We were a group of 20+ women. The food and atmosphere in the private room were both excellent and the waitress was beyond excellent.

With good weather the place is open air and by the water and you can there by boat as they have docks. Inside and outside dining.

Great spot, the servers were awesome, the view was great!!! It wasn't a chain! The food was delicious!

I was disappointed. I thought the we e would be more selection. Food was extremely bland. Had calamari that were like like deep fried rubber bands. Husband had Mahi Mahi and was also disappointed, very dry with little flavor. As a entree, few options to go with the main course so had coleslaw. I tried the bottomless shrimp, which werent to my liking with onion rings that were tasteless. It had been quite awhile since our last visit there, as they remodeling under new owners. Didn't much like the food then but decided we would try it again hoping for seafood. This was our final visit.. I could keep up with more of a review but I really have nothing positive to say.

I can’t believe some of the bad reviews. We thought the food was excellent! Everything was freshly prepared. The portions were perfect, particularly for the prices! A nice spot for dinner.

The crab boil was very reasonably priced and delicious! And 2 for 1 cocktails.

We were greeted and seated promptly as we walked in the door. The server was very attentive. We received drinks within five minutes. The food was exactly what we ordered and was hot and fresh. I have no complaints! There was a lady playing guitar and singing, which added to the nice atmosphere.

Update on 7/20 when we went for lunch. Waited 6 minutes to be seated although there were only about 7 tables and a few people at the bar. No air conditioning, we're seated in a very hot area, requested to be moved, which we did. Ten minutes to get someone to the table, drink order taken. When the waitress returned, we were sure to put our order in fearing another wait. Two grouper sandwiches, one with fries the other onion rings. We requested ketchup when we ordered as nothing was on the table. Food dropped off, no chance to advise both had fries. And no ketchup until we reminded her when she asked if we were ready for more drinks. No sense then bothering with the onion rings, we were halfway through our dried out grouper. $77.33 for this. We won't be back again.

Cute restaurant with good food and service right on the water. Can’t complain would come back if opportunity presents its self!

What a shame! Ordered their so called 5oz grouper and fries and got a 2oz flat piece of fish that probably was Not grouper? and when they put it in front of me , I thought it was a joke or something? I was appalled and offended that they would even serve it! I didn't say anything because I was taking a friend out to dinner but I called and talked to the smug manager Bobber and he offered lunch but no money back, So No tx! as it's important to let people know that the portions here are small and the bill is hefty $. I could care less about their response or staff, so save it as their as dim as the atmosphere. So, if you want low quality service, pay 25$ for a very small piece of fish and another Small portion of something else?, well eat here because they don't care about you but are glad to take your money and send you off smiling about it. I'd never let my dog eat here because he would starve. McDonald's fish sandwich is better and bigger and cheaper! Now you know!

Love this place. We drove up today. We usually boat. Dungeness Crab 🦀 😋 so good. Great food and service.

A couple of years ago this place had really gone down hill. Food was not very good and the service was terrible. We thought that we would give them a try again and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and good was quickly prepared. The blackened grouper was cooked perfectly and was not too salty or spicy. Everyone enjoyed their meals and prices were reasonable. Happy to say I can recommend 3 Fishermen again to friends and family.

First time there so glad we stopped in. The food was great, gumbo was tasty but short on shrimp. Zane brought us extra shrimp. Service was great, they were all super nice. Even met the cook. We will be back soon

Have family visiting us from Ohio and brought them to 3Fisherman Tues July 2, around 6:30p…we’ve been there numerous times, dining room was empty-there were only 2 tables with guests (off-season is tough, and I feel for our local businesses). Server took our drink order…a few minutes later returned for our order, but we needed a few more minutes to decide. She never returned for our order! After 10-15 minutes, a group of 6 came in and our server took their drink orders, delivered their drinks and proceeded to take their food order…we were seated directly next to them! We were there for over 40 minutes! Left money on table, for our drinks, and left. You do have a nice view of the river (although windows on the closed “garage” doors were filthy). There are a ton of other restaurants in the Cape & Ft Myers. Never been ignored like this anywhere else. Our last visit to 3 Fisherman!

Bartender pours 13 to 14oz beers in a pint glass and I did give him the opportunity to fix it,,, he didn’t care enough to do that. The kitchen overcooks food even tho it was a slow Sunday afternoon. Thank goodness our Waitress was nice and attentive.

Nice lunch overlooking the water. This is our second visit but still great food and service. We were afraid it might be closed due to the closed bridge on the 41. But they are open! Great place to go and already planning our next visit.

Two for 1 drinks should be two for the price of one not 2 at $11 each. That’s what I was charged and insane that $22 for some mango margaritas that are not even that good. Robbery

I got married here during Covid the first time they told everyone to stay home and they were open we did it thru zoom meeting and had our pictures in the restaurant and pier loved every minute of it and there food was delicious, 💝🙏💐🌺

My husband and I are boaters. Best docks around. The bartender Bobby is great! Always welcoming and makes great drinks. Great service. Good music. We also like the food, especially the Reuben! If you’re a boater and looking for a new spot to stop we recommend Three Fisherman!

