Great spicy green curry! Awesome staff especially Robbie!

Ordered the pineapple curry with shrimp. This was 10 stars not 5 !! As good as it gets !! Spring Rolls were very good also but this curry is fantastic !!!

This place was very good. I wish the food was a bit spicier. I'll have to ask for more spice next time. Overall though I really enjoyed my meal here. I got the drunken noodles with beef. Everyone else in my group enjoyed their meal as well.

Hands down, the best Thai around. Haven't been in this place since they relocated from Bakery Square. Food and service are still phenomenal!

When looking for variety in the area, I come here instead of a burger or steak! I seem to always lean towards the Phuket Fried Rice, creature of habit I guess. The Staff are very friendly people. The food I'd wonderful and the portions are generous!

My favorite place 2 go,we celebrated a birthday here a group of 7 ,we lived the food & bubble drinks .

This is not authentic Thai food. It is American Thai food. Good for people who don't like much spice or taste. For authentic Thai food lovers, do not waste your money.

i ordered a few things for pickup. there was a mistake with my order so i called to let them know about it but unfortunately couldn’t drive back out to get the right thing. they offered to deliver my correction free of charge. all staff members were super sweet throughout the whole process and the food ended up being great. would definitely recommend and order from again!

I order from them at least once a week. I sometimes even get two meals because I can’t decide which is better. Everything I’ve had has been fresh and delicious. Super super friendly staff as well, highly recommend!!

Ok let me start off by saying we've been coming here for years. Every few months I try something new. Their food is amazing. I recently got the Chiang Mai Noodles and it was phenomenal. It had the best flavor and might be my favorite dish thus far. I will warn it has slight kick to it, but not overpowering. It was a perfectly made dish. Also we always get the Thai spring rolls and those are amazing especially with the sauce they give. If you like clean, authentic Thai food, this is the place to try!

I found this place while rehabbing an injury. The food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming. I've had a multitude of meals here and have tried items I have never tried before. That said, all have been excellent. My favorites are the shrimp drunken noodles when it comes to spicy options and the stewed beef noodle soup is a hearty delicious fare. I am now a loyal customer of theirs going forward! Kuddos to the staff for a great lunch/dinner option!

Good authentic Thai food, it's a tiny little place with a few tables, but always somewhere to sit. Perfect for a couple or a small group fresh from shopping in the surrounding area. Worth seeking out.

We choose the green mango for takeout, and are usually very pleased. I sometimes like to substitute an item and it is no problem. Their food is consistently good takeout time is usually approximately 20 minutes, but that’s because they take their time making it right. As a lover of Thai food, this place rarely disappoints.

I can’t say anything less then amazing about The Green Mango! Excellent Service, outstanding food, and they make it really personal! They ask what you like and help to make very good recommendations to ensure that you love what you get! I highly recommend the Pad Thai and the Spring Rolls! You will not be dissapointed with anything you decide to get here!

Best Thai food in the Pittsburgh area aside from Nikki's. Red curry is the bomb. Tom yum soup is also amazing. Fresh rolls are some of the best you will eat. Small and more suited for take-out yet worth the stop.

Wish it was in a Bigger Spot! Way to small for eating in! Years ago they were located in Penn Center! Loved going in to eat, had more accommodating space! No choice but to order Take Out unfortunately!

I’ve been visiting this Thai restaurant for years, ever since they opened across the street from their current location. The owner is wonderful - so sweet and always makes it a point to come out and check on diners. She has talked me into trying some dishes I wouldn’t have had interest in before. There’s been a few occasions I’ve had takeout and it has been a miss, not quite up to par and not as good quality as I expect from here. Overall great spot though and I’ll always return.

This is my favorite Thai place ever. I love fresh summer rolls and get them whenever we come across a new Thai restaurant (traveling, on vacation, etc.). I have never had any as good as these. Each bite has a little bit of all the ingredients, unlike other places. They are rolled tight so they don’t fall apart. I also love their lemongrass salad with tofu. The way they cook the tofu is perfection. So glad this place is close to home so we can enjoy it frequently!

