I have been to this location 6 times in the last 3 months. On those occasions, if the manager is not present, there is no rice as a side available after 6 pm, and the staff is sitting down hiding behind the hot line on their phones watching videos. If the manager is present, the full menu is available, and the staff is actually being mostly productive. The cashiers are about 50/50 in accuracy for entering orders. There was a younger gentleman who was the only one to ring in the order correctly the first time, and verbalize it back to me correctly. None of the young ladies are good about reading the order back, which would be a simple fix for them not entering the orders right the first time. Space is always clean, food never takes more than 10 minutes to get out.

Salmon salad and hard pita chips are my favorite

We ordered carryout with a pickup time of 8:00PM. We didn’t know they closed at 8, and I arrived a little afterwards. The manager let me know they were waiting on us and tried to call us. She dod not have to do that, and we are grateful she took care of us.

I had the Falafel Salad and every bite was exactly what I hoped it would be. My only issue was I had my dog with me because I'd just picked her up from the groomer, and I had to leave her on the patio alone to go inside to order. For a fast food kind of place, definitely a better alternative to chicken and burgers!

I was pretty disappointed that for Mediterranean food that is supposed to pack a lot of flavor, overall, it was pretty bland. Yall still beat cava hands down but even my harissa chicken had no kick and no heat. Other than that y'all are absolutely 5 star.

Fast turnaround on takeout order, and got everything spot on!

I placed an online order on Mother’s Day for my mom and grandmother that live in Montgomery. They arrived to the location and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed. No one contacted me about a refund. When I did call I got a rude answer of it was already refunded. No apologies no empathy. I asked for a receipt for the refund I have yet to receive.

This place is amazing! Food prepared as ordered and they were quick. We got the 30 minutes after opening and they were busy and kept getting busier. Chicken kabobs were full of flavor and super tender. Grilled salmon was seasoned well and flaky . Salads and rice were perfect especially with the heat outside. We’ll be back.😀

The worst gyro and Greek salad I've ever tasted the yogurt dressing tasted like apple cider vinegar. The pita bread was stale the onions tomatoes lettuce all mushy. You people obviously haven't eaten authentic Greek cuisine. I guess Montgomery is best known for soul food. I would never eat there again. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I threw it in the trash and chose walk ons Cajun cuisine which was excellent and I'm from Louisiana.

Pretty mediocre, not really what I think of when I imagine Mediterranean food. Nice people thoufh and good service! Food is just kinda basic

This place has great service and food. We walked in and checked out the menu before ordering. We got up to the counter and the gentleman was smiling and answered my questions about the spice level of the hummus. About 5 minutes after ordering our food arrived hot and fresh. I ordered the veggie pita and spicy hummus. The price was $17 and some change. The food was flavorful and fresh. I'm going back soon!

Fish was good but the potatoes were bland and the house dressing was too sweet

Lamb was a dry, tough, slab of meat. Cheap piece of meat.Threw most of it away and won’t go back anytime soon.

I love mediterranean food. I decided to get a to go order from this place even though some reviews said it’s not that great, and i’m so mad I even wasted my money. The chicken does not taste like marinated mediterranean chicken. The rice has like a strong lemon flavor. I’ve never been to a mediterranean restaurant and the rice taste like that. As I write this i’m taking another bite to make sure i’m not tripping because this food is so disgusting and it just ruined my mood. But the staff are nice.

Not bad not at all. The tomato cucumber salad is always delicious. The chicken pairs great with anything. There is more salad than enough to go around for a day or two. Love the chocolate chip cookies. I just don't like the tip feature now a days. I wasn't served, No tip should be be required.

