It was ok, got brownie edges, ooey gooey, chocolate chunk, and 2 bird nests.

I ordered the Christmas cookie decorating kit. The cookies were wonderful but they provided way more frosting than I needed to decorate them. The pricing was kinda high but the quality was certainly top notch so I justified the cost for that.

The cookie decorating kit was so fun and easy. It was ready to go with minimal prep, the cookies looked so pretty and they tasted great of course.

We sent cookie tins as our holiday client gift and they received rave reviews! It was easy and convenient to ship through the website. I would highly recommend using That's So Sweet!

I had the most wonderful experience with That's So Sweet bakery! With it being my first time ever ordering custom cookies I had no idea what to expect. The process was very easy with reasonable pricing. The cookies were SO soft and the icing was delicious! Of course the cherry on top was how incredibly gorgeous they were, everyone was stunned! This business is awesome! They make the best decorated cookies for any occasion! I ordered 3 dozen cookies for our granddaughter's #2 birthday. The salesperson was so helpful in picking designs and colors. The cookies look fabulous & taste even better! Theme of party is Sweets and each cookie is a different sweet....cupcake, donut, ice cream cone etc. You will not be disappointed. They offer sweet treats for those who walk in as well. They are so kind, helpful, professional & very talented bakers, decorators, & sales associates. Hope they stay around for a long time!

I got a s’mores cookie from here and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The cookie was not s’mores it had three marshmallows and not chocolate chips in it at all. It looked nothing like the one on the counter and was not good. It should have been labeled sugar cookie with the lack of ingredients.

We recently had two carrot cakes for a party. One of our guests had a birthday and everyone enjoyed the cake so much. DELICIOUS!!

This place has the BEST cookies! It's no wonder they have a deal with the Bengals :) Their customer service is superb. I worked with them on a special order birthday cookie cake, and they were quick to respond, and communicated very clearly.

When I say that That's So Sweet's carrot bundt cake changed my life... I'm not exaggerating. For me, a lot of bakeries have overly sweet cream cheese frostings that give me a toothache. Not That's So Sweet's cream cheese frosting. This bakery's cream cheese frosting is light, creamy, slightly tangy and highly addictive. I'm seriously in love. And the cake? Well, this carrot cake now sets the standard for carrot cakes everywhere. Each bite is deeply moist and packed with a rich spice flavor. With hints of brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and carrot shavings, I'm not kidding when I say you need to run to That's So Sweet's bakery on Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, OH.

I always buy these cookies from Carabello Coffee and love them. Finally made it to their store. These kill Crumbl cookies. Best cookies in town.

Had only driven by previously, but was stopped in traffic, and decided to pop in after reading some reviews. With the change in my car I decided on 1 white chocolate macadamia. (Wanted the ooey gooey PB cup, but $4 😬). I thought it was good, not amazing. Well baked throughout (not under or over), and just a tad on the salty side, which I only prefer with milk/dark chocolate. My wife makes amazing cookies and cupcakes so my standards are pretty high. I'm sure Donna has a good thing going here, but would be a while before I can splurge and try many more flavors to find one I love.

This was my first visit at Donna's Gourmet Cookies. I ordered a Carrot cake & an Apple cake( I individual sizes). Have taste them yet. But I have tasted her's chocolate chip cookies which are fabulous! A dear friend of mines turned me on to these. Make sure you warm them up in microwave for a few seconds. They are so delicious, moist and bursting with chocolate in every bite. By far the best chocolate chip cookies I've tasted. Thumbs up to Donna's Gourmet Cookies 🍪

I am disappointment to find out that when you order online, they don’t offer the discount they offer in store. A dozen cookies online cost $33 and in store $28. It cost $5 to order online, which makes no sense to me. I will never order online again.

Tasty treat , but at the time I went not a big selection of items

Got the pecan chocolate chip cookie and a walnut brownie. That brownie was splendid! Chocolaty with the right amount of walnuts to balance the sweet of the brownie It was a delight. I will definitely be back. I've driven past this place 100s of times and always told myself to stop one day. I'm glad I did.

No real COVID precautions taken. The cookies and brownies are sinfully delicious. The pecan pie bars are a must. My favorite place on the way home to get dessert. Thumbs High! 👍

If you love your cookies ooey gooey, then this is the place for you! Staff was courteous and helpful. They even told us that they were going to have a fresh batch come out if we waited a few minutes. Cookies are super rich and high quality. We got the monster cookie, chocolate chip, and Reese’s and they were all superb!

Had to get a mammogram on this side of town so after that i wanted a treat. Lol. I got a treat for sure. Wow. Cookies were AMAZING! brownies were the fudgy-est and the pecan bar oh my goodness. That was out of this world. If you are anywhere near this place go.. don't think about it, just go. Get one of everything and share it with someone you'll be glad you did.

I came across an ad of theirs on social media and it was perfect timing because they were celebrating their 10 year anniversary with awesome treats. Every week they make what they call their ooey gooey cookies and they are indeed ooey gooey, and delicious! They are also huge. I'm not sure they have them every day, but keep an eye out on social media for their daily specials. I follow them on Instagram. They have cookies and bars that are made fresh and there on a daily basis. They look amazing. On their anniversary I got their ooey gooey frosted animal cracker cookie and I can safely say it's one of the best cookies I've ever had. The employee was incredibly friendly. There are also a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your treat!

I have been ordering Donna's cookies for years- My family orders the specialty cookies (in advance) for most occasions and they are always an enormous hit! The chocolate chip and variations are to die for, and we've even had them shipped to Texas for my wedding favors. I wouldn't order cookies from anyone else!

I was introduced to Donna's Gourmet Cookies by a friend at work. I love cookies so you better be bringing your "A" game for me to like them. After sampling a chocolate chip, a macadamia nut, an oatmeal and an "M n M" cookie I was hooked. I liked the place enough to do a video review too!
