My second time, brews are tasty, good offering on tasty eats. Had some Bacon Cheddar Bratwurst this visit. Fries were slim planks, very tasty not too crunchy. Had Yellow Bus brew to drink, again very tasty. Brought home 2 Grapefruit Squuez Plays to try. Had 2 previous called Bleacher Creature, heavy on the hops but tasty in my opinion. Nice clean atmosphere. Background music not loud but noticable, I found some new artists to add to my personal collection and some old faves from my past. Laid back and chill is what I would say, but should be checked out whatever your taste.

Food is great, disc golf course is awesome!

Don't judge a book by its cover. The building may jot look inviting but the service, wide variety of beers, and German fare should not be missed.

The scenery was nice, we got to see a prairie dog roaming outside. Their "chef choice of 3" was a little underwhelming, which was effectively a hot dog, brat, and an andoulle sausage. The hot pepper cheese balls were the unsung hero that went far beyond expectations. A whole basket full of 1/2 inch fried cheese balls made with pepper jack cheese (or some kind of other pepper) that our whole table enjoyed and talked about for days. I'd gladly stop in to get another round if I find myself in the area again.

Tee was so awesome and friendly. We planned a bachelor party and stopped here — it was a great time. Snacks were fantastic too! Beer was the top notch.

This became one of my favorite restaurants when I moved to the area last year. Wish they had a veggie burger option. They recently took the Mac and cheese off the menu and replaced it with more meat options. Disappointing as I do not eat meat.

Ample parking- nice space inside. Plenty seats at the bar - mix of booths and tables (high top and low top) to sit at. Good selection of beer on tap - always has rotators. Food is amazing - good place to scratch the German food itch Biggest beer garden ever - 65 acre disc-golf course in back!

They have a brat burger... Think brats... Then burger... Oh yeah! Then ... OMG... Soft pretzel bun. Nice! And then... Instead of onion rings I got the fries. Never had fries like this .. wide and long... But only as thick as a quarter... Lightly salted... Amazing. Will I be back ? Oh heck yeah. Tomorrow :-) Nope... Back for dinner... And posted a picture this time!

Great German food. Also have a beautiful disc golf course out for the public use. I'm here at least 10x a summer. Love this place.

Waited over an hour. No food. Filling delivery orders before seated customers. Terrible.

We’ve been to Territorial twice now. T is an amazing server! Service is so important and she does an amazing job. The food is awesome and the beer is delicious. New to the area, we are so pleased to have found a new favorite.

Hadn't been in well over a year as they had several food items on the menu that were not available, but everything was available and good this time around. The Spedunkel was tasty, as was my olive burger. The rest of my group seemed to enjoy their drinks and food. Olivia was an excellent and attentive server, though the place was not particularly busy for a Saturday evening. The dining area is a bit dark making it a bit difficult for this old man to read the menu, but all in all a good, reasonably priced evening out.

Good service and good food. Come prepared to really look the the menu because they have many unique dishes. I wished it was a little brighter, but some might appreciate the dark setting.

Had the fish sandwich with horseradish, pickles, and red onion. Good sandwich. Probably could have used a dash of hot sauce or even malt vinegar. Sandwich comes with fries. Split pea soup was delicious.

One of the most beautiful disc golf courses in South West Michigan. Free to play! Worth a 3-4 hour drive. Not a lot of shade, bring plenty of water! Gorgeous does not say enough.

Arrived on a Trivia Game day and had so much fun ! Very friendly staff and clean place. Amazing view on a disc golf course. German style food, homemade and fresh. Cold beer on draft and different other options for drinks. Recommend this place and will be back for sure 😊

Enjoyed our visit and a round of disc golf! I loved the black ale and the pepper jack cheese! We sat outside because we brought our two dogs. Super friendly service and great food!

Ordered take out. Food was really good. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger added grilled onions but never received them. The super deluxe brat was loaded with onions and very tasty. The tator tots were crispy. The roasted garlic dip with pitas was so delicious, I wish I could have experienced it in the restaurant when it was hot out of the oven. The loaded German fries were a new experience and I recommend them to everyone. I knew when I ordered, but be prepared for the gratuity when ordering take out. Overall great meal.

Wurst sampler ever! And by wurst, I mean best. 5 different sausages served rocket fast with 3 kinds of cheese! Wow. I would come back just for that. The Penetrator dark beer was very dark - and excellent. 10% beer was very flavouful without being hoppy. I would return. .

