The atmosphere is really cool. I love the diversity of it all. It’s BYOB and snacks which is always a plus. I think the music could have been a bit more diverse..maybe a few more R&B 90s and early 2000s music would have been dope. Not sure if every sitting has a different set up/vibe to it when it comes to the theme. The beginning of the show was really entertaining . I liked the way they all introduced themselves. The painting instructor Javier was really cool and funny. The staff that helped out through the time there were good. However one of them, a curly hair female, seemed a bit annoyed and came off a bit rude at times. Other than that, all together my time there was great. I really enjoyed myself. Definitely make it a girls outing!

YOU READY TO GET DOWN AND PARTY WHILE YOU PAINT??? This is an experience! The story shared from the INCREDIBLE OWNER had my heart pitter pattering and HE WAS THERE... (Like he was a mini DJ)..... Love LOVE him.. the place.. the atmosphere... the assistants anddddd the young lady who did the check in... Chile!!! With her little glasses... Chile BOO she cut a rug when she was introduced... Go GIRL. So cute!!! Twerking all the way long.... I highly recommend participating in this EXPERIENCE! I was there on 7/20/24 celebrating my best Girlfriend Birthday!!! Whew Chile! I was giving it up in my little area and when Luke Doo Doo Brown came on... I busted a Doo Doo BROWN move... And when the HOUSE MUSIC played... I took my heels off and really enjoyed MYSELF!!!! Love LOVE LOVE! And don't worry if you do NOT know how to paint!!! The assistants walk around and help out! Give it up to the guy assistant! Cutie Patuuuueeee and he can dance TOO!!!

I'm gonna try to keep this review simple & to the point!!! Most AMAZING experience everrrrrrrrr!!! The space is small. . . dark. . . & unexpectedly PERFECT for what to come. I wanna say, 'Luis, please consider getting a larger studio's. But no, I think the space makes the energy of the crowd, the music, the staff's interaction with the painters👩🏾‍🎨 just all that much more . . . MORE EVERYTHING!!! I am so impressed with Canvas & Grapes, if I were 10. . . No probably 25 years younger I'd wanna work there & with EVERYONE that was there July 6th, 2024. I literally felt like I was hanging with people I'd known for years. You can go alone & feel completely surrounded by good vibes, energy & dare I say love? What an awesome job Luis I will definitely come back & I'm coming ready to dance, karaoke, drink, & creat my next master piece!!! Yeah I have so much more to say, but clearly this is not short. I'll save it for next time. 😁

This was the best time I’ve had in a long time. The staff and owner gave their best performance. They were entertaining! Great at guiding us for our painting, and we had a lot of time to sip, paint, sing and dance. Such an incredible night. This is my fourth time here and they get better and better. I would book this place over and over. Thank you guys for an incredible night 🫶🏽

I must say The canvas & grapes experience definitely exceeded my expectations!!. I knew this place had a lot of hype but i didn't expect a whole concert vibe while painting a masterpiece 😊. I celebrated my birthday here and i was so pleased. I had so much fun that my friends and I can't stop talking about our time there. The vibes were on point and i have to recognize the staff!. Juan, Nila, Javier and their whole staff added to our turnt vibes with their personal charisma!. I can't wait to go back and have another EXPERIENCE!

To say this place is amazing is a gross understatement ! I had so much fun here and it was not at all what I was expecting ! I was here to celebrate my cousins birthday (04/27) and we were for sure the loudest tables there 😂 Definitely plan to come back soon and invite more people I know to come with me. I just celebrated my 21st birthday here and it was the best experience for my 21st!! All my friends really enjoyed the experience and even said it was better than what they expected it to be. The staff was very friendly and even helped out when we needed it with the painting. Karaoke was amazing too, the high energy was way more than what I had expected and we all had a wonderful time. The event host/owner had great energy and one of the employees even took into consideration my own music taste which was wonderful. Thank you so much for an amazing 21st birthday! ❤️

Dope Dope Dope!!! The most liveliest and entertaining paint event/location I've ever been to! The instructor led the event well. Him and all of the assistants were very helpful and interacted with patrons throughout the night. The owner opened up with a bang! The music was lit, and the freedom to bring in your own food, get up and dance, and have a great time defintely made this establishment one of the best places to go for a paint party! The pay was really worth it!!!

