Visiting the area and stopped her after looking for a dinner spot. Definitely was surprised walking in and seeing it had a photo of the queen and king front and center. By the name I was expecting an American bbq type of restaurant. But it’s an UK restaurant. Looks like a pub your grandparents would hang out at. But I got the grilled chicken sandwich. It was good. Did see an ant in my lettuce on the burger tho. Plenty of TVs to watch games, service was good. Pretty empty on a Sunday evening, opening weekend for NFL.

Gives a "Cheers" vibe (a reference for the older crowd). A place where everybody knows your name! The bartender Ashley makes everyone feel like a regular. BOGO mimosas for Sunday brunch, you can't beat that! Loved this place and can't wait to come back. We ordered the peach and blueberry mimosas, french dip w/french fries and homemade ranch, reuben sandwich w/chips & french onion soup (not pictured, husband dug into it too fast lol). Also love the decor! They have the couch I want to buy lol!

Atmosphere was as excepted. Food below average. Service not good.

I had the fish and chips and chose the haddock and my friend Shephards pie. Both were excellent. The service and the drinks were beyond reproach.

I always order the Haddock and fries. Love it.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my vegan diet. Our waitress Amber was great! She was pleasant, attentive and took the initiative regarding my dietary choices. Kudos to Amber and also to the chef for making a non-menu dish for me. My husband ordered the Cod fish & chips and loved it. Highly recommend!!!

Travis was our server, and what a pro! He's a super attentive, kind, and helpful dude that I can tell wants to be there for people. I Went with my mom, and what a super refreshing meal. Of course we had the fish and chips, and it is so yummy as usual. Proper fish, and chips as they say. Pig & whistle is always a yummy piece of the UK, and you don't even have to pay for the plain ticket 😜 This is a special place, I'll always be greatful for growing up in cocoa Beach.

This was my first visit to Pig & Whistle. Krystle was out server and so friendly. The haddock fish and chips was amazing but the sticky toffee pudding for dessert was to die for. I'll definitely be back.

Travis was an awesome waiter! We had Cod fish n chips! Cooked to Perfection!!!!! And their key lime pie is out of this world!

Omg! I have only eaten breakfast here. I just annihilated the best fish & chips I think I have ever had. The mushed peas were killer. The server Krystle knew the menu, very personable and was spot on. The staff as a whole treated me with amazing southern (British, lol) hospitality.

The atmosphere was spot on. Beautiful bar. Travis was our server and he was amazing. Friendly, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fresh and well prepared. The shepherds pie was delicious and the haddock fish and chips were so tasty and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend. Also, the prices were very reasonable. I forgot to mention the seafood chowder. It was so creamy and filled with big pieces of tasty seafood. Amazing experience.

This locally owned British pub is a staple in Cocoa Beach. The new owners have really done a great job at hiring amazing staff and serving delicious food. They are open for breakfast and the breakfast is awesome. Do you serve a favor and make this a destination when you come to town.

Charming atmosphere food was delicious large variety our server Iman with his training Amber was amazing. The entire staff would check on us make sure our drinks you're full.

