We have been stopping by every summer when we visit for Blues Week. Super cool local vibe, but visitors always treated like locals. Had to change our plans this year for Blue Angels, but visited early June and got to chill at the bar twice. Steven and Lena were fun to visit with and my wife loved the dreamsicle frozen 🍹 If your at the beach, definitely should stop by and hang out 🤙

I come here very often and recommend this amazing bar everytime. Lena and Steven are my favorite bartenders here they treat you like a friend. Amazing drinks and great conversation. A 10/10 bar!!

Came too early for a Tiki boat and found this bar. Tara was behind the bar and did an amazing job, we had a child with us and got toys for him and snacks. 100% would recommend coming here

Best sunsets viewing bar. The bartenders are the coolest. Dogs and kids are always welcomed. Hammocks are a plus!!

Kacy and Tara are the sweetest and killer bartenders in the area! My glass is never empty and I always find myself going back for the view! Five years and running this is by far my favorite tucked away bar on the island!

The Shaka Bar is a nice out of the way little bar on Pensacola Beach to sit and have a few drinks while watching the boats come in and out of Sabine Bay and enjoying the evening talking with the friendly staff, especially a bartender called Tara. She is friendly and full of life. If you're at the bar during sunset hours you will be right where the sun sits. Doesn't get much better than having a relaxing evening with friends, having a drink, sitting on the water, and watching the sun set.

Tara Is tarable but the locals are amazing. And she makes killer shots, okay I guess she's okay now that I think about it.❤️😎✌️

I live on the beach, and the Shaka Bar is by far the most fun and chill bar on the island! It's got great atmosphere with a wonderful view. Tara is hands down the most fun bartender I've ever had! She's got so much great energy and even brought out toys for us to play with! (I am not very good at the game where you hook a ring on a post) (I am very good at Skip-It). Definitely give this place a go, especially if Tara is there! 10/10, no notes 🌟

I come to Pensacola Beach often, and I never miss a stop here. The bartenders are very friendly, Tara knows all the regulars by name, and gretts everyone with a smile. Dog friendly, which is a plus for people like me who travel with their furbabies. Definitely check it out. Frozen drinks are a must!

The Shaka bar is awesome! We rode our tiki pontoon with pirate Paul then came by after. The owner is so nice... drinks and shots are awesome. Highly recommend!

Perfect low-key tiki bar located under the liquor/c store. Great location steps from the water. Staff is always welcoming and prices are fair. Nearby spot to launch a kayak or paddle board or walk across the street for the soundside beach and pavilions. Easy parking. Shop above sells beer, sunscreen, hats, water, etc.

Rented a paddle board and it was great! Someone was there to help us with the paddle board when we came up, which was super helpful.

Fun, local watering hole. Friendly bartender and locals. Bar tender created the perfect drink for me by asking a few questions about my tastes. It's right on the water. Not too crowded. Really enjoyed the brief respite before returning to other obligations.

#1 SPOT My Husband and I came in early for our wedding to have a few drinks, and Loved It. From the moment we parked the car we felt Welcomed, Beautiful Beach View, Jen, Is AWESOME, Friendly Owners and Staff. Must come check it out!!! I highly Recommend The Shaka Bar!!!!!

The customer service is really good also we were informed about the dolphin tours and his special on paddle board overall a nice experience and they also told us about the Tuesday and Wednesday concerts
