Michelle was amazing!!! We had a wonderful time. Service was top notch.

Went here tonight with my friend and family and had the absolute worst experience ever! Our server Tory was very rude!! She took forever to come greet us and when she finally did it felt very rushed.. she asked us what we wanted to drink and proceeded to forget half the tables drinks… we had to stop another server walking by to get our drinks in top of it we over heard her talking badly about one of us at the table. When I asked her a question about what was in one of the cheeses she ignored me and proceeded to flirt with my husband. After our meal we were thinking about getting some deserts but we felt no longer welcome as she kept asking if we were ready for the check and felt like she was trying to rush us out. It was a huge disappointment because we have all been waiting for this day and it turned into one of the worst experiences we have had yet. Makes me never want to come back to this location… I rather drive out of my way to get better service than I have received today.

I went to the melting pot and my server Michelle was the sweetest ever !! She fulfilled all my Questions and requests as prompted . Her personality was out of this world ! And she was very efficient. She made my experience the best yet ! I will ask for her any time I come in here ! Thank you Michelle for such a great experience! You rock !!!!!! 🪨

What can i say except our server rachel could be compared to the flash considering the speed at which she delivered hwr unwavering service, she has more banter than jimmy carr and closely resembled an anime wifu with her dedication to service, i wanted to stay longer to bask in her company but as per policy i have to leave after the service :C Solid 10/10. Rachel Was Literally an angel- she graced this earth like jesus on his second coming, birthed at the top of mount fuji- delivered to us on the back of a phoenix to be marveled at as our dinner messiah.

10/10 experience! We were having a sad day and decided to come out of the house to grab a bite. I’m so glad we chose to come to Melting Pot! Dakota was really sweet and gave us some encouraging words after we explained our day. She explained the menu well and gave us some great recommendations. I want her to know how much we appreciated her warm hospitality and kindness during our stay!

Our sever was Dakota and she was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time here and she was so helpful and so sweet. She was so kind and funny. She gave the best service I have ever had in a restaurant and it was amazing. 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely be coming back to eat here and hopefully I get the amazing opportunity to have her as my sever again. What an amazing night.

We enjoyed The Melting Pot, Palm beach gardens location. Make reservations ahead of time, saves you so much time. You can call or make a reservation online. The Melting Pot is located on the second floor, elevator provided. No issues with finding a parking spot and no parking fee. If you are looking for a quiet dinning experience with a dim and cozy atmosphere for you and your partner, I recommend this restaurant. The seating is sectioned out and provided with private spaces with curtains. A perfect romantic setting or private celebration. Raechal was our Waitress, she’s friendly, down to earth, amazing customer service and has great recommendations If you are new. If you find that their prices tend to be a bit pricey, you can check out their website for more specials they have on specific days or become a fondue member and you will be notified. Now they have the “Back to school” special, consist a 4 course meal, ranging $40 per person. This special is from July 30, 2024- August 20th. You have to ask for the “Back to school” menu. Enjoy!

Jazlyn, our server, was phenomenal. Very well spoken and very knowledgeable about the “back to school” discount and very helpful throughout the dinner process. Took good care of my wife and I with our recent surgery needs and didn’t hesitate to help us if it anything else was needed.

I came to the Melting Pot on August 10, without a reservation and got a table right away (not unusual for off season). Dustin was our server and he was GREAT! He explained everything from the menu to cooking minutes to recommendations. It has been years since I had been, but it was my boyfriend’s first time. We were able to enjoy our time and keep ourselves entertained without feeling rushed.

Our go to spot for celebrating special occasions. Always delicious food, great service, and intimate atmosphere make the Melting Pot an amazing date night. Only problem is you may need to loosen your belt in order to finish your never ending meal.
