Excelente personality and service

Great service and the food was excellent.

First dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Though the mosquitos were pretty annoying, the food, our server Olivia, & the after dark atmosphere was wonderful! We were able to watch the beautiful sun set while on the deck. The salads are fresh & creative with the perfect amount of dressing. The caesar dressing wasnt too overpowering & I enjoyed having a hard boiled egg. We ordered the Yellow Tail fish, fried - which is a whole fish, head to tail - absolutely delightful & big enough for two! The service was amazing - Olivia - was personable & very attentive!

Eggs were cold and bacon came from the buffet when we ordered if off the menu. The manager corrected it though so it worked out.

What a pleasure having a tasty omelette prepared by Rook!!!A true master at his craft!!!! He flipped my omelette like a true professional Chef!!!

Ohhh, I didn't want the night to end! It is definitely a beautiful place to be at! Beautiful sunset right after dinner.

Sad to say this experience was a disappointment. The biggest bummer was the flies that seemed to overtake the dining room.

This is the restaurant at the Hilton. Food is good but the offer is quite limited and pricy if you compare with the excellent options across the street. Good taste and flavors, a mix of Caribbean and American food. If you are a hilton guest, this will be your only option. If you want to take a 5 minutes walk you will find wonderful options at a better price. Service was a little slow even considering that we arrived at 5pm and just a couple of tables were occupied

Very poorly managed; reservations are useless

The food was very good and a decent price. We ordered the Cuban, Buffalo wings, and Baja tacos. The Deck has outdoor seating and the ability to order your food from your poolside seat by raising a flag. The service was OK, but it could have used another layer of hospitality . A few smiles here and there would have gone a long way. Overall a good experience and we will be returning.

Esturado is THE BEST!!! So fun and engaging as amazing as my omelette is I believe Mr. Esturado would be excellent in a more customer facing role. He possesses the personality and politeness to do more with customer experience than just make omelette

We had incredible drinks personally made by Robert at the bar . Robert was fantastic, not only was my cosmopolitan perfect , he made my husband one if the best Negronis he’s ever had . Hats off to Robert - we will be back to Marco and can’t wait to have another drink made by Robert !

I loved having breakfast here every day during my stay on Marco Island.

Great place, wish they had more bartenders. Felt like the ones they had were overwhelmed, under staffed for the big crowds. Long wait for drinks and food. But great staff.

We were in town for our annual Mother + Daughter trip and dined at The Bar 560 multiple times. Our favorite food item was the burger they served on the dinner menu with blue cheese and caramelized onions. The wine selection was nice, including Jordan, which I was glad to be able to order. Definitely recommend and they have local live music to enjoy in the evenings.

Had a fantastic time at The Deck. Our bartender Lauren was excellent. Very sweet and gave us great recommendations of places to visit on Marco Island. She made me a great Skinny Margarita! Can't wait to go back!

Went for dinner & the food was great- loved the atmosphere too. We were immediately seated & quickly asked if we wanted any drinks. Parker was our waiter & he was AMAZING. He was very nice & very attentive & made sure we were satisfied with everything. Overall we had a fantastic experience; would recommend & would visit again!

Got to catch a beautiful sunset and enjoy a fantastic meal from their outdoor patio. Our server offered some great insight into their menu (definitely recommend the whipped feta and tomato appetizer!). We split a Ribeye cooked to perfection, a couple of salads, and the Feta Truffle Fries. If you're staying at the Hilton, don't think you have to go into town to grab a stellar meal! Just walk over to the other side of the pool and enjoy beachfront dining...

Comically bad service. Took 15 minutes to simply get water poured at our table, we requested for them to turn on one of the patio heaters and had a good laugh when it was delivered in time to sign our check. Server never apologized or acknowledged any challenges. Food was ok. Short rib was overcooked, but grouper was well prepared. I’m shocked this place has been able to maintain a good rating.

Estuardo made me a DELICIOUS omelet at the buffet. His service was impeccable, and he was the most friendly staff I’ve met at my time at the Hilton!

Our waitress Susan had little personality, came off as rude, and was not attentive whatsoever. Took forever to get our foods and drinks. The ice cream on our dessert plates were completely melted. I didn't even bother asking for a new one because we wanted to get out of there and not spend another hour waiting. We were sat at 6:15 and did not leave until 8:30 when i had to ask another server to check us out. Great food but horrible service...sadly.

Pool service by Ximena was absolutely fantastic! We were visiting on our babymoon and she took great care of us while poolside. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Marco Island and enjoyed our meals and cocktails (esp. the Baja Shrimp Tacos) at the restaurant on property. Ximena’s poolside service was outstanding - friendly, thoughtful, and attentive - and she made us feel right at home.

A very special place due to its location on the beach of Marco Island and its sunsets. The food is simple but good and at a good price for a hotel.

Restaurant at the Hilton Hotel. Small but varied menu for dinner. Breakfast buffet is great .Estuardo makes a great omelet anyway you want it.

My girlfriend and I have spent many holidays and vacations at the Hilton. The hotel and spa are worth every penny. However, the true star of the show that makes all of our trips so enjoyable is having Ximena as a server by the pool. I met Ximena in 2019 and she has remember me every time I have returned. Not only is she wonderful she anticipates every need and makes the pool days the best days. Every hotel has a pool; but there’s only one Ximena! She’s the highlight of all our visits. Thank you Ximena for making our visits the best every year.

Tricia down on the beach running the drink cart is the best. So personable and fun. She makes a killer spicy margarita or pretty much any drink you want. So convenient having the option to order drinks from her on the beach and relax. She made our beach day experience 10/10!

Food poisoning from bad fish here... We went to dinner at The Deck at 560 and my wife got Scombroid Fish Food Poisoning. I called several times to try and tell them so they could take the salmon off the menu but they never answered. I walked over to the restaurant and spoke with the manager to tell him about the horrible experience and hospital visit we had to take at 4:30 am and he told me someone would follow up. I never received a call or follow up. This will cost me over $2000 (ambulance ride, ER visit, $150 dinner that was terrible, my wife losing 2 whole days of vacation, etc...) I would have not wrote a review had they followed up on their word but very disappointed in The Deck @ 560 and the Hilton.

Tricia of the Gulf Cart is top nnotch and represents the Hilton really well: she’s the best.. Great service, great bar tender, and very accommodating . We look forward to seeing her every time that we visit the property!!!

Recently my wife and I stayed at the Hilton Marco Island Beach resort where we were greeted by David and Miguel, these two Bell Men did everything they could to help with anything we needed. They introduced us to the front desk whos professional and friendly demeanor kept the process moving with a complimentary room upgrade just for asking, once situated in the room you'd notice how meticulous the house cleaning staff maintained the room and what a view of the Gulf of Mexico, time for a snack and a drink, where we met Cheryl whos knowledge of everything at the resort filled in any questions we may have had from things to do, events to attend, all while delivering great food and cold drinks with the friendly attitude that kept us coming back for more, thank you Cheryl and the rest of the staff, we had a great time, we will see soon, Ted & Dana

I loved this place so much it was clean and had very good food and drinks. Ximena, the pool waitress was very sweet and worked very hard she makes 22,600 in one day. She was awesome. Loved it 💗

The bartenders were excellent! I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. We loved the convenience of The Gulf Cart for drinks right at our beach chairs.
