Yummy food, desserts are delectable and service is awesome. Their seasonal menu has so many vegetarian options. This is our family’s favorite restaurant

I hadn't been there in years and decided to try it again. Everything was so good, especially the salads! The parlor insalata and roasted beet were so good. Of course the pizza is excellent.

The perfect crust, the balanced toppings—it’s why I keep coming back. But this time, there was something that truly blew me away: the 25-layer lasagna. Yes, you read that right—25 layers of pure indulgence. Each bite was a perfect blend of rich flavors and textures, and it was impossible not to be impressed by the craftsmanship that went into this dish. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience. If you’re heading to The Parlor, you’ll definitely want to grab a slice of pizza. But trust me, make room for that lasagna—it’s the real showstopper.

Our favorite pizza spot in Phoenix! The servers are amazing and it's a great atmosphere. All of the pizzas are delicious! The iced green tea is so refreshing! If you have room for dessert get the banana trifle. If you don't have room, get the banana trifle to go! You won't regret it !

I don’t know if I have the energy to write a long review. I just want to go home and sleep-off this heavenly experience. My wife had the roasted beet salad with chicken. My 13 year old son devoured his “create-your-own” chicken, bacon and pepperoni and his gelato dessert. His words were “This is like the 1998 home run race, it’s out of the park!” I had the sausage pizza that I can’t pronounce (salsiccia). Heavenly! What can I say about my server. Alyssa was the bomb — love her. You are in my friend circle now Alyssa.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! On the outside it is deceptively small but the inside has esthetic decor and really tasty food!

Had an absolutely amazing night. The food was amazing and our waiter was top tier. Kapono single handedly gave us such an amazing experience. I 10/10 will be returning and will be recommending this establishment. You guys have an absolute treasure of an employee. Keep this man around 🤙

We ordered random appetizers ans entrees and liked it. Since there were lots odd options, we decided to share among ourselves. The Tiramisu dessert in the end was very good. I also tried a Gold something cocktail but didn’t like the taste of it, probably I am not a Gin fan anymore. The traditional Old Fashioned was good. Overall good experience except for the part that we called a day in advance and 30-40 minutes ahead of time the dinner day and was told no wait time, when we reached, they said 30-45 minutes but got the table in 25-30 I believe. So, I would plan it accordingly next time.

Love this restaurant. Pizza is perfection and the pasta is homemade. Staff is super professional and friendly. Excellent happy hour too!

First time here, always drive right by it. Not anymore, definitely will be back. When I arrived it was busy, took a chance and seated outside in the 111° , but with the misters and fans it was tolerable. The service was exceptional and the pizza was amazing!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had here in the valley to date. Everything about the food here was amazing. I’m so happy I got a chance to check this place out and enjoy myself. And the charcuterie board that you get to customize anyway you seem fit. Real game changer.

Amazing food and great ambience! We tried the pizza (make your own from a wide variety of options) and the lemon ricotta ravioli! Also tried the choclate cake..it was good but not the very best!

I went there for dinner and had a great experience. I was seated in the dining room and my server, Aily, was phenomenal – friendly and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better server. I started with the Fritto Misto (crispy calamari & shrimp, grilled lemon, romesco) and it was delicious. Calamari is easily overcooked and this was perfect. The romesco was a nice alternative to the typical marinara. And, since it was still happy hour, I got $2 off. Then, I moved on to the pappardelle Bolognese (rustic meat sauce, parmesan, rosemary oil). For their pastas, they have two sizes, which is a great idea. I chose the small and there was plenty of pasta. The sauce was also delicious and the very wide “pappardelle” were clearly housemade. Delicious. I’m a big guy and cannot imagine eating a double sized portion. Maybe next time, I’ll bring some friends and share a couple large portions family style.

I’m very picky when it comes to pizza, having grown up in Germany surrounded by Italians and making Neapolitan and Roman-style pizza myself. Overall, I can’t really complain, but I have a couple of small critiques. The prosciutto was baked on the pizza, which is unusual since it’s typically added after baking to preserve its flavor and texture. Additionally, I didn’t love that the burrata was broken into small pieces; it’s usually placed whole on the pizza with a bit of crushed pepper. However, this was definitely one of the better pizzas in Phoenix. The tomato sauce was excellent, and I really enjoyed the dough! The bartender who served us was very friendly, and the overall vibe and ambiance were pleasant!