My husband and I try Thai food from all over the areas. We have ate here many times. With the last couple of times we chalked it up to them being very busy. But, this time is the last time we will be eating here. When I walked in, it was empty. And only one other person was picking up takeout. We got noodle dishes. Our noodles were so over cooked it turned to mush. There was oil all on top of the dish. I got spicy. Usually they mix the spice into the dish. Mine was left on top. Caked on what part of the noodle I had left that wasn’t mush. They added so much egg I was picking it out the dish. The flavor was okay. Wouldn’t come back here again.

Finally stopped here for dinner for the first time. We especially enjoyed the samosas and the spring rolls. We wish they were bigger. We selected chicken and beef drunken noodles. They were ok. Neat colorful decor in the restaurant. Friendly and fast service. Food was ready when we picked it up at the eta provided. Parking lot is available. Would be willing to come back to try other menu items.

I used to go to this restaurant often but it feel like the service and quality of food has gone downhill. The food I got today was extremely bland and the service was slow considering there weren’t many people in the restaurant. The worst part was that the people in the kitchen were so loud. The were yelling to each other and laughing loudly. One guy seated next to us gave a very specific order. He wanted broccoli and tofu only and no onion. The waitress gave the order and it sounded like the kitchen staff were making fun of it. The loud chef kept repeating "so...broccoli and tofu no onion?" And the waitress would say "and rice". This went on for several minutes with lots of laughing. The guy could clearly hear them. I felt really bad for him. I won’t be back.

I’ve come here many of times in the last year. I can’t put into words how much I love this place!! A lot of restaurants have gone down hill over the years food and service wise! But not this place! It’s in the top two of my favorite restaurants! The food is amazing, the service is great, the decor is awesome too! I especially LOVE the spicy basil fried rice! It is absolutely phenomenal! I recommend the green mango to anyone looking to try something new! You won’t be disappointed!

Specifically asked for tap water with no ice or lemon, and was still charged for it. Wait staff was incredibly sassy and rude. Food was too salty, would not recommend. Stay away

I love Thai food. I've eaten at many Thai restaurants. My favorite is pineapple curry. Every place fixes it differently. So of course I had to try it here. The city was simple, but had very good flavor. The heat was just barely over what I can stand so it took me a little while to eat, but it was very tasty. The pineapple was cut into bite size chunks. The shrimp was cooked well and everything about the Curry was nice. I personally would add sugar snap peas and red peppers to it, but it was still very very good. I also tried their Yucca Dessert. Was very springy and chewy in a good way. Coated in a sweetened milk with a cherry on top. Was a nice mild sweetness, with a little chew to it. Was in between a caramel and flan. If you are there give it a try. So far this is one of the best Thai restaurants in the greater PGH area that I've tried.

Very good food! I chose teriyaki tofu and a side of rice noodles and my husband told them to surprise him and he was served a pork dish that he enjoyed. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and the samosas were delicious as well. Our server was overworked but did a great job!

Ordered chicken drunken noodles and it was the most bland drunken noodles I have ever had. The food tasted exactly like boiled noodles. And the protein was very unseasoned and tasted noting more than boiled chicken breast. The spice level was no where near spicy. In sum, just bland boiled food. Not a good experience!

This place is the hidden gem of monroeville! The food is amazing and the customer service is fantastic. The young man who works the register was super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu.

The green mango was very delicious! You can tell all of the food is made fresh and all ingredients are fresh! We tried the shrimp spring rolls and I had the sweet and sour vegetable dinner.. the sauce was amazing!! My husband had the spicy shrimp and he really enjoyed it!

