The Sweet potato cupcake is the best one in my opinion

Came here for gluten free cupcakes. They came in a prepackaged four pack. It was the last day of our trip but we felt like it was still worth it to buy them. My husband bought a regular strawberry cupcake to try. He loved it. The gluten free red velvet was to die for. I have a feeling I’ll be craving them regularly!

Delicious sweet potato cupcake. Small shop that only has cupcakes but does them perfectly. Great spot on Magazine Street.

The cupcakes were delicious. However when you go in store they just have the display of cupcakes. I do believe you should put a warning next to the ones that have any sort of pepper or is spicy. I had the hot cocoa one. No warnings , though it would be a sweet cupcake. It had Cheyenne pepper in it and you could TASTE IT. No warnings at all. Either put a warning or let the customer know that specific cupcake is spicy because I would not have gotten it. Other them that, the cupcakes are good.

I ordered a Spiderman (Spiderverse) character themed cake and cupcakes. The cake/cupcakes were a hit! My daughter loved the design. They were moist and delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Tried to order a cake… received an email telling me to respond back within a certain time. I responded back right away. They ghosted me. Am I surprised by the unprofessionalism… not really… disappointed sure… I wouldn’t recommend an important/special event with these people. I could tell by the amateur website that it wouldn’t be a positive experience.

I recently ordered graduation and birthday cupcakes via online - store pickup through their website and also on Uber Eats. My Uber Eats order was sealed with a safety sticker to prevent tampering which I absolutely appreciated. I also appreciate the associate for honoring my birthday reward for this particular order. And most importantly the cupcakes were fresh and delicious! Red Velvet, Strawberry cheesecake and Lemon Berry are my absolute favorites.

After reviewing the social media post I decided to take a chance and allow Cup Cake Collection-- New Orleans to make my daughter's birthday cake. They did an amazing job with the decorations but most importantly the cake was DELICIOUS. We have had several "cute " cakes in the past but this is the one of the best tasting cakes we have had in a long time. Thank you for taking my ideas and creating something that not only looks AMAZING but tastes just as AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩 My new favorite Bakery 💚💛🩵💙

Very good gluten-free cupcakes!

I ordered a custom cake as a surprise for my partner's birthday. We are from NYC and were celebrating in New Orleans. Ordering over the phone was very easy. They delivered the cake to our hotel and it was exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious. Janay took my order and called to let me know that the cake had been delivered and would be in our room. Thanks for the great service.

Easily some of the best gluten free cake we’ve ever had! We bought the chocolate cake and chocolate frosting. Very happy crew here! Guessing their other options are just as good! We’ll be back

This little shop is so fine! We were only in New Orleans for a couple of days, but we had to stop in twice it was so good! We tried the Sweet Potato, Birthday Cake, and Wedding Cake cupcakes, and we were so impressed with the freshness, flavors, and lightness of the frosting. The employees were top-notch, too--so friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we didn't bring any home with us. Maybe next time?

Cupcakes are good, but overpriced. Very small like you make at home for $3.50. Here you may enjoy strawberry, wedding cake, and sweet potato flavors are top 3. The icing could be more softer and fluffier. Kupcake Factory was "The Best" hands down for taste and size with red velve/cream cheese icing, chocolate/chocolate buttercream, and wedding cake being the top 3.

I ordered cupcakes from abroad because I heard The Cupcake Collection had the best cupcakes in town! The cupcakes were delivered in a timely manner to the hotel and they included my message on a card. The cupcakes were enjoyed by the recipient and looked fab on the pictures he sent :)

The red velvet was good, the chocolate one just average and the vanilla almond really bad.

The Cupcake factory was sold out of regular cupcakes when we arrived, so we got a gluten free they were amazing!

We visited here on Wednesday 11th January on my birthday and had such a wonderful experience with the lovely worker there that day. She recommended the sweet potato cupcake which was my absolute favourite one of the 5 we tried. All cupcakes were delicious, I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stop by for a cupcake!

The Cupcake Collection never disappoints. I thought to order my birthday cake from here and it was amazing! It’s rare that bakeries make beautiful cakes while maintaining a tasty flavor. I am soooo glad I ordered my cake from here and would recommend you do to.

Visited The Cupcake Collection today for the first time. It was extremely hard deciding on which Cupcake to try, I choose sweet potatoe.....DIVINE!!!!...hands down the best Cupcake I've ever eaten. It was moist flavorful and not too sweet... I WILL BE BACK!!

Tried 3 cupcakes none were that great. Will continue to go to Sucre which has better hours and better cupcakes.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I am not the biggest fan of chocolate cupcakes but I got the seasonal flavor - Cookies and Creme, and it didn't even last the ride back to my house 🤣 Delicious, moist mousse in the middle with delectable frosting on time. I'll be back!!

We have visited and purchased cupcakes from them every time we go to Nawlings! I haven’t tasted any cupcakes that can match theirs. One important thing….hubby and I got there this morning 5 minutes before they opened and their heads were lowered and I thought they were praying! When they were done, I said “Amen”. I asked them when they opened the door, were they praying and they told me ‘YES”. That made me love the place even more! “Blessed Cupcake Collection”

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Staff is extremely professional and kind! The cupcakes are to die for. Cake is soft, the icing isn't too sweet, the cake is super moist, it doesn't break apart when you bite into it. It's the perfect cupcake! 10/10! Please visit this place when you visit New Orleans, you will NOT regret it!

Someone offered to buy my cupcakes at 3 x the price . They refused to sell my batch ! These people have integrity and the cupcakes are divine. Treasures of the heart matter. Oh my GAWD I thought these looked like good cupcakes I had NO IDEA these would be the BEST CUPCAKES I’VE EVER GAD. Not only did the shop let us in exactly at 4pm after they had closed, which was super kind, they were so friendly and wonderful to talk to. Then I took home the cupcakes and ate them the next day, and DIVINE. Above and beyond delicious, haven’t had a cupcake this good in I don’t know how long. Get there as soon as you can.

I was trying to place a cake order for my college graduation and had a conversation with the owner while placing my order over the phone. Not only was she super nice, but very encouraging and motovational. The people who work here are also very pleasant and nice. I will forever be a customer. My cake is so pretty and represent my school colors to the utmost. The cake is very tasty as well. I am so happy to have found The Cupcake Collection. The cake looks so pretty it's hard to eat