1st visit when moving to area was wonderful! 2nd visit the veggie gyro’s were made different with a spicy sauce instead of the creamy option and couldn’t eat it 3rd visit talked to guy about last visit and asked how the veggie gyro is suppose to be made as I loved the first time but the spicy sauce second time was a bummer and not what I expected…. He confirmed pesto sauce or tzatziki is used so I ordered a 3rd time and asked if they sold JUST the soft pita bread - he said yes and added it to the order. So I expected to get 3 extra soft pita breads for my son, I even explained that’s who it’s for to make his own with… I didn’t get a receipt when I placed the order as I clicked on screen no receipt (later got the print out in the bag of the ticket for my order which said baked pita not soft…. Wish it distinguished “pita chips” vs “pita bread” so it was clear for those ordering… I didn’t want chips. Got home an hour later and opened the meals to discover 2 containers of BAKED pita CHIPS 🤦‍♀️ super disappointing. Called back and asked if I can switch them out as we weren’t expecting chips but soft pita as when I ordered I explained my son makes his own due to his allergies/diet….. the girl who took my call @ 3:40 pm said she can NOT help me in any way shape or form, I can NOT switch the chips out for the soft pita bread I had ordered, and that I can take the time to call back another day when the manager is in, to discuss if I truly want to follow up on this. That’s frustrating, as in the meantime I am out what I ordered for my son and it’s disappointing that not only is it a huge inconvenience to drive through rush hour again on Friday afternoon like I offered to do, but they won’t even switch it out for the soft pita bread for me if I did return chips for bread. We are talking $3 worth of pita it’s that simple. But instead, it’s become such a hassle and rubbed me the wrong way despite the kindness of the gentleman who was there today… the way the messed up order by simple no-fault miscommunication was handled was NOT right. So because of the 2 out of 3 orders being wrong and NEVER has it been made right but just lost food & lost money at my expense, I am not inclined to return unfortunately. Maybe here in Alabama that’s just how things are run and people just lack empathy or don’t treat others right, I don’t know, but we come from a different state that appreciates their customers and make lasting relationships and have an ethical way of doing business and making things right. I’m not trying to keep the pita chips either I offered to make the drive back. Return them, and pickup the soft pita bread I had asked for. I just want what I had ordered and not something that isn’t an option for us to eat. That’s all.

Food okay it's basic you can fix at home too small inside get overwhelming and I had a pick up no one asset me but when this guy walked in the little sweet boy 🌈 cashier ask to help him fast and he got his food I guess if i was a tall handsome man I would have got service but I got my food when the only waiter assist me won't be back I'll just park there to go in Chipotle 🫶🏿

First time here. This is more Greek inspired food but very Americanized. I ordered a chicken gyro (no flavor) whipped feta( no flavor but lots of honey) kid’s chicken rolled up with American cheese in a tortilla..?? The young lady at the register was nice. Place was clean and bathrooms.

Food was okay. Nothing exciting but it was edible. I've had better and worse. The service left a lot to be desired, though. The staff is not very informed about the menu items and ingredients. I don't recommend this place if you have any food allergies or sensitivities, or if you have special dietary needs and limitations. The cashier erased my phone number before I finished entering it and lost my reward points. The speaker for the music (which is unnecessary anyway) was so loud, we could not comfortably have a conversation. Overall, was not a great dining experience but food was okay. To answer store questions, for one thing, I asked what is on the potatoes. I was told nothing, just plain Potatoes but your posted response list other items. When I asked about a couple of clarifications on menu items, the staff had no idea about the ingredients. The music is the speaker I was referring to in my post. It is so loud it makes eating the meal miserable. I go to lunch with friends to socialize and discuss our live events, but we could not talk over the loud music on the speaker. And the cashier erasing my number, causing me to lose my reward points, I guess is just a sign to try a different lunch meeting spot next time. Thank you for at least responding to the post.

Mediterranean salad was good and the roasted potatoes were good, but the grilled chicken had no taste at all. The music was too loud to enjoy the meal. The staff needs an update in customer service.

If someone is taking your money they should at least have a positive attitude.

Hands down the best Greek food I've had thus far. The place is clean with nice decor. Love that it wasn't crowded and I didn't have to wait long for my order. They're definitely my go-to.

