Amazing ice cream and a great place to take your kids. We love spending family time here, plus the ice cream is so good.

Ghetto as hell. Too many people loitering outside to enjoy the ice cream. They should handle this.

Overpriced. Awkward atmosphere. Girl behind the counter almost charged us $12 bucks for an ice cream cone before we mentioned it. Not the experience we hoped for when reading the reviews.

We got 3 shakes and a waffle cone Flipp your amazing shop was like being a kid for 20 min. It was awesome the connect 4 is really fun!

Great little spot to grab some good ice cream. There are never too many people there at once, but the staff make sure it doesn’t feel empty with their great service. Really nice place, can’t wait to see it take off.

Here’s a great little place to get ice cream that out of the way. It’s another hidden gem of Pensacola. Friendly people serving up good stuff with great smiles, (and they have good selection of ice cream too that changes from week to week). Prices might be slightly high but they are an independent operator so it is to be expected. They do create milkshakes, and other creations if you ask, (but I’m sure they’re limitations, so don’t kill the messenger). I just know great stuff when I find it and this is definitely one of them. I hope you love like I do.

Everytime i have gone recently it has been randomly closed. Idk if it shut down or what. But there is no one there.

Service was great. The lady who waited on us was friendly and polite. Servings generously sized. Hershey's ice cream. Had about 16 flavors. Facility was not fancy inside, but it was neat and clean. Overall good experience.

I read all the reviews and was looking forward to trying this place. It was so disappointing. The woman working the counter was nice enough, but the ice-cream was not good. To start, the cone was stale, the first bite of ice-cream tasted like old refrigerator. I continued because I had paid 6 dollar for 2 scoups. Both flavors were not good. The nuts were soggy and the chocolate had a cunk in it so big it took up half the size of the scoup. I won't be going back. It wasn't good at all. Sorry, maybe they changed owners or something since the last review. Also it was filthy inside. A sign on the door requires a mask but the owners are not wearing them and one of the workers was coughing into his hands and kept on working. The star rating is for the friendly service.

Let me tell you, these folks are great. Amazing service. Dude had a smile on the whole time we were there. Will definitely be going back to see them again.

We had one black cherry and one cappuccino crunch. Both were good.

Staff - was super welcoming, accommodating, & kind. Pricing - was fair, ice-cream was very good (according to my sweet-tooth husband & granddaughter). Presentation- clean & presentable.

The cappuccino crunch with caramel and iced coffee is the best!! Highly recommend this for great ice cream treats!!

Great service and delicious ice cream!

Every time I go in it’s the same woman who is always so warm and welcoming. My two favorite flavors are the butter pecan praline (I may be wrong at the title) and the cappuccino toffee crunch. I can’t tell you how good both of these are. I’m literally going back today

We stopped in in a whim to get a treat for our dogs after a walk. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us about the store and our dogs. They offered free samples to try new flavors too! We ended up with treats for us humans and the Doods! The shop was clean and brightly decorated with colorful murals. They also had a kids movie area. We will go back for sure!