Expected better food based off of other reviews and awards/press. The pizza was the the weakest and dessert was the most enjoyable. I would say get pasta or salad and skip the pizza unless you really like thin and blackened crust. Beautiful ambiance and decor.

First time and WON’T be our last. Everything was delicious! So fresh and came out well prepared in a very timely fashion. Our service was excellent. She was very attentive. My husband LOVED his burger. Said it was excellent. Started with a side salad that was lightly tossed in ranch. Those who we went with had a custom charcuterie board and I ordered some rosemary flatbread as a side. So good for being just flatbread, very satisfying for just flatbread to hold me over. My pizza was so good, even though it was just pepperoni and basil. The dough/crust was perfect! Not crispy and not doughy. Iced tea was passion fruit infused, which I can appreciate. Wanted to try their dessert but was too full. Next time for sure! Ambiance is very enjoyable. The patio has plenty of misters if you’re seated outdoors and has nice patio lighting for the evening. Indoor is very nice and inviting. Definitely a great casual or nice date night.

This is always our go to spot when my mother and I enjoy lunch together! - We havent been in quite some time and The pizza we usually always order (just a simple pepperoni) tasted different in my opinion, however the tomatoes and mozzarella with the pistachios was delicious!

Such an incredible place. Whether at the bar, on the patio or main dining, the ambiance is wonderful. High quality fresh ingredients, sizable selection, reasonably priced. I'll be back to take more pics and spread out the order a bit more. We started with castelvetrano olives, burrata, capicola, malbec. We ended with wood fired custom pie, expresso and lemon trifle.

The Parlor offers upscale pizzas and Italian fare in an on-trend setting! The patio is ready for all seasons (heaters, misters, fans) and is inviting and quaint. They have herb gardens at the entrance, although I am unsure if they use them or they are strictly decorative. I ordered the lemon ricotta ravioli, small portion. The flavors were so layered and rich, this was plenty of food for lunch! Really unique and delicious. I have been to The Parlor twice now, and both times service was excellent and the food was even better. I feel pricing is fair by today's standards, food quality, and the high-rent location.

What a great place! The food is phenomenal, the service was amazing, the atmosphere is trendy but comfortable. We had a party of 6, so we all tried something different. The pizzas were awesome. My pasta was delicious. I had the ricotta pasta dumplings and yes, I will be going back for them! The pizza's we ordered were pepperoni and Margherita. We also tried the mushroom and goat cheese pizza. For appetizers we went a little crazy. We ordered the olives, cauliflower gratinata and the charcuterie board. It was all super delicious. The star of the show was the tiramisu. The pine nut brittle on the top was the perfect addition to the creamy tiramisu. This place is a five out of five and I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful garden on the way inside. Delicious pizza funghi! The Bolognese is perfect and the Gnudi bright with the heirloom tomatoes. Save room for the best desert in town. Both The dark chocolate cake and the creamsicle are amazing!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It was awesome! The food was excellent! Will definitely be going back there! Hopefully soon!

I've visited this place twice now, and I'm already planning to make it a weekly ritual! The pizza is simply outstanding, with toppings that perfectly suit my taste buds. The mushroom pizza and calabrian pizza are absolute winners. Whether you prefer outdoor seating with heaters or indoor ambiance, the vibe here is undeniably cool.

THE LEMON RICOTTA RAVIOLI IS TO DIE FOR. Not to mention the garden salad. Seriously, from the food to the service (shout out to Jeremy) we had a fantastic time. I will bring everyone I know here. A++

This will be a brief review. Order the steak panazerella salad to go and absolutely delicious! Good portion as well and nominally priced. Steak was cooked medium and very flavorful. The balsamic dressing was awesome however there was a seemingly tomato based dressing included as well. We weren't fond of that dressing so did not use that. But overall, a very, very good salad.

One of the best pizzeria in AZ. The pizzas are just absolutely amazing. They taste so good. First time having pizza from this restaurant and I highly recommend this place for all the pizza lovers out there. There is definitely some wait time but it's worth it. I highly recommend the spicy Florentine, summer corn, and fungi pizza.

