Truly the best smoothies I have ever had. I go to the Wellness Refinery a couple days a week and I always look forward to chatting with the amazing owner and employees. The in-store boutique is also adorable.

I have been coming to TWR for years, and cannot recommend them enough. The sauna is a sanctuary! I love the infrared light and that you can choose the color for whatever need you want to target. I usually just let it cycle through all the colors to get a little bit of everything :) Walking in to the sauna room and seeing your name on the little board is a thoughtful touch and reminder that this is my time for myself. I always feel incredible after a sauna sesh at TWR! The tonic bar has so many delicious and nutrient-packed treats. I love the Cinnamon Roll smoothie! The merch is so cute, the products they carry in the shop are so cute and self-care focused. Their events are always so wonderful too. Overall, TWR is a calming, safe & welcoming self-care space for all. The vibes are immaculate!

I've always loved their smoothies (exhilarate is great, same with strawberries & cream) and bites (the matcha and the chocolate ones, so yum!) but recently tried the saunas and loved it! Nona is amazing, so attentive and caring. I am looking forward to going back!

I am so obsessed with this place! I did the new magnesium detox wrap + sauna and I was blown away with the experience! I was a little nervous to be confined in a wrap while also in the sauna, but I was eased with the direction of Nona (associate that helped me out). She talked me through each step and was able to ease all worries! I actually felt more relaxed doing the magnesium wrap than just the typical sauna session I usually do. HIGHLY recommend this service!

I've been to the Wellness Refinery a few times for the standard sauna but today tried the Magnesium Detox Wrap + Sauna & absolutely LOVED it. Sweat a lot (seemed like more than usual) and felt extremely refreshed. The team gives you a cold hand towel afterwards which I appreciated because your body is so hot leaving the sauna that it was a great way to help cool me off. Highly recommend & will def be doing it again!

I’ve been going to Wellness Refinery for over a year now, and it’s such an amazing place! The staff is fantastic, helpful, and lovely. I’ve recently tried the Magnesium Wrap as I’m in the midst of half marathon training, and it really helped me feel rested and detoxed! Highly recommend the Wellness Refinery for the magnesium wrap, infrared sauna, and smoothies/juices!

This is arguably my favorite place in old city!! It’s extremely clean, the staff are so kind and helpful, and it’s always an incredible experience. I highly recommend trying it out..you’ll be making it part of your weekly/monthly self care routine.

Lovely sauna and fantastic staff

My go to for sauna experience!! I sauna 3-5 x a wk at the gym but supplement with saunas at least once a quarter at WF. Pricey but worth it. Saunas are well maintained, private, and HOT. They offer 30 and 45 min, single and double. I’ve done all. 30 is the most I can handle without having to take multiple breaks so I don’t buy 45s anymore. Double is fun for couples or w a friend. Only downside is no shower on site so I recommend ample time to dry off, wipe off, change into loose comfortable clothing, and relax. Putting on leggings or rushing off to another to-do means you’ll be feeling very uncomfortable. I continue to sweat for up to 30 min after. Sign up for emails. They do a lot of fun events and sales for holidays like 4th of July etc. A lot of cool retail on site, staff is friendly, and their smoothies are amazing. Just grabbed a 20% sauna session w their LDW sale.

Love this place! Super smooth process, and all of the gals who work there are super friendly! And getting a smoothie from their delicious smoothie bar after a sauna session is always perfect! I have the membership and love it!

Had a great experience with an infrared sauna session at the Wellness Refinery. This was my first time sweating it out in an infrared sauna, and the staff were super helpful with explaining the process. I love that it is a completely privately private so that you can dress to your comfort level. Everything was clean and modern-looking. There are plenty of towels, and a few wet wipes to clean up. The one negative is that there are no showers to quickly rinse off after getting your sweat-on. Despite this, I will def be back as there are so many benefits to an infrared sauana

This place is absolutely amazing!! A must for self care! The whole place is a vibe! You don’t realize how much your body needs it until you experience it!

I’ve been going to the TWR since 2020 and it has been life changing. Great staff, VERY CLEAN (follows covid cleaning protocols), and overall just a great vibe. The sauna rooms are SPOTLESS, plenty of towels, water for your convenience, place to hang your clothes, etc. The sauna also has chromotherapy which I absolutely love, excellent benefits. When I’m on a time crunch, I frequent their Tonic bar, where there is a range of fantastic coffees, smoothies to all natural juices. They also have themed drinks, like this past was their anniversary month, so their brought back their Birthday Cake Smoothie (love it!!!) They also sell many other items related to wellness. The TWR team always has such a great attitude and I always feel like a rockstar after I get my sauna session or even just picking up my drink. Highly recommend TWR for health wellness and overall great feeling and vibes!

Just did my first infrared experience on Sunday and it was amazing! Loved the way I was feeling after and how clean and cute the studio was. Will definitely be back.

This place is a WHOLE VIBE! You walk in and it's immediately giving wellness. The staff are fantastic, the matcha cooler smoothie is definitely a favorite. And it's such an affordable way to be well!

I love Wellness Refinery!! I’ve been multiple times to endulge in their delicious smoothies, but I recently treated myself to a sauna session! It is a unique experience and they make it feel so personalized and enjoyable. My smoothie was ready for me when I was out 🥰 There is no comparable place in the city. I hope that soon they will be able to add showers for after the sauna which would be the icing on the cake!!!

Smoothie King Who??? The atmosphere is very relaxing. Gotta Energizer smoothie.. Twas very delightful. The crazy part is I was craving was smoothie all day long and I just so happened to deliver to the building next door. Glad it was here.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of Old City. The Infrared Sauna experience is refreshingly casual and very well executed. They have cleansing and moisturizing wipes for before and after, towels, input for music should you want, fresh ice water, and a friendly note for you in the room. They build in time for you to get dressed, etc - and you don't feel rushed into or out of your appointment. Highly recommend and definitely see this becoming a regular thing as part of personal care. I miss the Pre-COVID days of the shared Steam Room / Sauna at the Bellevue Sports Club. PLUS - have a Turmeric Shot on your way out. They also have bomb smoothies and such, but this review is really just for those interested in the sauna experience. Do it. Right meow.

I have been to The Wellness Refinery 3 times now and can't be happier with the experience. It is a very smooth process to get checked in and led to your already warm sauna. The Full Infrared treatment is great and I love the sweat I get each visit. I highly recommend a visit to The Wellness Refinery!

The most perfect place ever. Sweetest staff ever, the smoothies are incredible, I felt so detoxed leaving and truly had a glow for the rest of the day. The utilities are amazing and everything is so clean.

I just went yesterday for the third time. I’m surprised how much I enjoy it, so I’m sure I’ll be back. I love that I have my own room and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My skin feels noticeably better (tighter and brighter). It’s a great way to take a half-hour without a screen. I also notice that I sleep great the night after, which is a great perk. Advice: drink water ahead of time and bring a hair tie!

THE BEST. I found this gem when looking for a spa relaxing sauna, and let me tell you, this is it! I will be coming back over and over again. The staff are amazing and so helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and an absolute vibe. Can’t wait to keep up the sauna sessions here!

The Wellness Refinery is something that I’ve wanted to try for so long because @ErinLivesWhole talks about it all time. I finally decided to treat myself over the holidays and the experience was rejuvenating and calming. I have tried two different beverages at the tonic bar and both were delicious - I could tell the ingredients were fresh. As a student in the mental health field I always look for new forms of “self-care”and this is a great option. Long story short - I cannot wait to go back!
