I've had the pleasure of eating in Atlanta and Miami, and this was the best cuban sandwich I've ever had. Great bistec too.

I love this place. It truly has authentic food and the price is reasonable. Just know that it is staffed by one family so the service sometimes is a little slow but the level of service is exceptional. The Cuban sandwich is awesome.

Food under light to long fish sandwich over cooked

I've read other reviews and was excited to try them out. Absolute disappointment, went in on a Thursday at around 545, service was nonexistent, the food was no good at all, ordered the chips and salsa and the salsa was spoiled/fermented. The rest of the food was bland or just didn't taste right. If you want good cuban make the trip to Warner Robins to Cuban Cabana. Their food is always good and consistent I really wish they would put a location in Macon.

The staff was very kind, but regretfully my steak tacos tasted freezer burned or frost bitten. I didn’t get a full idea of that taste until I finished one taco. I couldn’t eat the rest :( hoping to have a better dining experience when I am in the area again, but the staff was very polite.

I used to eat here years ago and decided I wanted to come here for my gender reveal June 15th. It hasn’t happened yet but the excitement from the sweet woman on the phone. So accommodating 🥹🤍 She’s willing to take a very very large party and willing to help decorate and hold my baby’s cake in the fridge. This is good service you guys. I promise the food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Make sure to tip very well when you go. These amazing prices leave plenty of room for good tipping 😉 I have required my whole party to tip 18% of their check to the restaurant no exceptions. It’s even on their invite 😂 They have taken care of me so I will take care of them! So much love for you guys and I can’t WAIT to celebrate my baby here ❣️❣️❣️

So we went there today my son and myself had some Cubans some plantains and Mexican Coca-Cola.. staff was amazing food was amazing 100% recommend this place to anybody who wants to eat anything good.

Ive gotten take out here quite a few times and it’s always been delicious. I moved out of town recently and was craving a cuban sandwich so when i came to visit obviously i wanted to eat here. I called and it rang for a very long time then a lady answered, i told her i wanted a cuban sandwich and an order of tamales, she said “we dont have tamales” (but its on the menu) then i told her i would call right back after i talked to my partner and figured out what we wanted to order instead. I called back in about a minute and no answer, called again, no answer, and again and again. I got a call from an unknown number in macon and i missed it, i looked up the number and it was associated with this place so i called back. He said “hello” like this was a personal phone, i said ”i had a missed call from this number,” he said “okay”, and i didn't know what to say so i went silent for a minute, like if you call someone then explain why you called, don't just say “okay”??? And then he goes “maam what do you want” in an annoyed tone and i told him I had a missed call from this number again. And then he said “oh” and hung up. Macon has rude people all over so im never surprised except this place has always had amazing service. It was always enjoyable to talk to them. Never again.

Food is sub-average, service was poor, really don't think this place will be open much longer unless they change. Waitress came to the table to take my drink and food order. After which she pointed to a cooler across the room and said you can get your drink there... Sit down service but I have to go get my own drink, strike one. Food arrives she sets the plate down and leaves. I wait a few moments and she doesn't return, she had disappeared into the kitchen. I didn't receive a napkin or any utensils to eat with, finally I walked up to the counter and reached over it to grab utensils to eat with, strike two. Food was bland, Almost done with my meal and the waitress appears, I asked if they had spicy hot sauce, was told no, then asked if I could get a whole jalapeno, was again told they don't have fresh jalapenos. I won't be back.

The lady working was very nice. The place was quiet and other than one person who came in to pick up an order, there was no onere except the three of us, which included my 4 year old. We ordered the fried tacos and also the steak fajitas. They only had enough refried beans for one order even though both should have come with them. The fajitas portion was very small but the taste was exceptional. The fried tacos were cooked a little crispier, almost brown but were tasty. We got two entrees, one canned drink, two waters and tip tax and all spent $30.00 which was a bit more than expected, probably normal for most but we are always on a budget. Parking was behind and we walked down stairs to get inside. Decor was really cute. One restroom and you had to get a key. That may be normal for Macon Spring Street. We were from out of town and wanted to try something different. For the price we will probably try something else next time. But again, the fajitas tasted great. Maybe the best seasoned ones I have ever had.

Loved the Cuban sandwich. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

3 Countries is our go-to take out spot for dinner on busy nights. Not only is the food delicious, but there always plenty left over for lunch the next day! The food is so much better than El Som, La Parilla, or any of the other “Mexican” places in town. They always have our food ready in 20 minutes from when we call. Great food, great service, great spot!

The Roasted Pork entree is amazing. Cuban style roasted pork roast with rice, yuca, black beans and fried plantains. This is a new favorite place for me.

First timer went and ordered a number #15 cartinas cuban. The description says fried pork cuban style. I received slow cooked pork instead. I showed the lady behind the counter it was wrong she said she been making it for 10 yrs it's not wrong. Then proceeded to tell me they don't make it any more which is why I got the non fried pork. I asked for a refund on my complete order of cartinas cuban, nachos and spicy wings. She only refunded the cartinas money and said since the others were not wrong I would not get a refund. Will not be going back.

i have been wanting to try this place for a while, so we decided to stop in for a work lunch. the server was very nice but it was a bit slow considering we were like the only people inside at the time. no worries though as we weren’t in a huge rush. i decided on the tacos dorados which were alright, but nothing too special. i was told the cuban sandwich was very good though so maybe i just picked the wrong thing. (: portions were pretty large so you will probably have some leftovers as well.

