When we visited here last May we rated this marina a 5 star. They have changed ownership and we just can not give it the 5 star they were before. There was lots of fishing very close to our boat. One fisherman even got his line wrapped around our lifelines. We notified the office and there was some improvement and they put the fence back up. This helped but at low tide people still go around the fence. Also the Dockside Sloppy Joe's restaurant has closed. They had great food and it was our fav spot. They also had live music twice a day. There is no longer any food at this spot and the music has stopped. Just not the same fun atmosphere. Also the pool at Sloppy Joe's was full of kids this time this time. I am pretty sure it was just local kids. There would be alot of kids with few parents supervising. This is great for the community but not for people looking for a relaxing vacation. Looked like maybe one set of parents would watch all kids that showed up that day. This just needs to be monitored a little more. Kids were very loud and splashing right in front of us. Just not the same fun relaxing vacation spot that it was last year. Marina restrooms/showers were still very nice and clean. The dock hands were great!

service was good, marina people was very friendly. We went back today 26 March and had drinks at the Salty Oyster. The two bartenders were great. Service was fast and friendly. Offered us food, drinks and gave us local information. We will go back because of their service. Went back 16 June 22 for drinks. Sidney the bartender took great care of us. Was very knowledgeable about local places and local marines. Will keep going back because of the service.

We live here on coconut row. Such an amazing place to live. We have a large area in front of our slip that we can set up with some outdoor furniture. Love it.

Marina is great and I previously left a good review, but unfortunately it is managed by the hotel front desk, which means sometimes long waits to check in with all the hotel tourists. Tonight I tried calling ahead of my arrival in my Uber after going out to eat, for the gate code since it was raining, but no one answers the phone after 6:00. Then we go into the lobby bar only to find 2 of the 6 bar stools occupied by pre-schoolers while their parents sit oblivious to subjecting bar patrons to their children’s screaming and crying. The management should have prohibited this.

This place is GORGEOUS. Good food, drinks, great pools, amazing boats to look at, friendly staff. We have been to the keys three times and stayed at the marina the last two times, we love it. Clean, well taken care of beautiful property.

This will make it out third stay at Stock Island Marina Village. There are several reasons that we chose this marina. It's close to shopping so it's easy to rent a car and get provisions for the boat at Publixs, Winn Dixie, Ross, etc. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Mallory Square so there's a lot less boat traffic. It's a floating dock that's had many renovations. We continue to return because there are two beautiful pools, there's a free shuttle Publix's, Old Town Key West and the beach. There are great restaurants and I love that drinks can be delivered to the pool. Most of all, we love that it's quiet. I really enjoy peacefully waking around the marina and taking in the sights or shopping at the cute stores in the Village. There are also many amenities like renting scooters, bikes, etc. The marina is beautiful and sturdy. The staff is very, very friendly and extremely accomodating. We even receive a glass of Champaign upon check-in.

First time on a marina. We stayed at an air bnb here and it was awesome. I lost my purse and the staff member who cleans returned it to lost and found. Food was overpriced. Nice amenities.

Don't count on having wifi at your slip. My husband has gone to the front desk and asked a couple of times about what's going on with it. Each time they've been surprised there's a problem or get the response yes they've had issues for a while. Their best suggestion was to take our things and go to the Captain's Lounge and use the wifi there. I'll carry the Roku and my husband can carry the TV. Please don't mind me in being in my PJs. My husband said I'm to harsh. The other facilities are nice and the staff is great. All is well that ends well. Stock Island Marina relocated us to another slip nearer the modem and lent us a booster. It worked a lot better. (The staff really tries hard. The marina is also working un upgrading their internet)

We have been extremely happy with our stay at SIMV. The slips are awesome. Great, sturdy, concrete floating docks makes coming and going a breeze. Dock hands are helpful if you need any help getting in or out of the slip. Weekly, scheduled pumpouts are nice. You can also call if you need an additional pump out. I appreciate not having to move to a fuel dock to pump and it keeps people from dumping in the marina. One day, we couldn't get pumped because the machine broke BUT they brought a separate machine and got everyone pumped, working well into the evening to make sure the job was done. Machine was fixed the next day, too. Thanks for that! The amenities are awesome. The pools are fantastic. Clean. The restaurants are great and have fantastic happy hour specials, good food. The bathrooms are cleaned often. The laundry is roughly $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, but they hold a lot of clothes. Laundry room is clean and has a small lending library. The shuttle is super convenient to go to Publix, downtown, the beaches, etc. As a marina guest you can use the gym in the hotel. Due to covid, we aren't using it (it looks nice though!), but there's an awesome park a block away that has a nice walking/running path and outdoor workout equipment. A lot of people mentioned the internet. My husband works remotely and personally, we haven't had many issues. There's been a couple times where the internet cuts out for a min or two, but it is working pretty consistently. We've run several speed tests and at times, it tests better than our home internet. The water in the marina is usually very clear and clean. There's a nice variety of fish, a few lobster, manatees, and we even saw an 8' shark. The staff do a great job of picking up any trash that might float in. Everyone here takes a lot of pride in keeping things tidy and clean. It's noticeable and appreciated. A lot of people here have dogs. There's two dog parks on site, one for little dogs and one for big dogs. What I really enjoy is the marina community. We have great and friendly dock neighbors. The staff are super friendly. It makes it a really enjoyable place to stay.

Our company has operated out of Stock Island Marina Village now for over three years. This marina is complemented by the Perry Hotel and wonderful amenities it offers to our customers. The Marina staff go above and beyond for our customers and boat owners. Stock Island Marina Village has the cleanest and nicest facilities of any marina out there. Their docks are the most storm proof docks that any marina can offer. There is no movement on our boats at this marina as it is the most protected marina in Key West. Fantastic location with great staff, always willing to offer assistance where needed, fantastic shower facilities and restrooms are always kept in amazing condition, nice atmosphere and fantastic marina. As well as very quiet at night and staff making sure there’s no one wondering around, would highly recommend

This is a very beautiful place, it has many boats of all sizes and brands. It also has several bathrooms, some have showers. There is also a hotel where I can see that many people visit. lately a lot of change has been made to improve the appearance of the place. The parking looks better. and they also built cages for the chickens. also the area around the bathroom placed very beautiful hammocks where the people can relax. This is also the place where the chartes boats that we take to go fishing to the Dry Tortugas, they are the best. Good ships, comfortable, the captains are up on the line. whenever we fish with these boats and these captains we return happily. I recommend it with all my heart.

Friendly atmosphere, bath house to use always available,within walking of food and adult beverages, pool use a plus and not crowded. A ton of beautiful sail boats and yachts to look at.

Dog park is a favorite from our pups! Grass has been high a couple of times and the gate latches were broken. Nice area for the dogs to run around nonetheless.

We rented a boat from airbnb, it was such a great expierence! The people all around are AWESOME and very nice. Good security, as well.

Stayed in a houseboat. Very tranquil setting away from the traffic and tourist but short drive to everything. Complimentary shuttle and use of hotel amenities.