When I enquired about one of their sauces they happily presented me with a sample and a pita chip to taste it. They are very accommodating and prepare delightful fare, time after time.

Tasty food, good service and a nice dining area. The place was pretty busy for a Friday lunch. I really prefer the typical gyro meat, but the beef gyro was pretty good. I had a side of rice, they gave me chips, but I didn't ask for those (would have preferred something else). I have had better Mediterranean food, but I did enjoy my lunch

Food tasted wonderful. Excellent presentation, mix, flavor, and hummus on point. Hands down one of my favorite quick stops for a healthy lunch enjoying some Mediterranean flavor. Quick service food to table and friendly atmosphere. Will be back many times.

Food was decent but service was abysmal. We waited for 45 minutes only to receive a messed up order with cold food. On top of that, they didn’t even call our name. They just sat it on the counter and went back to talking with other employees. Credit where credit is due though, the food was alright despite it being cold. Trash place and not going again.

The fruit was old, I didn’t like how it wasn’t fresh and that’s what is promoted. I didn’t ask for my lamb to be chopped up for my salad like it was for a child, it’s not in the children section it’s a feast. The potatoes are bland and hard, the lamb gyro was too salty and soggy. Horrible $30 spent!

Miserable young African American woman on till - zero customer service, clearly not interested in being there or actually doing a decent job. Older woman behind cooking area, friendly & helpful More like a canteen.. Went in near closing time - seats being stacked on tables whilst customers on tables still eating. Food ok but nothing special.

Place was good! Food was descent, service was great, and scenery was fantastic! I had a chicken gyro and my friend had the lamb gyro. The only improvement I can suggest is to ditch the chips.

Ordered boxed lunches for 20 from here for a work event. It was a wonderful experience. The order was ready on time. The customer service was exceptional. And the food was delicious.

Just tried Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe and I am blown away by their homemade hummus and baked pita!! Killer!!. I've had hummus and pita from many places, but this place takes the cake. Must Mediterranean place to go! #foodie #mediterranean #yum #tazikis

Was passing through the area on a road trip and hit the jackpot. Amazing food, super fresh, and one of the best grilled chicken salads I've ever had.

Our first Greek food after moving here and impressed. Feel healthy after eating this. Recommend the lamb Euro and tomatoes Cucumber Salad. Prices are affordable and they are quick when making it.

With group of 5. Service was great, but food not so much Sandwich meat was small chunks, and swimming in way to much sauce, which was much too thin. Baklava was good. Everything else was meh. Not coming back

Fresh, well prepared, tasted delicious. Chicken wasn't dry or overcooked. Enjoyed the gyro and salad. Highly recommend especially on a night you don't feel like cooking but aren't in the mood for fast food.

We love Mediterranean food so decided to give this a try. Service was good. Staff was friendly and seat was clean. Restrooms were also very clean. There were a few things they were out of because they were so busy. This food was very good. Prices reflect the quality of the food with no regrets. I drive home this afternoon both full and content. It is definitely worth the stop.

The food and service were great. I had the beef gyro and my wife had the lamb gyro really good we will go again. The one down side was the bathroom was discussing really needed to be cleaned.

I was hungry & tired from a VERY busy day at work today & also not feeling well from a bad ear infection—All I could think about on my way home was Tazikis’s soup. I Stopped & got a takeout order of soup & was VERY DELICIOUS & comforting. I can always count on Tazikis! Thank you!