If this is a German establishment, it must be the 1930's Weimar Germany-era, if you know what I mean. The Führer would be so disappointed. First and last time to this place. Only three items on the menu that were "German".

I'd heard they had a killer patty melt, so I had to check it out. It was amazing! Our waitress was great, service and everything was above and beyond.

Nice interior setup and design. Staff is friendly as well. And very good selection of imported European beers. We went there during our lunch break and despite there were only few tables occupied our service was a bit slow. It took longer than what we expected to bring out our orders. It’s also worth mentioning if you are a non-pork eater then unfortunately there’s hardly anything you can order from the menu. I ordered a Doner sandwich (aka Gyro sandwich). It tasted bland and was super dry. I really wanted to like the place but unfortunately I don’t think I’d want to come here again. If you’re okay with their menu and don’t mind waiting a bit long then it’s not a bad place actually. And by the way, their prices aren’t too bad for their serving portions.

Fantastic place! Our dinner was delicious and our waitress was super sweet. Their TBC chicken sandwich had the best coating on it. (Thin but tasty. Not thick and crumbly like other places) Their side of mac and cheese was a much larger portion than I was expecting. Definitely worth it. Don't miss the garlic dip with the pita bread too. It was awesome. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Come for the German food, stay for the beer. An intimate place, but not small. The staff is super friendly and cordial. Sounds like some regulars hanging out at the bar, chatting with each other and the staff. The wurst was excellent, with nice mustards and other sauce options. Spätzle was phenomenal. Worth the diversion off I-94, for a tasty dinner and drinks.

Each beer was excellent (tired 4 over the course of 2 days). Olivia and Samantha were wonderful servers: both kind and attentive. The pretzel, loaded tater tots, and fried cauliflower were delicious. I can't wait to come back when I'm in town again.

When we walked it we were greeted and seated , staff was very friendly, when we were seated that’s when the not so good service began , we sat there for about 20 minutes with 2 waitresses walking by us just looking at us , I know we are all short handed and need to be patient , I get that and I accept that but the we’re waiting and asking all the other customers if they needed anything and they said no , so why not come to our table and at least acknowledge that we are there and ask us for our drink order , also the menu kinda made me sad , the restaurant is all decked out in German and they barely have German food and the German food that was on the menu was not even the way we Seoul’s eat in Germany , so that was a little disappointing, needless to say we got up and walked out not because of the menu but the fact that we sat there for over 20 min and had not been acknowledged by a waitress !

"Ein Ami der Deutsches Essen mach"....Und Bier machen die auch noch selber? jaja, die Vorurteile. Aber das sollte jeder selbst testen. Bier: Ja das können die Amis halt eben nun garnicht. Umso erstaunlicher das man das hier wirklich trinken kann. Gut zu einem echtem Deutschen Bier fehlt noch einiges. Aber guter Ansatz. Ich hab das Kölsch probiert (finde ich persönlich wie üblich bei den Amis einfach zu lasch. Aber man schmeckt schon raus das in die richtige Richtung geht), und ein Yellow Truck hinterher (das erinnert ein bisle an ein Bitburger, vielleicht etwas überhopft). Fazit: Ja, das ist auf alle Fälle mal tausend mal besser was die Brüder hier sonst so zusammen panschen. Dafür 4 Sterne! Essen. Auch andersrum gibts Vorurteile: Ausser zu Nürnbergern und bei uns im Schwabenland zu den Schupfnudeln...WER ist bitte Sauerkraut? Aber egal das hat sogar geschmeckt. Ebenso die Fries, die zwar alles nur nicht Germanstyle sind...aber gut. Zur Wurst: Die lässt sich kurz und knapp zusammen fass: Knoblauchwurst -> 5 Sterne! Echt wie daheim! Bartwurst -> Naja, wie beim Imbiss...sehr wenig Geschmack Nürnberger -> Totalausfall! Schmeckt nach Presspappe ohne Geschmack. Desweiteren wird die in der Pfannen gemacht und nicht im Wasser aufgekocht...Sollte man dem Koch mal sagen. Dazu hatten wir noch ein Schnitzel. Das gibt leider auch nur 3 Punkte, bzw wen es deutsch sein soll ja fast schon volle Punkte. Ist halt ein typisches PNP Schnitzel. Panade, Nix, Panade. Flach geklopftes etwas mit viel Panade drum rum. Dafür waren die Spätzle erstaunlich gut. Fazit: Ja für einen Ami durchaus gutes Essen. Und keineswegs komplett daneben. Ich komm gern wieder!