I celebrated my birthday with a big group of my friends this past Sat night (3/2). OMG - It beyond exceeded all of our expectations. From the second we stepped in, all the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. One of our coolers were a tad bit bigger and didn't fit in the designated area. Brandon immediately brought us some ice buckets so that we can still enjoy our drinks. Javier was extremely talented in explaining how to create the beautiful painting and make it our own. I am not a good painter at all but everyone's came out so nice and he made it so easy. The karaoke experience was so fun and all the other groups besides ours were also collectively having a blast sharing the same experience. THE DJ was playing all kinds of music (including some Bollywood) which definitely made my night! Thanks so much C&G team for such an amazing experience for my friends and I. Definitely a birthday celebration for the books. I will be 100000% recommending it to everyone and I will be back!

Honestly could have something els besides painting like for the people who don’t want too have them do something els or another room also seating sucks I got told to get off a bench cause me and 2 of my other family members were sitting apparently there can only be 2 people on a bench when there is enough for 3 spend your money on something els

I mean, what else can you ask for in a paint and sip. They had it all. I loved every minute and I feel like Picasso as a bonus. Highly recommend for a girls night, birthday, or date night. So much fun. I got live entertainment, got to sip and sing and dance. Loved every second.

Okay let's see how can I put this... It's a vibe. it's tge best of both worlds in one with karaoke and painting, not your average boring sip and paint experience. Go ready to enjoy and turn up. The owner and staff are so great. Fun, engaging and inviting. Dress cute but comfortable because you will be dancing at some point. Worth the money for sure

Absolutely adore this place and will visit again! It was my first time doing a paint and sip and I saw how much care they put into it. I went on a rainy day and the energy was still high, inviting, and fun! Painting was seamless, business’s story was beautiful, and the music always had me moving. s/o to Brandon for making our session so enjoyable. Thank you for existing 🫶🏼

I would definitely recommend this event. This was my first time doing A paint and sip. It definitely won’t be my last here. The instructor is very helpful, and it’s just an overall good time. Karaoke, dancing, and good music. Bring the energy and you’re gonna have a good time. Guaranteed.

I’m not one to typically write reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. I celebrated my 28th birthday at Canvas and Grapes with my close friends, family and everyone LOVED IT! This place is a safe, judgement free, enthusiastic, friendly environment for everyone! My group consisted of my mom who’s in her 70s and the staff was beyond helpful with showing her how to paint and guiding her. Our artist was Javi and he was wonderful! He interacted with the guest, cracked jokes, overall made the experience fun and seamless. We went during the karaoke session and it was amazing, from the music, fog, getting up to sing and having a blast with your guest. It’s an experience like no other! I look forward to going back. Thank you everyone at C&G!

I have been waiting to come here for years and OMG! It was the most awesome amazing experience I have had in a long time. They apparently recently renovated their venue and have added a few more things to their shows and it is simply beautiful inside. I went with a group a large group of friends and had some pizza next door. They accommodated us comfortably so that we were all sitting together. They greet you at the door and it just feels so nice. They actually care about your experience from the moment you buy your ticket. I had to call a couple of times to ask some questions and they always answer or call you back and they are very friendly and helpful over the phone. The experience is not like anything you’ve experienced and that all due to the owner and his story. I don’t want to ruin the surprises because you just have to be there to understand but it’s art, music and the entertainment and more all in one. We went for a karaoke night and all of my friends are still raving about it! The place is also super clean which I appreciate and they focus on very fine details about the layout, the production and customer experience. The staff was also a highlight for me. Such a diverse group of talent and great energy. The owner was there the night we went and let me tell you… as a Black and Hispanic woman it brought me tears of joy to see a well thought out concept curated so well by another minority. If you blow up, which you will, this will be your legacy to the world! ✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼Thank you Luis, Javi, Nana, Brando, Seth, Candy and Nelijah for being top notch.