The best restaurant I’ve been at in a while. The food is amazing!!! Try the melo salad and the lemon ravioli. The tiramisu is fantastic as well. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Phoenix.

The beet salad is amazing! The couple next to me were gaga about their pizza. I was tempted to ask for a slice.

Short wait on a Thursday evening for four. Theodore cocktail was perfectly refreshing. Roasted cauliflower and Caesar salad were good. The funghi pizza was our favorite! Kids enjoyed their buttered noodles from the kids menu. Atmosphere was great, although a little loud.

Food was good but nothing over the top. Enjoyed a Ceasar salad and heirloom tomatoe pizza. Cocktails were good.

Fun location and atmosphere. The pizza was really good. Only complaint was that one pizza was burnt tasting and so the crust wasn't edible and bottom a little black so harder to eat than the other two we ordered.

I've been to the Parlor maybe half a dozen times. It is very busy for dinners, especially on the weekends and rainy days. I love the margherita pizza and roma, not a huge fan of the autunnale. The service is pretty fast and the staff is very friendly and give good recommendations. Parking is generally easy, seating is also pretty easy. Just be prepared to wait.

The Parme Chicken Sandwhich is meh...note this is NOT a Chicken Parmeseana so if you're looking for that comfort food level italiano..look elsewhere. This sandwich was dry and made with cutlets. Underpowered and mediocre. Pizza is pretty solid though. Think Mod with higher quality ingredients.

Awesome decor, glam and cozy. Pizza is the worst I ever ate. It was floppy, tasteless, uncooked over filled, more like a tortilla. I had them redo it twice and got same result. Wrong recipe, bad cooks. Went home hungry. Someone please teach the cooks how to make Neapolitan pizza.

Amazing pizza and cocktails! It gets pretty crowded on the weekends for dinner so definitely make reservations or come early enough to grab a table. We got there around 6pm and it was a 30 min wait so not terrible. Highly recommend their olives for appetizer, they're really addicting!

The pizza here is awesome. I have gotten the pepperoni with mozzarella several times and it was so tasty, the mozzarella just made it. Most recently tried the salsiccia pizza and ugh, so good. Have also tried their salad, bread, and tiramisu, all great 😋 Good spot to go for sure!

We love Parlor and eat there frequently. We've never had a bad experience and always have wonderful service. Last night we dined there for my husband's birthday. Alyssa was our server and was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond!

Had a nice later Friday evening dinner here. We were sat right away. Wife and I shared a nice bottle of wine at a fair price. Started with the shrimp and calamari, it was fine but could have passed on it as an app. Got a za and the Bolognese. Both were quite good. We both really loved the pizza. Service was great very friendly and attentive.

I asked someone where the best pizza in Metro Phoenix was and they said the Parlor. They were absolutely right! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, awesome service.

They know what they're doing. Great ambiance, great setup, solid modern menu, and perfect service. They have a large bar area to support walks in and busy times very well but also have a really nice indoor/outdoor dining room. The menu is solid, every pizza we had was great. They also have pasta and some basics like a burger and sandwiches.

Ordered take out and everything still tasted so good after almost an hour. If you love a little treat like I do please get the vanilla layer cake…the cake is so moist with the most impeccable flavor combination (rosemay + orange/ citrus). Unlike anything I’ve had before and is now ranked top 5 on my dessert list😋

Good pizza, people, and atmosphere

We ordered ahead and came in 10 mins. The take out was easy and efficient….what a lovely place to eat. The wait was long to eat in. But would have been a wonderful place to stay and eat. Sorry no pictures, we were hungry so we dove into quickly.