Stopped in for a quick dinner and a drink after a training day at Fort Custer. Sat at the bar because I was alone and the bartender was very friendly. He gave some solid recommendations for food and provided great service, food was great (had the pretzel with beer cheese and the pulled pork sandwich). Other patrons at the bar were very friendly as well and had great conversation. The in house beer was pretty good as well, will definitely come back when I am in town next.

The beers I had were good, and they weren't anything too unusual. Service was decent and our table had a great view of the frisbee golf course, so the entertainment was free. The food was great. I had the mac and cheese which was a very good rendition of that dish. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area.

Food was really good, lots of variety. Server was terrible. Decided the bar, with I assume regulars, was better to be at than the tables she was supposed to be serving. Left us waiting for drink refills, did not stop by but one time during the visit, aside from delivering food once, and when we asked another much more attentive waitress to please grab our server.

Out of kidsmenu item charged us double and gave us something different. Hard to get drink refills or bill to even pay. Food subpar

German food in town that is so good. We lived in Germany for 3 years, and this is just like stepping back. The selection of wursts are impressive, as well as other German fare. A fair number of American dishes as well. Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful view of the former golf course, now a frisbee course. Even some beautiful wild animals.

The beer is excellent. We played the disk golf course, had lunch and beverages. Staff was friendly and food was delicious. We be back soon.

Fist time visiting, made a reservation for a group of 7, got right in a seated. They were out of several menu items including the BLT I came in for. Ordered the fish sandwich instead. Came on a pretzel bun with 3 strips of fish, seasoned well, but the tarter sauce had so much horseradish I nearly choked when I bit into the sandwich, wouldn't order again. Daughter ordered a pulled (pork or brisket) sandwich, open faced. Half of the sandwich was so hard she couldn't even eat it. Not sure if I'll be back.

Awesome tasting bratwurst and the fries are different too,like a thin sliced steak fry. The Pheasant IPA was delicious. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was great. Great selection of food. Bacon grilled cheese had loads of bacon. Service was great. Better than Red Robin the night before. .

On our way to Chicago we stopped at this lovely micro brewery for dinner. Everything on the menu was great. Though for kids, the macaroni and cheese recipe may be a bit too grown up for their appreciation.

Friendly service, a bit more to the menu with new location. Small selection of beers, nothing out of the ordinary but good. Got the cucumber salad, was more like just raw cucumbers.

Great beer and the food looked fantastic, unfortunately we had eaten just before we got there. Disc golf course right outside the place! We will definitely go back and we'll be hungry next time and bring our discs. Excellent service too!

Great brews, great food, and great people, what’s not to love!! I highly recommend trying anything on their menu that has the beer cheese - I had the soft pretzel with beer cheese dip as well as the beer cheese bacon chicken sandwich and both were absolutely delicious. We had the most friendly waitress as well and felt very pleased that we were checked on so often. I’m really glad I brought some out-of-town company here and I will definitely be coming back and bringing others!

First time going and we loved our experience. Had a one time special IPA which was the wicked scepter. Very good. We ordered 3 appetizers. All which were very good. The wings were certainly the best out of the 3. Our meals were fantastic as well. Love their flat style fries. Very clean restaurant. Staff was very friendly. We will return for sure.

First, the good. The “Best of the Wurst” entree was fantastic, as was the Schnitzel; who knew GREAT German food could be found in Battle Creek??? The beer, as expected, was good. The selection was notable in that wasn’t filled with undrinkable hoppy IPAs, which otherwise seems to be a theme with micro-breweries. Unfortunately, they had no wine, or even ciders, for non-beer drinkers (my partner had to settle for water). At this point we’d be at a 5, but now we’re at a 3 due to the very poor service. The hostess was friendly and helpful, but our server treated us as an inconvenience rather than as paying customers (and she wasn’t very busy). She could not identify the sausages on my plate (which is ok), but she made no effort to find out and seemed not to care (which is not ok). Asking “is everything ok?” was accomplished as she was walking by with her head over her shoulder. If we come back, we won’t hesitate to demand good service, even if we have to be one of “those” customers.