They have a horrible policy when it cames to transferring tickets. They require that you have the ID of the person who gave you the ticket. I feel like it inefficient and opens the person up to identity theft. I will never give anymore money to this place! Update* My 1 star stands, however I would like to acknowledge how great the staff was. Nana was amazing despite the rough start. She was kind, she listened and she was courteous. As someone who values communication I had no issue with any staff member. The owner on the other hand only listened to respond and doesn’t hear anything you say. He needs to work on his communication skills, and maybe take a customer workshop or two.

Wow!! What an amazing experience. I've been to 2 paint and sip places, there is no compare. Music, karaoke, dancing, drinking, and painting. It really was a great experience. It's BYOB, you can also bring food. Book a seat in advance online. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a good time and is open-minded.

We had a Ball at Canvas & Grapes, Edison, NJ on Sat 10/7/23!! A fantastic way to celebrate any event but especially for my Birthday!! The music was off the hook, the Karoke was so much fun and above all the instructions & techniques of canvas painting was enjoyable & relaxing!! We all fell in love with the Owner & the Amazing Staff!! I can't wait to go back!! I highly recommend that you experience this awesome event!!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at. canvas and grapes. This place exceeded my expectations of a sip & paint. I knew booking there would be karaoke BUT THE VIBE!!!!! This was the best birthday celebration I’ve had. The staff was amazing from everything aspect. I had a party of 20 but we still partied with every single person there. 100% recommend if you’re looking to have a good time. You won’t leave disappointed. To the owner, I applaud you for such a beautiful establishment you created. I wish you so much success and growth and can’t wait to come back and party with you!

I celebrated my 40th birthday party here with my friends in 2019 and we had the best time ever. The staff was absolutely amazing. The entertainment was off the chain from beginning to end. My friends truly enjoyed the entire evening. We had so much fun painting, sipping, dancing, and definitely enjoyed the karaoke experience. I highly recommend this venue for a fun-filled evening with family and friends.

I took my daughter here for her 30th birthday with my family. Man did we have a time! The place is adorable! I enjoyed hearing how the place got started along with Brandon's (hope I spelled it right) vision. By the time we left that place we made new friends and boy did we party..oh and we painted to. Brandon took his time showing us how to paint and went around to everyone offering his help. I highly recommend this place! We can't wait to go back! 🤪

I was there to help my daughter celebrate her 32nd birthday and this place was a whole vibe! Loved every bit of my time there. The staff treats you like we've been friends for years and hanging out. I love that for them! I live in Neptune but the ride was so worth it. I have shared on all my social media platforms and planning a group to go back real soon.

If your in New Jersey (Edison) make your way to Canvas & Grapes you will not be disappointed. PS: Tickets go quickly, so if you're interested do not hesitate to purchase your ticket(s), because if you go back later to purchase, more than likely they will be sold out.

60th BD 🥳 celebration for a friend and EVERYONE had a fabulous time. Creatively instructional, the playlist was 🔥 and karaoke 🎤 was soooo fun 🤩. The team was very hands on if someone needed painting support and were enthusiastic. ❤️d the story of the owner. What an inspirational story of the journey to success.

I couldn't have picked a better place for my first experience with sip, paint and karaoke. From the beginning to end, I had the best time. The location, ambiance , friendly, and out going staff. I was vibing all night. I will be visiting again in the future.

I was recently here with my colleagues for Halloween party. It was so much fun and had a great time. However, I signed up to sing karaoke with one of the staff members in order to have the full experience of what this place offered. I patiently waited for my turn. One of my colleague’s friend even went up twice. My name was never called, and when this was brought to attention to another staff, they offered to place me on the stage next. Unfortunately, I had to leave because it went beyond 5pm (it was scheduled to end at 5) and never got to experience it. I felt that the whole signing up/ karaoke part was not as organized as i had hoped. Hopefully other people will have a better experience than I did! Needless to say, they were very helpful with the painting part.

Paint and Sip with soul and energy. Great experience, nothing like this in New Jersey.
