Thursday Night Steak night…. Steak 10/10

Just left there for my anniversary dinner and must I say ... this place is THEE BOMB !!!!!! the hostess Dai was very sweet, professional, and attentive !!! The vibes are so chill and the STEAK WAS SOOOOOO TASTY AND TENDER !! the wings were perfectly cooked and the sweet Chilli sauce was delicious as well ... The owner even stopped at the table and showed her hospitality!!!! I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I'm BACK IN NOLA!!!! 🥰

Went to The Verdict tonight, and I must say this is a GEM in the East! The service was amazing from the moment Mama K welcomed us in and our server Day didn't miss a beat either. The steak and potato were chefs kiss and the drinks did not disappoint. I'll definitely be returning. Good customer service will get me EVERYTIME.

Had a great time in New Orleans, especially at The Verdict. Never have I ever visited a restaurant and the owner came and sat with us for a moment. The service was great, the music was on point and the food was outstanding. I will be back. I love us!

The attention to detail was simply immaculate. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner, who made us feel like VIPs from the get-go. I also want to give a shoutout to Shotta the bartender for being so attentive and making some awesome drinks!!! ☺️🥰The warm welcome set the tone for our entire experience. The red interior exuded a cozy, intimate vibe that made us feel right at home. The soundtrack was a perfect mix of contemporary R&B and modern hits, creating a soulful atmosphere that had us bobbing our heads and tapping our feet. Now, let's talk about the food - oh my goodness! 🥰🥰🥰We ordered an array of dishes: bell pepper egg rolls, salmon bites, mac and cheese, and asparagus. Each dish was a flavor explosion, expertly prepared and presented. The bell pepper egg rolls were a unique twist on a classic, while the salmon bites were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The mac and cheese was pure comfort food perfection, and the asparagus was cooked to crisp-tender perfection. To enhance our experience, we ordered hookah and settled in for what turned into a leisurely two-hour-plus stay. The relaxed ambiance made us feel like we were hanging out at a close cousin's place or kicking back with old friends. I'll let you in on a secret - part of me wants to keep The Verdict all to ourselves because it's just that good! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 But I know it would be selfish not to share this gem with the world. The place deserves all the success and recognition it can get. As first-timers in New Orleans, we couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. The Verdict set the bar incredibly high for the rest of our trip. I actually happened upon this establishment in transit to another eatery and so thankful have I been ever since… the atmosphere was so festive and energetic with just the proper splash of tranquility and calmness, a true Vibe! The staff were all very hospitable and welcoming, they ushered me in as if I was a VIP (which I have since become). The FOOD!!! What can I say, they have some of the nations best chefs creating the most deliciously scrumptious cuisines, I literally gain eight too ten pounds each time I go and their bartenders and mixologist are hands down the best. I recommend that everyone put The Verdict Lounge on their must-go-to places; most likely you’ll see me.

Had an amazing time here at this hidden lil gem for my anniversary, the vibes the food the service the atmosphere is Top Tier! Our waitress Keisha provided the best most attentive service we ever had! She made it her mission to make sure we left tipsy happy and full! We will be back every time come to the NO!

My family and I went last night for my sisters birthday. To be completely honest it was nicer than I thought it was going to be. Everyone was so friendly and there to have a good time! From the guests to the staff they were awesome!!! Especially the manager Keisha she was so attentive and friendly and she really made us feel welcome and taken care of! We will definitely be back!

Everything in this place is a 5⭐️. The service staff is just beyond amazing. My waitress was new and had some trouble but she did amazing. We were using a Groupon so it wasn’t a typical visit. The food is beyond amazing. I had their steak and it just melted in my mouth. The drinks were on point our bartender was the best. Make sure you ask for Taylor she’s is the best. She made me a personal drink for my birthday and it brought me back to my comfort zone. Tasted like salted watermelon with Tajin. If u know u know. And they surprised me with sparklers in my dessert for my birthday. Will definitely be back. I never felt more at home and chill in a place than this.

Omg where do I begin from the time we walked we were treated so good…Max was amazing she made us feel so welcomed and at home…the gumbo egg roll was soo good…that Queen Pin was good and will have you right…we felt at home and welcomed by everyone…this is the place to be…the music,food, hookahs and drinks was everything…I definitely will be back when I come back..very comfortable environment…nice establishment…

This was hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been in New Orleans. The customer service was top tier. They made us feel like family. We had the egg rolls, wings, loaded fries, and drinks, and it was all Cajun seasoned and amazing! They had a small focused menu and the food was fresh. Def gonna go back when we return!

The manager she is amazing I’m from Las Vegas and a server and used to be a restaurant manager myself and let me just say give that lady a raise!!!!!She is amazing and so was the food I felt so at home in that restaurant I’d fly here just to come talk to theses people again amazing staff and amazing food this place needs to be full for how amazing it is !!!

I heard about The Verdict on the local news so I had to check this place out. I am grateful to hear about this gem in New Orleans East. I went on Thursday “Steak Night” the food was phenomenal & the staff & patrons made for a pleasant experience. This definitely won’t be my last time

Great place good food and drinks

Three of us went to the Verdict Lounge the Friday before Thanksgiving, just after happy hour was ending. This has the potential to be a really great place for the grown & sexy folks eager for a place of their own. The décor is colorful and modern with a nice long bar and smaller semi-private areas/VIP rooms. There was live music and the Verdict provided small plates of various food items for the patrons to taste - including fish bites, chicken wings and spinach dip w/chips. We also ordered a seafood platter and an order of wings w/fries. Be aware that there is major road construction which hampered easy access to the parking lot but that is temporary. The only negative I have is that The Verdict Lounge advertised that they have a strict dress code but there were several people there in hoodies and athletic gear. It's not a bad thing but if the goal is to make it better than the next, stick to the advertised dress code.

We had a great time with good music and lots of drinks flowing. The vibe was beautiful. The room was filled with black excellence. Security is provided. The owner is very social she checked on us several times. Indefinitely will return to this spot. New Orleans East hidden GEM.

I celebrated my birthday @ The Verdict and had a wonderful time. We went for happy hour and did not leave until close. The owner and staff were so inviting. The food was delicious and the drinks were second to none. If you are looking for a spot to enjoy good food, good drinks and great vibes try the Verdict you won't be disappointed.

What a time I had at The Verdict Lounge? I decided to invite a few girlfriends out for a divorce toast and we were indeed pleasantly surprised! From the atmosphere to the décor, the drinks and the food it was definitely a Vibe! The drink QueenPin is a must try and those wings....my goodness!! It's been a long time since New Orleans East has had a nice upscale adult lounge/club. I believe The Verdict is bringing that Grown and Sexy feel back to the East and I love it.
