Delicious ice cream with amazing vibes! Employees were so kind and catered to my nut allergies

I got a honey lavender flavored milk shake. It was awesome!! Great service and what a cool location and building! I will definitely be returning.

Not enough stars to properly rate this place. The ice cream and waffle cones are the best I've had. The staff is very friendly. Very clean and they have a wonderful patio to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Great location with a very scenic area to drive around in once your finished.

We are here from out of town trying different places to eat and enjoy… decided to get some dessert for our last night here and went to this Ice cream shop. It was really really good. Service was nice. Only thing is it could use a face lift and re done a little nicer. But overall was great

What a wonderful ice cream shop. It is a gem hidden in a suburban neighborhood. The Scoop has such unique flavors and handmade waffle cones!

Took my kids in for ice cream, server was too busy talking to her boyfriend to acknowledge we were even standing there. Finally got our orders in and they were wrong, again because of the social call. Paid and waited for the last cone to be made, advised we were still waiting for a cone and she handed us a pint ( we didn’t order but I agreed to pay for it ) Completely ignored what I said and continued her social call with her boyfriend. A second worker then appoligized for the wait and promptly scooped my daughter’s ice cream. I love this place and have been going here for YEARS and this was the worst customer service experience ever.

The place has some really great ice cream, and I will say that it's unlike most places I find around here, so it's flavor is unique. I enjoy stopping by, and every so often I like to grab a bite at the joint connected to them. My only real warning is about certain policies, namely the "all gender" restrooms in the back. Nothing's come up in conversation for me yet, but if this is any indicator it's pretty obvious these guys are going for a very "progressive" air by including inclusive bathrooms such as these. Like I said, fantastic quality ice cream, just not so sure they'll be very tolerant of opposing viewpoints should the subject be approached.

We went to the Kendall Yards location first but they were out of many flavors, so we came to this location. The ice cream was overpriced for what we paid. (16.50 between 2 of us.) The young gentleman helping us at the counter was nice but my daughter and I received tiny, very tiny, scoops that did not fill up the cone at all. It was rather disappointing. We tried it out once but won't be back. This place is not worth it so don't listen to the hype.

I went in for a bagel sandwich 🥯. It was large, so I saved half for later. But the Pitaschio Pineapple icecream intrigued me. It was SO good! Enjoyed it all! Go. Eat. Take a walk.

Nutella ice cream to die for. Mud pie ice cream amazing. Waffle cones called birthday cake cones, so good! Cute interior with amazing live plants and decorations. They share a place with a bagel shop, separate review coming for that (also good). In a quiet and cute little neighborhood.

This place is great the staff working tonight was amazing love the patience they showed even when I felt we were being difficult. It’s clean and cozy. The ice cream was amazing just a great place can’t go wrong.

Great ice cream and they have vegan flavors! The flavors rotate as well so there is always something new to try. The salted caramel was perfect, not to sweet and smooth.

We enjoy taking the grandkids to Scoop for ice cream. The price is on the high side but the ice cream is smooth and delicious.

Local ice creamery with a rotating menu and fun seasonal flavors. We can't get enough! Some of my favorites are the cheese plate and Christmas cheese plate, pistachio marshmallow, pineapple soft serve, animal parade, and banana cream pie. I love to get the baby cones and we prefer the south hill location for easy parking and a neighborhood experience

Excellent homemade ice cream in a small neighborhood shop. Had the pumpkin chocolate chip in a waffle cone, delicious. Lots of outdoor seating. Kids size is plenty big!

The ice cream beats any other available in Spokane. The dairy free and gluten free options are also very good, according to my wife.

I hadn’t been in here quite some time, but it is a good as I last remembering it to be!!! The flavors are on point. The customer service was excellent. I recommend the two baby scoops - two flavors and the perfect amount. Very quiet location and an comfortable outdoor patio area.