Seems like a pretty nice authentic place, we had high hopes for the food. To be fair we did not try Cuban food, and it seems like that might be more of their forte. We had tacos, quesadillas, and tamales. All seemed to have pretty good basics, but just lacked flavor. Definitely was not bad, but we are pretty particular when it comes to Mexican being from Southern California and having had lots of authentic Mexican. I would try again and try the Cuban food. Service was very friendly and atmosphere was nice. 3.5 stars.

Best Mexican/Cuban place I’ve been to in a long long time. They are a bit slow on service as they are small staffed, but the wait is more than worth it. Great customer services and outstanding food all around. One of the few places where the food is good enough I’ve been willing to explore around the menu. Enchiladas are perfect. Come here for lunch often and never disappoints.

These were our leftovers we took home. 3 enchiladas with beans and rice. Good, spicy, but I did not really like the beans. Carnitas-Cuban white rice, black beans (we mixed together) and plantains. Tasted good. Plantains were fried a little too much.

Roast beef was tough. Owner had a nasty attitude. Told me to give her the water back if I didn't eat the food.

I went to this restaurant on October 17, 2022. A lot of the tables had food crumbs on them. When the lady came out to take my order she wiped my table off with her hand leaving food on it, I should have walked out then. I ordered the roastbeef plate. I got water instead of a drink. The roast beef was to tough to chew. I told the lady that served me that it was to tough for me to chew. She told me that it was good, I told her that I can't chew it. I told her that I wanted a cuban sandwich instead. She said, suppose I you say the cuban is tough too. I told her to forget it. I went back to the table to finish the water which was in a tall glass. She came to the table and told me to give her the water and said if I don't eat here I can't drink the water, I continued to drink until I was finished. I told her the water tasted better than her food and walked out. Nasty tables, nasty person, you can't eat the food. I want ever darken their door again.

I was cruising downtown Macon looking for something different. I came across this a little Jewell of a restaurant. Three Countries (Cuban, Mexican, American--hence, 3 Countries). The salsa was chunky, hearty and a bit spicy - delicious!!! The Cuban sandwich was nothing short of AMAZING. Very reasonably priced, too!

Had Cuban and plantains- both excellent. She had nachos and said they were okay. Rated based on both opinions. Best cuban sandwich I ever had. Fountain drinks were a bit pricey though.

But I have eaten at plenty family owned cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, etc. Especially being from Miami and the food is absolutely tasty!! Not salty!! Good luck with your blood pressure and body after eating here. I won't recommend this place.

We found this place on TripAdvisor. It was fantastic! We wanted an authentic Cuban/Latin restaurant and that’s what we got. We both had the roasted pork plate that included rice, black beans, fried plantains, and yucca. They also served complimentary freshly made tortilla chips and a good spicy salsa. The entire meal was under $30.

Stopped at this restaurant on a road trip & the food was great. I got the bbq chicken and my boyfriend got the picadillo. Highly recommend. Great service!

So, in the hunt for something different in Macon an I passed by this little gem and said 3 countries so of course I had to try it. Ended up get a Cuban and plaintains when I tell that sandwich was delicious and the pkaintains were fresh and hot. As far as portion the sandwich was huge and I only ate half until later but altogether everything was excellent.

The food here is absolutely incredible. The chicken bones were soft enough you could eat them if you wanted to. Tender and flavorful. The pork was spectacular, biggest and most delicious quesadilla I've ever seen, shredded beef was top notch. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but restaurant was great. Not a fine dining place, but fine dining worthy food 👌

Ordered a fajita, wife ordered another dish. Asked for some queso dip.Waiter responded.."We like to keep it authentic here". 🤔...correct me if I'm mistaken...3 countries is Cuban, Mexican and I'm assuming since it's located in America, then the use of cheeses/queso is an authentic request. The food was ok. The service was pretty much self-service. The only great thing I can add is the prices were exceptionally good.

It was a Thursday afternoon and they weren't busy at all. I got the cuban sandwich, fried plantains, tres leches and a lime jarritos. Everything was fantastic. Love that I can get a great cuban sandwich close to home. Daniel waited on me and he was awesome. I will be back!

Some of the best Cuban food I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I had the burrito and my mother had the Cuban sandwich. Long story short, it was all excellent. The staff was very kind and attentive. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you are in Macon!

So worth the drive from Warner Robins!!! We ordered the Ropa Vieja and Cuban Carnitas and almosted needed to be carried out, I was so stuffed! Everything was so yummy and best of all, it's AUTHENTIC!!! I'm definitely coming back.

Was our first time eating here. The server was nice, helpful and professional. I tried the Arroz Can Pollo and liked it very.much. Wife did not care much for the ground beef used for.the Beef Taco Salad. Daughter got the cuban sandwich which was delicious and huge. The portions were ample and it was an excellent value.

This place never disappoints us. Great food every time we visited. The Cuban and handcut fries are my favorite dish. I haven't tried too much of the rest of the menu because the cuban is always calling my name when I walk in. Lol, the salsa is bangin' too! #eatlocal

This was a fantastic find! Downtown was a real struggle to get parking and we were so relieved to find this place. And then when we got in, we had the whole place to ourselves as we ate pretty much everything in sight. I always say you can tell good Mexican from the complimentary chips and salsa and this place definitely didn't dissapoint.

The food was absolutely wonderful. It's a little bit of a dive but the food is as authentic as you can get. There's not a lot of places in the area that serve yuca and theirs was cooked to perfection. The waiter was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Very clean and friendly...the chocolate cake is amazing and the pork was so tender and seasoned. My children enjoyed there meals as well especially since the normally get tacos. She had the bbq chicken and he had the pork chops and they both loved their choices.
