Beau and Mary were extremely helpful and accommodating and the food...oh my goodness...our guests Raved about that brisket!! Pulled pork and Texas Twinkies were also Sooooo good!! We'd highly recommend Buffalo Pit. In fact, our guests are disappointed that they don't have a restaurant. They'd certainly give "other bbq establishments " some stiff competition. 100% recommend.

Wish we could give 100 stars! Had Buffalo Pit cater my daughter’a birthday party—blown away by the punctuality, professionalism, amazing communication, and quality of the food. Beau sure knows what he is doing with the smoker! We fed approximately 45 people with the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches—and I had multiple guests go up for seconds, say it was the best brisket/pulled pork they’ve had, and request the caterer’s information. It was beyond delicious!!! Beau and Mary are great at what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend using Buffalo Pit for your next event- you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be using them for our future events!

Drop off catering for a men's Christmas dinner party. Everyone raved about the food, especially the pork and turkey. Topped it all off with scrumptious homemade cheesecake with strawberries. Christmas doesn't get much better than this!

We had them cater our party in early July. Ordered pulled pork, burnt ends, mac n cheese, and beans. Perfect 5 star across the board! Everything was delicious and the burnt ends were out of this world! Hands down the best beans ever, had chunks of pork in it. You won't be disappointed. The best BBQ you'll find in New York

We ordered pulled pork, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese for a wedding shower. All of the food arrived on time and was piping hot. The serving size was very generous. It was delicious and the leftover Pork froze well and was just as good!

The Buffalo Pit catered our son's graduation party in July and our family and friends are STILL talking about the delicious food! The brisket was a crowd favorite. Their portion sizes are large and their prices are quite reasonable. I would give them 10 stars.

Placed a catering order for our annual cornhole/4th of July party and everyone loved the food. We had pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, burnt ends, and the baked beans. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be ordering again.

Brad catered a Christmas dinner for about 25 of us on 12/14/22. The thick sliced prime rib was tender & delicious. The roasted asparagus was the best I've ever had (I rarely eat that). Mashed potatoes were perfectly well done. The salad dressing got me to eat my entire salad. Cheese cake? What can I say? I'm a cheesecake lover & this was some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to have another meal catered by The Buffalo Pit. Richard Gleason

The Buffalo Pit catered our Christmas party and the food was awesome! They served prime rib with smashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. The prime rib was some of the best prime rib I've ever tasted; juicy, tender and delicious. Dessert was cheesecake with mixed berries; an excellent combination and the cheesecake was very light. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. I would highly, highly recommend The Buffalo Pit for all of your catering needs.

We were extremely impressed with the catering for our wedding. If we could give 10 stars we would! ⭐️ The Buffalo Pit did an amazing job! Everything was delicious and everyone that was at the wedding can’t stop raving about how good the food was! My personal favorite is the Jalapeño Cornbread and Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends - you will not be disappointed. 🤤 Beau is very helpful and professional. Truly a pleasure to work with, there is definitely a sense of pride in what he does. We can’t thank you enough for helping make our wedding day so special and stress free.

Beau catered our summer wedding party. We had pulled pork, cole slaw and amazing cornbread. The pork was Smokey, tender, perfectly seasoned with sweet and heat. We also had home made barbecue sauce which was out of this world! The cornbread was incredible! Highly recommend The Buffalo Pit, 10/10!

We had a prime rib dinner from Buffalo Pit last night that was awesome! Even my kids who can be picky eaters said it was the best meat they have ever had! The meal was topped off with some awesome cheesecake! We are looking forward to ordering from Buffalo Pit for future parties!