The service was wonderful, and the food was amazing. The view by the water was so refreshing. They also had live entertainment. My husband and I are glad we came, and we will be back the next time we are in Fort Myers.

This is definitely a hidden gem with an incredible view of the river. The food was amazing, the service impeccable and we will be coming back for sure! Sorry for the one pic of the grouper having a bite out of it, I couldn't resist and it was amazing!

Staff all huddled around having their own private party, ignoring every customer both the tables and bar. Never been in the hotel! Never plan to! I hope it’s ran better than the restaurant! The owner needs to get qualified management this place is horrible. This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve been coming here for a beer, leaving trying again again for years. Tasting a little bit of everything from all of my friends plates (bar food). Extremely wasted space! Sad with the potential that is there on the river!!!!!

Food was decent. Music was way too loud to celebrate a birthday party. Had to ask to be seated elsewhere. Staff was extremely unprofessional. Lots of young girls running around, not being considerate that the customers are watching them twirl around, and hearing them cuss talk about saying guys. Would not go back.

My Fiancée and I came here last Saturday for date night. As you can see, over a week later, we are still thinking/talking about it. The food and drinks were fantastic. Super delicious/fresh and very generous portions. The entertainment was great and the staff was incredibly nice. The musician there was very talented! Couldn't recommend more!

Such a vibeee! From the great service from Zane? Idr his name but he has green eyes and he was amazing. Spot on with all the recommendations! Only thing I would NOT recommend would be the lobster soup. It was not good 😊.

Fantastic food, beautiful wait staff, nice atmosphere and great management. Like this place, nestled between the east and West towers of the Best Western Waterfront hotel. Live music from about 5pm to 9pm.

As always! Conch fritters were good, the mahi Mahi sandwich was a bit messy but flavorful. The carrot cake was AMAAAAAAAAAAZZZZIINNNGG!

A little warm/humid inside but service was prompt and accurate not to mention friendly. Food was great. I had the "Shrimp Boil" with others having Captains Platter. Warning- the portions are quite large. My 1/2 lb boil was large and had a good dozen+ shrimp. Captains Platter was shared by two seniors who didn't finish it as a team. So go and enjoy their tasty treats!

I totally fell in love with the cute restaurant. You sit right by the water and can watch the sunset from the terrace. The service is very friendly, you get to talk to nice locals. My seafood pasta and margarita were fresh and just perfect!

So we had a flounder platter and it was great and a Mahi Mahi platter. The Mahi was way way overdone and really chewy. And extremely dry. And the fries were cold. And we got there at 11 when they opened. How can u have cold fries. The staff was great and so are the views. Normally a good meal but was really disappointed in this one. How do u mess up Mahi Mahi. Ty

Stayed at the hotel for a week on a work trip. This restaurant had great drink prices, friendly atmosphere, live music, and great views from the dock. Cool place to unwind after work.

Good happy hour and the food is pretty darn good. Ahi tuna app, peel and eat shrimp and hush puppies were good. We sit outside but every seat seems good. We will def be back.

This place was close to the hotel and had good reviews so I figured I’d give it a try. The food was delicious. I had a fish dinner. I think grouper I can’t remember. It was all very good. The reason for only 3 stars was the outdoor entryway. As I was approaching there was a filthy cart sitting out in the walkway where customers come and go and the entryway smelled like garbage and filthy dishwater. I started to not go in but I really wanted to give them a chance. The inside was clean. There was also a door to the immediate right before you enter that desperately needs to be replaced. It was all rusty and dirty. I noticed that on my way out. This place had an amazing view out on the water and the staff was so friendly. I hope they show some love to the outside entry area soon! Oh and maybe some more signage close to the road…..it was a tad hard to find tucked in between the hotel towers.

$16 for a cheese burger with no sides and it doesn’t even have cheese. don’t think i’ll order here again

Very disappointed menu change so no just steak option. No baked potatoes anymore. Nobody came to wait on us or even get drinks for a half hour at least. Order drinks didn't get them all right away. Paid the bill left a cash tip. Then they added gratuity on our bill when it was for adults and two children after we already gave them. Then they said they automatically for 6 people or more. Very disappointed. This was also my birthday and we had people here out of state brag about three fishermen

Went last night and had Pasta fra Diavolo. It was the best I have had in years.[Actually I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and EVERYTHING that comes from this kitchen is 4 Star!] Service is the best in Fla. we will definitely return. Our server was PAIGE, and she was delightful. I would readily say she is the best, but I have not had a bad server here! Don’t miss this jewel

If you love to dine on the water, free parking, prices that are reasonable, and high quality of food ... this is it. It is dog friendly out on the covered patio, too! The hostess was so kind and our server Chelsea made our experience even better. Mom and I (and my dog) came down from Tampa and stayed at the hotel that's right there. I have lived on Fort Myers Beach and in Tampa and I can tell you from experience, the prices at Three Fishermen were so reasonable. Truly. It was shocking, actually. The food was fresh and delicious.

