE MY LOBSTER! By far the best I have ever had each and every time! We have recently moved to Florida and now we get them shipped. Thank you guys for the fresh tasty lobster......

We ordered 4 pound and a half lobsters and 4 pounds of steamed clams on Tuesday, October 6th. Not only were they delicious, but they were less expensive than other places we checked. The staff that waited on us had everything prepared on time for our pick-up. Certainly worth trying if you're in the area. We'll certainly be back. Joe

Found this shop by chance on a trip to York. We were very impressed with the quality of the seafood, the assortment, the service, and overall appeal of the shop! We purchased lobsters, steamer clams, and Wells oysters. All were very fresh and tasty! The young man who waited on us was very helpful and courteous! We will definitely be back!

Great lobster right on the pier. The sides are tasty as well. You may need to wait awhile to get a parking spot and then pick out the size lobsters you want and get in line. You may wait for a table as well. But you’re gonna love it!

We buy all our fresh fish here. Have done forever, it seems. Great service, friendly staff, VERY fresh fish. Haven't gotten shrimp yet, but hope to soon now that I'm here permanently. Excellent fresh haddock and Maine (Jonah) crabmeat. They are great with customers wanting to export fresh lobster, as well. And, I've even overheard a party deal going on that sounded very fair and reasonable.

I placed my first order based on the positive online reviews. Here I am to write my own review as my experience with Taylor Lobster was absolutely terrific. I ordered 7 cooked lobsters which were delivered overnight. The delivery was guaranteed to be delivered by 8pm the following day and luckily it arrived via FedEx just in time for an early dinner. The lobsters were sweet and made my celebration dinner over the top amazing. I love lobster but don’t have a pot big enough to fit them all in, Taylor Lobster makes it quick and easy. Folks on the phone are super friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to order from here again.

This is the place to go if you want outstanding seafood. I have ordered lobsters to take down to Connecticut for a family gathering and no one could believe how fresh and succulent the meat was. Taylor is just down the street in Maine where I live; they have fresh deliveries right off the fishing vessels and brought into the store. There is such a large variety of seafood in season from clams, muscles, to variety of fish and lobster. They package the seafood in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs for shipping as well as taking home if you are from out of state. Love Taylor Lobster Co.!

This lobster pound and fish market is a gem. Clams, muscles, and fish are always fresh. Lobster is fresh and they will cook them for you so you can have a picnic without the hassle of having to boil your own. The coleslaw, cocktail sauce, and stuffed muscles are delicious as well. Stop in and get some great seafood, totally worth the stop!

Had a family lobster feast a week ago. Ordered 19 hard shell 1 1/4 lobsters. Out of the 19 maybe 3 were hard shell. The rest were soft shell. we opened with our hands. Shell were have full. Very disappointing.

We were in Kittery one afternoon and decided we would like to get some fresh lobsters for dinner. It was after 4pm and most of the lobster places were closed, but not Taylor's. We were so glad. We got our fresh lobsters and two of their crab cakes, got home and cooked them up. They were delicious. I think Taylor Lobster Co. is open until 6pm every day but Sunday when they close at 5pm and it is right off I-95.

I stopped because it’s close to I-95 and easy on/off. I took 7 lobsters home to PA and they did an excellent job packaging them for the ride! Would recommend to anyone! Great prices also!

I get all my lobster and fish product from Taylor's Lobster Co. when I head to Maine. Their lobsters are lively and their seafood fresh. And, the prices are fair. You can't go wrong at Taylor.

Friendly staff. Great packaging on quality lobsters. We drove to Southern Maryland for about 10 hours and not a single dead lobster.

We picked up 12 chick lobster before flying home. Keep in mind Home is Fairbanks Alaska. Taylor’s packed the lobster for shipping. We had a 13 hour flight. Got up this morning and not a dead lobster in the bunch. Now to enjoy! Excellent!

Taylor's has good prices and fresh seafood, but my favorite thing is that they will cook up your lobsters for you and wrap them tight (so they stay warm). This means you can take your lobsters on-the-go and eat them down by the beach, or in your own home without the hassle of cooking them!

Great fresh haddock, no odor at all! Steamers are local caught and de-sanded (you can never get ALL the sand out) sweet without the mucky taste of the mud flats. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service is quick and friendly.