The Green Mango really impressed me. From walking through the door, there was a table full of delivery orders and as I continued being in the restaurant I realized how popular the restaurant was per takeout orders. Inside, the dining area is very cute and simple. Reminds me of Thailand with the simplicity, aroma and the ambiance. We were created by the owner who is very personable and speaks to all of the patrons who enter. I first got the vegetarian spring rolls which came out super hot and fresh. For main course we got the Spicy Basil Stir fry with shrimp which was very spicy. From the first bite you got the spice. We also got the Sweet and Sour stir fry which tasted exactly like sweet and sour. Every stir fry comes with a bowl of white rice on the side which you can add to a plate and mix everything together. The Green Mango was a very great find and I will definitely be going back! 10/10 recommend.

This place is always awesome!!! Duck spring rolls really hit the spot and iced Thai tea is great. But not on the menu ;) I got drunken noodles as well which maybe could have used mushrooms. But still great

The food is great. The one thing that I don't like about this place is that it has a very small dining area. Don't plan on getting a seat on a weekend night.

We really enjoyed our take out from here. Loved the summer rolls and our stir fry was 90% meat most places fill in with tons of veg. We were very happy with the spice level. We will absolutely order from here again. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is my beef was a bit dry but my husbands chx was excellent.

i went there again to see if it tastes any better since the last 3 visits. Nope. the food is terrible. duck noodle soup has no flavor. eating pineapple fried rice is like eating plain rice. it's like they don't know how to cook anymore. it's worse even the service went down hill. the waitress was not friendly or welcoming. i won't go back anymore.

Sadly enough some of the roughest Thai food I’ve had in a very long time. Me and my wife’s dishes were both very bland in flavor. Nothing like the traditional flavors of the dishes, but they really didn’t have any flavor at all. If you enjoy real Thai food this is probably not the place for you.

Just left there and the lady who took my order had a bad attitude . She was impolite and impatient with customers. The frowning and tone of voice were very unwelcoming so I chose to wait outside for the takeout. Would’ve given more stars for the food is delicious but sense a different customer that ordered directly after me commented about the poor customer service, l thought it only fair to warn others .

Very good authentic Tai (at least as far as I know it seems authentic). full of flavors and good portions. Just make sure to tell them what spice level you want 1-10.

Friendly server, but we felt like the summer rolls were tasteless. And no amount of dipping sauce helped. They were hard to swallow, so dry. Tom yum soup was ok, but not spectacular. Really wanted to love it, but very pricey for lunch . Menu on here is outdated. The summer rolls are $14!

I stop past The Green Mango after work good thing I did the food was so delicious, all the employees were very nice and very professional. The owner of this place is awesome we all love her she's great and have a good heart I will always stop past here to eat. If you haven't tried their food don't hesitate to stop past.

I love this place so much that I've eaten there almost every week for the last 3 or 4 years; they know me by name and my dietary restrictions (Celiac) and they take them very seriously. Everyone I have ever taken there is impressed, regardless of what dish they order. Do not pass this place up!!

Have gone numerous times. The food has gone down hill the past couple of years. Every time I order food something isn’t correct and doesn’t taste like it should. I won’t be going again after my experience last week with Pad Thai that was basically unseasoned noodles with some egg and peanuts. Avoid this place.

I was seated quickly by a staff member. While sitting there, an older lady came out, swept the floor and asked how I was doing. Come to find out she was the owner. We had a very pleasant conversation and exchanged stories of our experiences. The food is phenomenal! I never pack food back to the hotel rooms, but i sure did this time. There are very few times people can capture my heart how she did. Being thousands of miles away from home, she made me felt right at home. I would totally revisit this resturant.

Bland, missing food and expensive Ordered 2 dishes for carryout Dish 1 veggie stir fry. Menu said comes with tofu and there was zero tofu and food was bland. Dish 2 Massaman Curry. Asked for Hot and got no spicy what so ever and bland. No only is food bland and without spice or flavor, they are expensive. Avoid this place if you like seasoned and responsibly priced food.