No complaints about the food. However, the people who takes the order gets it wrong 3 out of 4 times. They either forget your dressing, dips or they assumed your sides. New customer service aren't as good as the originals. Came back again for lunch. July 19, 2032 12:54pm. Ordered the same 4 items. 2 Veggie Feast, potatoes and salads sides for both. 1 Child Feast, double rice sides. 1 taziki dip with soft pita. We were very very specific, because of previous bad experience. Of course, tall looking order taker in short pant with bleached yellow hair wrang it up for rice and potatoes. The child feast she did get it correct. My son still got rice and fruits instead of double rice. We got rice and salads instead of potatoes and salads. Lol. And then! We ask to have it all corrected. The order taker approached us as if we made the mistake. Seriously, y'all got a couple of people with a chip on their shoulders with no respect for their jobs. Five stars are for the good foods. Maybe 1 star for server and order taker. 4 out of 5 wrongs now.

Service remains hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service and sometimes the attitude and apparent lack of wanting to be there is very in your face. The food is always good though, so there is that.

Great quick Greek fix. Service is fast and food always good and fresh. You walk to counter and order, fill your free refill drink up and sit down and they bring your food to you. Ordering waiter is a breeze as well and the food is always good.

I love this place! One of the only (maybe the only) fast food places in the area that is always fresh off the grill. Plus, the cucumber yogurt dip is the best I've had in a while! This could easily be mistaken for a health food restaurant because the meals are well balanced and not overly sauced. Everything is always cooked really well and there's a great selection. Wish there were more great fast food options like this around.

Quite easily the worst experience I've had in a restaurant. Immediately upon entering I walked up to the front counter to order. I already knew what I wanted. The lady (tall, green hair) that took my order was rude. Didn't make eye contact with me once. She continued a conversation with a coworker while "taking my order". I sat quietly and watched multiple people enter the restaurant after me and all received their food before me. Mind you, I ordered grilled veggies with chicken and a fruit side. After roughly 20 minutes of waiting a separate employee approached my table to ask me what I had ordered. I could tell they forgot my order completely. After another 5-7 minutes I received my food... the smallest portion of grilled veggies I've ever seen and roughly 4 ounces of chicken. I would have expected for $20 a bit more food. Absolutely atrocious customer service. The way the girl with the green hair looked at me when I left was evidence that she had judged me and obviously didn't care about doing her job. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The food was great while my daughter and I decided to dine-in until dinner other people brought their BIG dog into the establishment to dine in also, I was a little thrown off by that.

Service is always good. We visit at least once a week. The whipped feta app is bomb. Try it with a side of the grilled lamb or grilled shrimp.

My Greek salad was terrible had no salad dressing on it the guy did a terrible job I don't know what he's Asian a Vietnamese but he did a terrible job it was a worst salad I've ever had

I ordered the lamb gyro. The lamb was broken into pieces and not much was there. The lettuce was brown and they forgot my feta. Can't see myself eating there again

Had the most wonderful time at Tzazikis! The food was amazing but what really made my night was the staff especially the manager Megan. She was super nice and handled my food as well as some rude customers with such care.

I love Taziki’s but tonight the manager (Megan) was really rude! I never have any problems here most of the time (and I come at least once a week). I ordered the beef with extra salad dressing, rice and soft bread with the side you dip the bread in… WELL the waitress didn’t charge me for it so they didn’t put in in there (not my fault because I specified it). The manager was really rude about the situation! Her tone was definitely not the tone a manager should have!! Then once I got home I realized I had no side (rice). Of course I told the who I was and the manager got on the phone again with a different TONE!! She did let my son come by to get my rice! I just don’t like rudeness and I feel she could have handled it differently! Don’t know when I’ll be back bc it really made me feel some type of way!

This place is sooo good we come here at least once a week the grilled salmon is the best salmon in town and if you haven't tried the whipped feta with honey do yourself a favor and try it so good everything here is so fresh

The food was very tasty and good amount.

A favorite of my wife's, this is her go to Mediterranean place. She often makes me drive past one or two other places to go here. It was her birthday tonight so I picked her up some Tazikis to go. The restaurant was all but empty, one family ordering and a single patron seated waiting for something. Ironically there were "Stop littering" signs EVERYWHERE in the parking lot, and as the wind whipped the uncleaned tables outside were losing napkins and other table side accoutrements. She got her birthday dinner but was disappointed because the rice was in her words inedible, like scraped from the bottom of the pan. She said at least they Gyro had plenty of chicken and she ate a few of her potato chips. I could tell she is usually happier with the quality. That said the food was correct to the order and ready when I arrived. She will have plenty opportunities for redemption. I enjoy them myself from time to time.

