Their cup n char pepperoni pizza with Xtra sauce and hot cherry peppers is awesome. I usually order through Door Dash. Do you offer curbside?

Great food, we tried the cheesy garlic sticks, slices of cup n char, meatball sandwich, chicken parm sandwich, spaghetti with eggplant balls, and of course the homemade cookies. Everything was delicious, prepared fresh, all staff and the owner were extremely friendly. Great new spot! Can’t wait to come back and try the Utica greens and chicken rigggies!

Their pizza and salads are incredible. The service is outstanding, staff are so friendly. Our new favorite pizza shop!! Can't wait to try other menu items.

A few months ago I tried ordering a pizza for delivery and I was politely told: "We don't deliver." Confused I went ahead and placed and ordered two large pizzas for pick up. They politely responded with: "Our pizza only comes in one size." Then I asked if I could pick it up at 8pm. They politely informed me: "They closed at 7pm" So to recap: They don't deliver. They only make one size pizza and they close at 7pm On a Saturday night????!!! I was going to walk into the door to pick up my Pizza and try not to point and laugh at them. But then I walked in and smelled my Pizza.. I decided to wait until I got it back home to share with my friends. None of us could believe how incredible it was. I hadn't had this quality of Pizza since Scutteris in Watkins Glen closed decades ago. They don't deliver, make one size and close at 7pm on Saturdays because they can. Their product is so unbelievably good, that they are reaching their profit margins and don't have to offer the same stuff as 99.9% of other places. Quality matters and i am not exaggerating when I say this is by far the best Pizza in Rochestr and possibly western N.Y.

Have had take out and dined in here on several occasions. The food and service are phenomenal!!!! Great atmosphere and the people that work there are amazing! 🙌💯 Highly recommend checking out The Pizza Shoppe. Homemade pasta’s, meatballs, chicken cutlets, and salads, not just pizza. As good as any Italian restaurant in town, actually better!

Nice little shop howver the staff will belittle you, and treat you with as little respect as possible, there are much better pizza joints in the area

Pizza here is great. At some point I need to check out the other offerings. There's always a new topping to try and the crust is perfect- Detroit style is nice and thick.

Been to the Pizza Shoppe several times in the past month and a half. Let’s start with service. Fast, friendly and fantastic. I got my pizza nice and hot each time and my chocolate chip cookies were to die for. Seriously, maybe the best I have ever had. I have had several different varieties of this Detroit Style Pizza and it is second to none. It is now my go to for Pizza without a doubt. I also love the small pizza shoppe atmosphere not like one these chain pizza shops that has no personality. It was quiet and pleasant to just take a seat and enjoy my pizza. Hoping to try their chicken parmigiana in the near future. I don’t give many 5 star reviews, however this was an easy one to write. Great Job to your team at The Pizza Shoppe.

My family has had the pleasure of some of the delicious food stylings of the Pizza Shoppe! We have had the pleasure of trying different varieties of this Detroit-style pizza white four cheese, roasted mushroom, bianca, veggie, bbq chicken, and cup-n-char pepperoni. We have enjoyed them all! My favorite part is the thick crust!! We have gotten the meatball smapler and some of their melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies! The staff is kind and helpful, and also innovative with trying new recipes! Recently they have added some Utica favorites to the menu! What a taste exploration!

Wow! This pizza is amazing. To pull off deep dish you have to have a great dough recipe, and boy these guys nailed it. I stopped by the store before placing my first order, and the young lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. I went with a white pizza and a pepperoni pizza for my little get-together, and it was a hit I'll definitely be back. Five enthusiastic stars!

I went for 2 squares on first visit, one pepperoni and one white square with veggies. Both squares were very good. 2nd visit I brought my mom to try some pasta. We went for the Eggplant and Mushroom Ravioli. Both were very delicious. I thing I wish the pasta dishes come with is a dinner roll to mop up the remaining sauce. I'm that kind of person that leaves a clean plate.

Great Detroit style pizza. Nice thick crust but still crispy. I grabbed 2 pep slices, 1 meat lovers and 1 veggie slice and all were 10/10. The red sauce and the dough is 10/10

This is the best deep dish pizza I have had and possibly the best pizza that I’ve had in Rochester, period. They load up on toppings… I highly recommend!

Stopped by at lunch time and grabbed a slice, it was unbelievably good - the crust is simultaneously thick and crispy, but also soft and fluffy. Just the right amount of toppings (yummy, stringy cheese, but not so much that you feel like you're eating a brick of mozzarella - Nice chunks of tomatoes). Service was quick, quick and friendly, they use recyclable cardboard takeout containers which I like, and they have a bunch of stuff. I will definitely be back to try!!