I normally wait to review after dining in, but I have to take the time to commend the exceptional takeout service I received my first time visiting The Parlor. I was met with a friendly greeting, offered a seat and takeaway water cup while I waited for my food to be finished. I sat at the bar and was even asked how I like my pizzas done as they were being baked in front of me. I don't recall ever being asked how I like my pizza (crispy vs. golden). I ordered an Heirloom Margherita pizza, Funghi pizza, and the Roasted Beet Salad, all to share with my wife. The salad had great balance between the fresh arugula, sweet and crunchy golden beets, rich and tangy walnut-crusted goat cheese, and creamy avocado slices, topped with a lightly acidic vinaigrette. The margherita at any pizzeria is how I generally compare to the competition, and The Parlor delivers a home run here. The huge slices of heirloom tomato burst with flavor, juicy without watering down the experience. The generous chunks of mozzarella have good cheese coverage. I watched the fresh basil leaves being added just before entering the to-go box. Of course, the crust is what makes this one of the best Naples-style pizzas in Arizona, balanced between fluffy, tearable edges and thin but supportive center. Beautiful. For a taste of the creativity The Parlor has to offer, the Funghi was a revelation. The mushrooms are sliced small and piled on generously and amplified by truffle oil for an umami explosion that is nicely cut by the tangy goat cheese and mild chive spice. We can't wait to come back to try more from one of Arizona's best pizza spots!

Hands down my favorite restaurant to eat in the Valley. The interior is unmatched and my go-to pasta (gemelli porchetta) is the BEST. The roasted pork melts in your mouth and the chili is the perfect heat. We’ve been going here for the past decade and quality has always been the same. The Parlor is a gem!

Such a neat little spot. Amazing pizzas, with great service to match. Definitely glad to live close to this spot, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great slice. You can also build your own charcuterie boards, which we have not done yet, but the ones they bring out look wonderful! Lots of options to choose from to really make it what you want! Can't wait to come back!

We placed an order for two pizzas and waited entire evening for delivery. After we called, they told us they couldn’t fulfill the order and we will not receive delivery. A really frustrating experience dealing with this restaurant.

Pre-ordered pizza in advance and got an email that the order was placed. When it was time for delivery, the order didn’t come, upon inquiry it turned out that the restaurant canceled the order without any notification. Really annoying.

I've actually never eaten inside, I've always done take out and I still think they're amazing. Their pizzas are addicting and the ambience of the restaurant is really rustic and comfortable. The open concept they have is beautiful. You can tell they put thought into everything that they do. I always recommend this pizza joint ♡

Came in last minute with two HANGRY teenagers. They didn’t mind seating us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is pretty laid back, despite the ambiance. Highly recommend this place! Service was great as well. Very welcoming(:

I placed an order for pickup at 5:05 and didn’t get my pizza till 5:55, they started making the pizzas when I checked in. Once I got them, two of them were wrong. The gentleman asked if I wanted to have them re made but I had been waiting for an hour and didn’t want to wait longer. Once we got gone we realized how poorly made the pizzas were, pretty disappointed. heads up for anyone placing takeout orders.

One of the best Chicken Caesar salad I’ve ever had was from here! The chicken was chilled and was same temperature as the salad which made it phenomenal!

What a gem! 💎 Pizza Roma was an absolute perfection, atmosphere is cozy with an open kitchen. Tiramisu was just divine. I was closing my eyes to fully savor it. I'm definitely coming back to this place.

So happy I finally tried this place. I ordered for takeout. The service was awesome, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food was incredible! I ordered a small fungi pizza and the tiramisu. A small pizza is plenty to feed one person (you may even have leftovers) & there were tons of toppings. Full of flavor and very fresh (even for takeout!). Although the tiramisu was very good, I do think it was overpriced for the size of it. However, I will definitely be back!

We stumbled in here by mistake because Pizza Bianco across the street had over an hour wait for lunch and man we were so happy to find this place! Great atmosphere with charming patio and fireplace, separate bar area, and nice dining area. Have come here twice now, both times getting the pepperoni pizza and the burger. The first time I came here it was amazing all around. However, this last time I came the pizza was still delicious and so were the fries, but the burger tasted of burnt charcoal. It wasn’t very enjoyable but everyone has their off days, I will still try again in the future.

I’ve both dined in & gotten carryout and the food is consistently AMAZING! For our first dine in, my husband & I took a friend who was visiting from out of town & we all loved it! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice & laid back. Our server was excellent! Very attentive & sweet! I tried the beet salad while the guys ordered pizzas to share with the table. We got the autumnale & pepperoni pizzas. Both were amazing. And we all shared a slice of the Vanilla layer cake! Which was the BEST gluten free dessert I’d ever had! The citrus compote pairs with it so beautifully! This is definitely one of the best pizza places in Phoenix, if not all of Arizona! And the prices are really great for the amazing quality of food you receive! 10 out of 10, Highly recommend!!!
