We visited The Mad Utter on Wed 7/24/24 after seeing previous reviews and wanting an after dinner sweet treat. We will return! Their ice cream is homemade and definitely stand out from other ice cream places we have visited. The service was nice, and they helped answer any questions we had. I definitely recommend the ice cream flight for a very reasonable price of $12 for 5 different ice cream flavors. It was enough for my husband and I to share and absolutely loved it! Bonus points for classic games set around each table for us to play. I did notice that after a group of younger children left, the staff came over to not only clean the tables but also clean the games too. Overall I recommend them for good ice cream, good atmosphere and good prices! You do have to find public parking, but the short walk was worth it, and it was nice to check out other small businesses in the surrounding area.

Really delicious flavors. Creamy and not overly sweet. The honey lavender and toasted coconut were fab.

It's a great place to visit. The service was outstanding; this was our first visit, and they explained their concept. Everything is fresh, and you can try any flavor before ordering. It’s tough to decide because everything is delicious. I have only one recommendation because you can’t see the ice cream on a fridge, there’s no description on the name tags of the ice cream so except for the obvious names, like Vanilla and Chocolate, we had to ask what were names meant, for example, The Dark Side of a Cookie, is Hazelnut with Oreos. Besides that, everything else was great.👍🏼

Great ice cream with large portions, great prices (2 scoops for $5.75), decent number of classical flavors (12) and very friendly staff. They also have a ton of games, ample seating and allow sampling. Definitely recommend as it is a great to chill and have fun while enjoying some great ice cream. Our favorites were the Ube, blossom honey and dark chocolate. All of them had great texture and flavor. They also have cakes and merch.

If you're looking for good ice cream at decent prices, this is the place to go. The staff are always friendly and I love how I don't know what they have until I'm there. I like places that have rotating inventory. Last I went they had ube, a type of sweet potato and it was divine.

I have been there many a time and each time the ice cream is absolutely delicious, the staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and its pretty good pricing. Everything is absolutely fantastic, 11/11 would recommend!

Love the Mad Utter. Quality made ice cream. I usually get the mint but I recently tried the Great Pumpkin flavor with caramel added and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly spiced, with a crunchy cookie add in. They make their own ice cream and they don’t kill it with sugars. You can def taste the difference. I am thinking I should have picked up a pint of the Pumpkin for Thanksgiving.

Excellent craft ice cream with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nice waffle cone and size options, vanilla and chocolate. Ample seating area indoors. Some table games like Jenga and connect four. A great option for quality ice cream in Titusville.

Excellent flavors, all made here, and waffle cones and sprinkles. Half scoops let you have two or more delicious flavors inn one serving. Delightful!

The first impression of walking into the shop is very nice and cool (especially considering the Florida heat) without being especially cold, like ice cream shops tend to be, so that's great. The decorating is different; their theme is a little scattered, with lots of different materials and murals on the walls, with a recurring theme of painted rats hidden everywhere. I personally think that it's a fun, original touch that adds to the experience. Their ice cream is delicious (I had the ube sandwiched between chocolate chip cookies), and the group said the same about their ice cream! However, I did end up staining my shirt because there was some chocolate smeared on the table from previous guests. So mostly a good experience, my suggestion is to wipe down the tables really well. A good place for kids and adults alike.

It's rather insulting to demand collateral from your customers for use of the ice cream flight holder, especially when you are not warned this will happen until you've already gotten it all scooped. I'm sorry I guess you have had people walk off with them. Perhaps just ask people to return them to the front before they leave? You're only an ice cream shop for goodness sakes. The ice cream is nothing to write home about. A bit bland to my taste.

We come from Ormond Beach just to eat their ice cream. The best I have had anywhere. The staff is phenomenal and ice cream is incredible.

Really great ice cream. Would love to bring my daughter next time she's here but she can't have dairy. Hopefully they will come up with some coconut base ice creams for lactose free folks in the future.

A terrific place to stop for ice cream. If it’s after a day at the beach or NASA these folks provide lots of homemade everything for a great treat after a long day (or a short day). They even make their own sprinkles and every waffle cone is fresh!!

Love The Mad Utter! It's a little out of the way for me, but the trip is well worth it. Gotta get my scoops of Oreo Truffle in when I can, highest recommendations!

The customer service was horrible. We went yesterday to celebrate the last day of school with our kids. The ladies behind the counter acted as if we were bothering them when we ordered and asked for things (like, an extra straw and a spoon). The ice cream was okay but lacked a lot flavor. Will not come back.

Words cannot describe how delicious the Oreo Truffle ice cream was at the mad utter . Stumbled into this hidden gem after a long day of fishing in the sun , and it was “utterly” perfect ! As a self appointed connoisseur of all things cookies and cream, this was certainly a top 5 that I’ve experienced. Staff was super friendly and helpful with by accommodating to my peanut allergy!