The Pizza Shoppe is a great place for dinner. They have more than just pizza their sandwiches and pasta are very good too. The pasta is homemade from their sister store the pasta shop. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place! We just moved into the area and the Pizza Shoppe is quickly becoming our favorite local pizza place. The cup and char pizza with a house salad makes the perfect dinner for two with some leftovers for the next day. My husband and I have tried most of the salads and I’m continually impressed with how fresh they are. We’ve also tried their prosciutto mac and cheese which was excellent. The staff has also been very friendly any time we’ve picked up. Just a great place overall!

Wasn't sure what a Detroit style pizza was, but what a treat. The only complaint is that I couldn't restrain myself and I ended up eating 5 slices and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Will be coming back regularly.

I live nearby and finally had the opportunity to stop in last night and the food was DELICIOUS. The meatball appetizer is generous with four meatballs and a wonderful sauce and the chicken cutlet salad was super fresh and packaged very well. I will definitely be back; the food was fantastic!!

Nice, clean store, friendly owner, AMAZING salad (much better than most pizza shops), great pie! The size of the slice is perfect -- not too much, still enough for a good meal. Great experience overall :-)

This is excellent pizza with super fresh ingredients! This is definitely a hidden gem! The Detroit style pizza has perfectly crispy edges, and the sauce is delicious and not sweet. I have tried the meatballs too, which were a very generous portion and so fresh tasting with ricotta cheese. I also love that they have fresh pasta you can buy. Additionally, their pizzas are bigger than other Detroit style in the area. It's hard to find a great pizza place,but this one checks all the boxes.

One of the things I've missed about being away from home was the pizza. I'm not from Detriot but this reminds me so much of back home on Long Island. The crispy crust and the melted cheese was so good. This is the best pizza I've had since moving to Rochester. This will be our new pizza place. I do not mind the drive from Greece to get pizza this good. We will most definitely be regulars.

We stopped here to get lunch for a little impromptu picnic. The pizza was super delicious deep dish style and they had fun local Fiz soda flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Absolutely spectacular pizzas with both creative and traditional toppings.. The thick crust is light, airy and delicious. Huge variety of fresh made pastas also available and definitely recommend visiting!

Just amazing pizza, with lots of variety- LOVE the slices, and very reasonable price for some of the most delicious pizza I've ever had. Even one slice is quite filling, though leaves you wanting another. I quite often think of Pizza Shoppe while I'm out of the area, but I've yet to find anything comparable. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful as well.

The pizza Shoppe is the best pizza place in Rochester. We had a regular cheese pie and an order of cheesy garlic bread and both were outrageous. The place is clean and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent pizza! Best I've had in Rochester area. Detroit style is thick crust, rectangular shape, and chewy. Also, very filling. Great price because you get 8 pieces and I'm full after two, giving me four meals! Really delicious! Give it a try.

Grabbed a pie and it was fantastic. Detroit style pizza, which means if you don't know what that is, then you are not the pizza fan you claim to be. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and engaging and the place smelled fabulous. Had I beleive the Bianco, which was a white pie with prosciutto and carmelized onions...it was quite the meal. For comparable price you get 2 more slices than the other Detroit Style pizza in Rochester, so that is a win. Can't wait to try a different pie this upcoming weekend!

Must try!!! The pizza is delicious and unique. I got a slice on a lunch break and was shocked at the size when it was brought to me it! It smelled so good I took a bite before I could get a picture 😁 very reasonably priced and definitely worth it if you want to try something new and absolutely delicious.😋

I consider myself to be a pizza connoisseur, I’ve been to many pizza shops before but none of those can compare to the place. The specialty pizza’s are so incredibly rich with flavors, it’s like, each bite you take, feels like the first bite. The pasta is also astonishing ! I had the spinach ravioli stuffed with red pepper, artichoke and ricotta and words can’t even describe how delicious it was. The staff is also so lovely and kind and they do an amazing job! Thank you for opening my eyes to what a prime time pizza experience truly is. #numberonefan

Pizza was excellent, even the crust was delicious. Best I’ve ever had in Rochester by far. Staff were very accommodating and super nice to us, going out of their way to be helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

We got a pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. My husband and I could only eat half of it as it's very filling. Cute inside and owner is very friendly. We will be back!