Another one of our favorite restaurants that is on a downhill slide. Both of our appetizers,samosas and thai spring rolls had no flavor. The sauce served on the side was also very bland and did not add to the dishes. Our main courses were just ok, we both took the majority of them home. It appears that we had the same waitress that numerous other reviewers have mentioned. Rude and very curt with her answers to questions. She definately did not make our visit enjoyable. All in all a lackluster meal and we probably will not return. There are numerous other Thai places in this city that are more of a nice experience.

Food was hot and fresh!! Tasted great. Server was extremely rude. ... this is our second experience with this miserable human. We will go elsewhere next time.

While the food is delicious the service is so poor I will never go back. One gentleman left while we were eating and told the server he has never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant so he won’t rerun. She ignores you, plays on her phone, is sour and all out rude. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just tried to place a takeout order by phone. Asked what was in the chicken pineapple curry, I was told "I'm really busy right now, you can look at the menu online or place an online order." I stated that particular item was not listed on the online menu......I said ma'am I can always order from somewhere else. "She said yeah you can," then hung up on me. It's really unfortunate because my family & I, a party of 7 adults with 3 children had recently eaten there.....but guess which girl NEVER will again. She should be ashamed of herself for treating a customer in such a way!!!!

I wanted to love this place because the location is so convenient but I was very disappointed. The Thai was so spicy without good flavor. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place even though Thai is my favorite.

If you want a tasty Drunken Noodle Dish pass by the Green Mango in Wilkins, PA. It was very bland. No soy sauce or oyster sauce which are standard in the recipe. Additionally if you want a friendly waitress don't go in the early afternoon. Mine was unfamiliar with how to smile. She was very sour as though she preferred being any place BUT the Green Mango. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Delicious! The only complaint would be they never asked what level of spice we wanted so it could have been spicier. The food was great and good service.

We do not often eat out and even less so until recently, not so much bc of the pandemic but bc Thai food and young children don’t always mesh. We used to go when in Regent Square and occasionally when they moved to monroeville but across the highway from where they are now located. This location is great. It isn’t in a huge strip mall or shopping center so it is easier to run in and grab take-out and be back on your way. We began frequenting in Regent Square as a Thai friend of mine (Suzie Q😉) used to work there and knew the owners as family friends. She moved away some time ago but so glad she turned us on to this place. The Thai Pineapple Fried Rice is amazing and, when we used to dine in, it would come in a huge half pineapple skin.

We were referred Green Mango by a coworker and a few family friends. Food was absolutely delicious and a good price for the amount of food. Service was friendly and fast. Shared a delicious dinner with my wife who was fairly new to Thai. She love the spring rolls and drunken noodles. I always enjoy their samosas and chicken curry. However the star of the show was the tom yum, absolutely perfect! Great food, Great service, Great price.

Awesome. Every time I come to town I go to the Green Mango for the Lak Sa noodle soup. Yellow curry broth with tofu, red onions and napa cabbage. Order some nutty brown rice on the side to help soak up the delicious broth. Super friendly service. We were there in the mid afternoon and the owner had time to sit and talk with us. 😄👍

Always excellent food. I can't speak much to variety, since I always order the Pad Se Eu. But it's always consistent quality, and excellent service.

If you're hankering for Thai food but you're not sure where in Monroeville you can get some, I have good news; the Green Mango is gonna get you there. If you order, try to skip Grubhub or Doordash and use the business' website, since that will save them the most money. Spice level is good, when they say "spicy" they mean kinda spicy, so go all in if you're looking for heat.

The food was bomb lol. Like I saw their options & decided I'd give em a shot. Why not? Should be pretty good. Chiiiiiillllddddd, "pretty good," ain't it. Their Sweet & Sour dish??? I had it twice in the same week. That's how bomb it was, baby. Nice sized portions, clean establishment & they even have bubble tea smoothies! Yum!