The long lines are worth it. They have few but delicious, liquid nitrogen made, ice cream flavors, and dog ice cream :). Cute smallish location with and a classic style ice cream truck parked outside that's so cool 🤩. Good for dates, and the carmel is elite.

Creamy and savory! Is it the best ice cream around? Uh, yeah! Honestly very good ice cream and even better people, they're nice and have a rhythm even when it gets busy.

I love this ice cream shop. An experience I would recommend to anyone. Most of their ice creams are gluten free and they have vegan options as well. The only thing is that the selection can be limited sometimes. Try out some sample before picking a choice though- because you will be blown away 👌💯.

Such a cute and fun little place. Was surprised to pull up and see a line out the door considering it was 830 at night. Got the 5 scoop sampler since i had never been before, you can also sample flavors aswell. 6.50 for just the sampler, or if you want it in a waffle cone or waffle bowl its 1.25 extra. 7.75 for 5 scoops of icecream was enough for 2 people to enjoy! Will absolutely be back.

It's really great tasting ice cream. And if you want something a little different from traditional (though they have that to) they will surprise you with some of their flavors.

The ice cream was very good I had the salted caramel and the cookies and cream and it was amazing. There wasn't a lot of seating. They got the food very fast. Would highly recommend trying

This place is awesome! I have been by here hundreds, maybe thousands of times and finally made it a destination tonight for the first time. So glad we did, too! I would certainly recommend this place for anyone! Anyone who likes ice cream! I think they make breads and/or bagels as well. The ice cream was just great. They had around 8 or 10 flavors available and plenty to choose from for it to go in or on! I think they had an inside area to sit but the patio was definitely the popular spot. They're dog friendly as well so the pup joined. Try Scoops out if you haven't already...... you absolutely will NOT regret it! Enjoy ☺

BEST waffle cone I've ever had in my life! They make them fresh at the counter and you can smell the wonderful aroma outside. Interesting ice cream flavors, both hard and soft serve. Despite being incredibly busy the staff were friendly and efficient. Decent prices for the amazing quality!

This lovely local place, snack in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood, has something for everyone. It has vegan options, dairy free, milkshakes, cones, floats etc. Our family enjoyed a walk and the gardens nearby at Manito Park then came here. It was a perfect evening ended by a wonderful business!

Pretty cool shop and good vegan options (including cones). They make ice cream live and probably that’s why feels fresh. Welcoming staff as well. Place is in middle of a residential area and ample parking around.

The Scoop is my favorite ice cream shop in the world! It Is a wonderfully cozy neighborhood spot and their I've cream is always excellent with a few surprising flavors on the menu reach time I've visited. This is also one of the few places where you can consistently find Dole Whip outside the Disney parks.

Delicious Ice cream! I shared a 5 baby scoop in a waffle bowl with a friend. And it was just the right amount. I have a tough time choosing flavors so this option was a personal favorite!!! The Carmel Coffee Toffee, Milk and Cookies Strawberry Rocky Road And Peanut Butter flavor! Each one was quality ice cream with great flavor and texture! The staff was helpful and allow SAMPLES! This location does not have bubble cones but is known for their Dole Whip Options! So check those out!

This place has absolutely amazing ice cream and I love supporting local businesses, however it isn't cheap.

My husband and I went here on a Sunday night, and it was so fun! The neighborhood was here, talking and having fun; it had such a great vibe! And it of course helped that the ice cream was amazing!

This place has actually good vegan ice cream in addition to the general many ice cream flavors. It's a little place but they have inside and outside seating. My friend and I go the pineapple and watermelon dole whip swirl! Her kiddo got the cookie butter cookie dough in a waffle cone.

After a double scoop of Salted Caramel and Giant's Milk and Cookies on a homewade waffle cone, I am inclined to agree. The Salted Caramel was smooth and delicious in a refined way that gave me Salt and Straw vibes. Exceptional ice cream and the Dole Whip is also a welcome, refreshing treat.