Original reviews showed great promise but the real experience was absolutely tragic. Ambiance was not too bad but I knew we were in for a wild ride when we received our scotch egg appetizer. Pretty much a very dry breaded egg which would have had the potential to at least be edible until we tried the horseradish sauce that came with it. We managed to finish the egg without the sauce but I would certainly never recommend it. Regardless, these things happen and tastes differ so we were more than willing to overlook this and move on. We were certainly happy with the pretzel with cheese sauce but that was the extent of any further possibilities for a good review. We ordered mostly the pies which included the chicken pot pie. While the dish arrived hot, we were extremely shocked to discover that one hour before closing the restaurant staff was placing all of the chairs on top of the tables for closing. It was an extremely unwelcoming sight. This was occurring 1 hour prior to closing. (see picture). Regardless, we decided to press on and at least try to enjoy the food. After many attempts to get through the chicken pot pie, we gave up because the entree only contained chicken skin and no chicken meat. We of course may not be experts in English food but I would hardly envision a chicken pot pie made exclusively with chicken skin. The vegetables were somewhat raw or possibly on the al dente side of things but I was prepared to overcome that culinary deficiency if the dish at least had chicken meat in it. The copious amounts of salt I added to the dish was still not enough to overcome the chicken skin. (see picture) At that point, I was absolutely disgusted and pointed out the chicken skin and chairs to our sever when I requested our bill. I was of course shocked to discover that even with my pointing out the chicken skin pot pie, the server actually left the charge for the dish on the bill. In almost any decent restaurant, a complaint of such nature would send any competent manager running to address the issue and certainly remove the offending meal from the bill. To the servers credit, they did offer a free desert but to leave the dish on the bill was actually pretty insulting. For anyone reading this who may think I am some kind of Karen trying to get a free meal or something, please note that I think in 10 or 15 years I have taken the time to write possibly one negative restaurant review. The bill came to $ 200 so we were not worried about the cost of one entree. So this is a pretty real review. It was just a situation that we could not overlook. Perhaps there is no management in place which is why they decided to close early although another party entered after we received our food so not sure. One thing is certain, we would never come back this restaurant again unless we could cook our own food.

The food was excellent. The service was very good although a little slow at first getting somebody to our table but it's cuz they were busy. I waitress was really nice and excellent. The atmosphere was a little dark for my liking but it was an Old English style pub and that's the way they're supposed to be so my guess is it was great for what most people are looking for when they go in their. All in all great experience

4th time back here for the fish & chips and it’s still my favorite ! Krystle was a great waitress ! We also tried the apple pie and it is crazy good !

Such a cool little pub with elevated food selections! The plating was beautiful, fresh ingredients 😉 would recommend for dinner with some friends or a date 🌹 clean and edgy! Travis was a wonderful server too!

First time visit and Travis took excellent care of us. He offered suggestions, explained a few menu items, and our drinks were never empty. We will definitely be back to try more things! The pot pie, cheese curds and hot wings were great!

I'm stuck on the Shepherds Pie. Nice cold Guinness pairs exceptionally well. Kind of a locals hangout.

It might seem a little strange to eat heavy English food while you’re at the beach, but I can’t recommend it enough! Such delicious food. The shepherds pie (cottage pie) was incredible, the Pimms cup was delicious, and the vibes were enjoyable— I recommend going when they have live music going on! My mom and sister loved the fish and chips. Don’t sleep on the mushy peas!

They are pet friendly. Krystle is very kind, and patient. I enjoy her service.

We came hungry to the Pig & Whistle and it did not disappoint! Our server Ted was great. In fact, everyone on staff was attentive! The vegetarian in our group enjoyed the house made black bean burger. The fish and chips are beyond compare - and say what you want about the mushy peas, but I ate all mine first (if you're a fan of the flavor of split pea soup you'll dig 'em). Sure, come for the English pub vibe, but this place is so much more!

We go almost every Tuesday. It’s a friendly place with good food, drinks and wonderful staff. They get to know you and make you feel special. We bring our little Pomeranian and they treat her great.

If you’re in cocoa check this place out! The atmosphere is soooo cute, service was great, and food even better. We got the all American and the bluea burger with fries. The food was crispy and as ordered. Our server was on point plus the Irish coffee just hit differently. 10/10 would recommend!

Fish was crispy and fresh but had no flavor. I have had fried cod plenty of times and I prefer the batter with some more seasoning. Maybe the chef held back that day but you shouldn't have to rely on tarter or hot sauce. I also didn't mention it took us 20 minutes to get acknowledged that we were there. Not everyone has a great experience all the time. Also one of our drinks were disgusting so getting 3 stars is very generous.