Right now they are struggling due to no one wanting to work and covid shortages. But, the food is still good. This restaurant could use some support. Service was slow, but the manager made up for it by giving me some free deserts. Right now you can't dine inside, to go orders only.

The Grilled Salmon Feast is a dish to make your mouth water! Add the deep-roasted potatoes, accented with a delectable salad...and you have a great fulfilling meal.

I miss eating Mediterranean almost daily; so moving South, it's become a real treat. Taziki's did Not disappoint!!

Ordered the Greek salad with lamb and extra lamb. The lettuce and veggies were wonderfully fresh! No words to describe the lamb other than fabulous! That being said…I had ordered and paid for 4 sides of taziki (spelling maybe wrong but it is the cucumber dressing/dip) and only got 2. The salad came with olives and feta cheese - There were two olives and maybe 2 tablespoons of feta. For what they charge I feel a few more olives and feta would have been appropriate. Over all-okay salad and to die for meat!

The food was absolutely wonderful and reasonably priced. The Mediterranean salad was the perfect combination of greens and other ingredients. My one peet peve: I waited at the ladies bathroom for about 20 min because it was locked - I assumed someone was there. When I finally went to ask the lady at the register, she immediately said she knew, it had happened to her earlier in the morning, and the door was just broken. When I suggested they put up a sign so other women would know not to wait and that they should use the men's bathroom, she acted impatient and just repeated her earlier remarks and proceeded with what she was doing. I went ahead and mentioned to another person behind the counter since she seemed to just be dismissing me. He listened and, to their benefit, the sign was up before we left the place. The first lady must have just been having a bad day, probably made worse by her early morning experience with that door. I would definitely go back.

Food was great and brought out in good time. Everything else was disappointing. The bathrooms were nasty. The staff was rude, walking away in the middle of asking for silverware. There were no utensils around anywhere. I am not sure if they were understaffed at this busy time -- Sunday lunch.. but it seemed like it. I totally understand not having enough help. But the attitude was too much for me.

Overall a very decent place with decent food, nothing special. The employees are nice but definitely don't seem to be terrific. Enviorment is a mixed bag of dependant of the time and day, but generally you can enjoy a meal there without any conflicting sounds, tastes, or anything problematic.

First visit here. Food was ok, not the best Mediterranean food I have eaten (I am Armenian, so know good Mediterranean food)--too much of a vinegar flavoring. Beef somewhat tough & dry--did not taste marinated. One end of veggie gyro drenched, which made the whole gyro fall apart; other end dry. Staff was friendly. All tables were cleaned with the same cloth, no disinfectant, no rinsing between cleaning. Did not feel Covid cleaning requirements/suggestions were bein adhered to.

This visit we went was my first in many many years and I was NOT disappointed!! The staff was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! We wanted something light but also filling. My husband got the Grilled Beef Sandwich (which I wanted to steal) and I got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich (which was good, but that beef though!). We will definitely be back!

The wait time was longer than expected on my lunch break, and I work downtown. Also I thought that shrimp "skewers" actually means that the shrimp is going to be on a skewer but they were just wrapped in aluminum foil.

Clean, friendly staff, quick service and excellent food.

App for curbside pickup does not work. I tried about 10 times to place an order. I just tells me there is an error processing, but won't tell me what the problem is. And of course they won't accept a curbside pickup over the phone.

Good sauce but the lamb tastes like steak. It wasn't what I was used to but the pita chips and taziki sauce made up for it!

Food was fresh, flavorful and DELICIOUS 😋. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. I would definitely return if I'm in town again.