Great Scotch Egg. Also ordered BLT, which was disappointing. More of bacon/lettuce sandwich with a very thin/small slice of tomato. My guests ordered fish and chops, which was outstanding. (Thanks owner for your comment. Just to let you know, I mentioned my disappointment re: BLT, to our server, TWO times. No concern on her part. Really, just make the BLT, a true BLT. )

Hands down the best food we had our entire trip! The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is fun but not crazy. 1010% recommend this place and any food you want from the menu is worth it! We will definitely be back next year!

We went to Pig & Whistle to celebrate my Birthday. We enjoyed the meat pies and fish and chips. Most of all, we enjoyed the service. Ted our waiter was friendly and attentive! Thanks Ted!

Delicious food for relatively low cost! Most of my family ordered the meat pies and the fried chicken sandwich was so juicy. Great portions and the service from Iman was wonderful as well.

We were in the area visiting from out of town and our impromptu stop here ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The food was absolutely incredible (I had a scotch egg and bangers and mash…. the best I’ve ever had!) and the portions were generous, our server Brian was friendly and on top of things, and the atmosphere was fantastic. A soccer game was on and the enthusiasm, friendly rivalry, and sense of community was like nothing I’ve experienced in a restaurant before. You could tell the couple next to us were regulars when they came in. They were greeted by name and with a hug from their server. If I’m ever back in the area visiting, this place will be on the list of places we must go. Truly a gem!

Great food, great atmosphere. Wait staff sat us immediately and were on top of everything. I don't recall their names but two gentleman that were on shift early afternoon on 6/23 were both phenomenal! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is decorated with a nod to an English Pub. The newly renovated ladies' room was nicely decorated and spotless. We had the fisherman's pie with a basket of spicy cracklings. Our food was delicious, as always. The service was impeccable. We always visit the Pig & Whistle when we are in Cocoa Beach! ❤️

Went on Saturday at noon. Asked for two pints of Guinness. Watch the bar woman pour them in horror. Left right away. This is how you pour a Guinness?? Seriously don’t know what you are doing. Adding the instructions in a picture. DO BETTER.

You know that joke that British food has no flavor? Ya no the shepherds pie was so full of flavor.

Wow. No other words can better describe the overall experience from the food to the atmosphere to the service. The second you enter you get transported straight to England —the Union Jack being proudly displayed, King George’s framed picture, and traditional meals such as Fish and Chips and Shepherds Pie. Waiters were so so so attentive and welcoming to any and all concerns. We got the Cheese Curds, Shepherds Pie, and Scorcher Burger (10/10 all of it). Last remark: come with an empty stomach and HUNGRY because the portions are huge and great for the price.

Krystle was an amazing server who was very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. The jalapeño poppers and french fried were absolutely delicious. My dad and me had the Scorcher Burger and it was so spicy and flavorful. My mom really loved the fish and chips and coleslaw. I absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wants a hardy meal with an ice cold beer!

The food was great and well priced. My favorite part was the ambiance. The decoration is cozy and the music was great. Our server Tim went above and beyond, he was a lot of fun too.

Timothy's service skill at Pig n Whistle was top notch. Being a British themed pub, I went for the fish and chips. And I was served the biggest piece of fish I have ever been served. It was delicious! Even better, it was on special on Fridays, so it was $2 cheaper. The sides were also great, although I prefer my peas to have a little more shape to them. Must be the American in me. Hats off to Tim at Pig n Whistle.

The best part about our drive down from Ohio is knowing where we are goin to eat when we get there! Our favorite place to eat before we board our cruises. Tim was amazing food was delicious i highly recommend the shepherds pie!!

Tamara, Was amazing and the whole place was chill! And they had the bar menu only at 9pm. And the cook and Tamara. Made a choice of letting a Big Party come in and gave us unbelievable service and the food was just the cherry on top. All the way from Oklahoma to see southern hospitality. Get the Chicken! Tamara and team killed it.

Stumbled across this place on a girls night and walking to another restaurant. Food and atmosphere were great! Fish and chips were delicious and Tamara & Travis did a great job with serving and offering recommendations since it was our first time. Will definitely keep this on the list of places to come to in the future.