A hidden restaurant that has a great waterfront view and won't break the bank account. Decent menu, friendly staff, good food, and cold beer. Only complaint I have was when I asked the waitress if I could have a couple lime wedges for my beer she brought them to me holding them, not in a small plastic cup or dish, literally holding them. I hope she washed her hands recently. I took the chance but still. Sanitation is the key.

At the black and shrimp tacos and they were awesome. Everything was awesome

The food was a bit plain tasting. The seafood broil didn't taste like the traditional seafood boils I'm used to. It's like they cooked it all separately with very little to no seasoning. The fried scallops had essentially no taste to it. The wings and burger were mediocre but again. Plain tasting. With my scallops I got the rice and seasonal veggies and tasted like no seasoning was added. I guess if u like a very bland tasting meal the food would be OK. The waitress and atmosphere was decent . I liked being right on the water and seeing the city and water view. Very overpriced in my opinion. Paid 30$ for scallops with a tiny side of rice and veggies I didn't end up eating not worth it. Basically bland tasting overpriced food with good service and atmosphere

First time ever coming here for a date night to mainly enjoy the view and have a few drinks but when we were seated the female server came over we ordered waters until we could make our mind up on the drinks we wanted. She said she would be back to take the order which she took so long just to bring the waters another server brought them out for her for us. She continues to serve other tables not even acknowledging our table just getting her other tables things they need she even served a couple who had just sat down a table away from us but yet still not approaching us. We finally decided to just get up and leave. Worst customer service ever! Won’t be returning!

Great seafood restaurant right on the waters edge. Very economical and delicious. My wife ordered the 1/2 pound crab leg boil. Tons of potatoes, corn on the cob and two large crab clusters with melted butter. Cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. She couldn't eat it all. I had a shrimp po boy on a fresh roll with great aioli with fries. Very good as well. Two for one drinks all day long. Well worth the visit and the trip, we went back within two weeks to have it again, and traveled an hour an half each way to do it. Prices are very reasonable as well. Enjoy!

Great service, the view doesn't disappoint, and we tried a few appetizers all of which were worthwhile: - crab cake (you get two) was fabulous, just the right crisp on top, and be sure to try the butter brule sauce as an extra type of dipping sauce - calamari was good! Loved the light batter they're fried in - mussels were another great pick. They come in a white sauce and are very good sized, very flavorful. Forgot to take pictures 🤦🏼‍♀️ Giving them 4 stars vs 5 because: 1. They need to double check their pint glasses for chips along the rim before they use them. and 2. was a little grossed out seeing a server (not our server) vaping on the job and exhaling his vape smoke all over the food at the kitchen pickup window. I'm a vape user myself and even I found it to be pretty repulsive.

We just moved to North Fort Myers a month ago. Since it is lent, it was a good excuse to have some seafood and we decided to check this place out. You can't beat two for one drinks to start with. The menu is varied and includes a good selection. My husband had the sautéed haddock with lemon butters sauce and I had the blackened Mahi Mahi with Cajun butter. Both entrees were flavorful and came with a great selection of sides. Wanted to try the lobster bisque but they were out of their soups. Another downside is we wanted dessert and like coffee with our dessert, however, they don't serve coffee. An added bonus was they had live entertainment which rounded out our whole dining experience. They also have a happy hour from 2-5 which we'll be sure to come back for. It was already dark when we arrived..so would love to come back and sit by the water and catch a sunset.

We went to Three Fishermen on a fairly busy Friday evening, so we expected some wait time. We were seated after about 15 minutes and given menus. Then we waited and waited and waited. Finally, after at least 30 minutes, we caught the attention of a waitress, (who had no clue we were at her table) and were finally able to place our order. My elderly mother ordered coffee…no coffee. When the food finally arrived, (brought by a different, noticeably disgruntled server), she only brought three of the four orders and dashed off before we realized she hadn’t brought us any silverware. We had to flag down another server to bring the fourth meal and utensils. Added to this frustration, the table where we were seated had a broken window, which was ineffectively covered by a few plastic lids. When the sun dropped, there was a cold breeze blowing on us to the point of being uncomfortable. The food was okay but by the time it arrived, we were no longer enjoying our night out. I would suggest hiring more servers, at least on weekends and those they have really need to be trained properly. We had plenty of time to observe the total disfunction…and I put that blame on management. Needless to say, we won’t be returning!

This was the worst experience. The waitress got our drinks and never came back after twenty minutes we decided to leave. She was outside in front talking to another waitress clueless it was us leaving.

The Mahi Mahi was cooked dry... Hated it was a friend's Birthday...

Service was terrible. Zion took drink orders and took forever to deliver, multiple times. Food was average. Will never return. Restrooms were in disrepair. Terrible experience

Revised: Tried this again, a year later!!! FANTASTIC everything!!! Took friends from out of town with super high hopes! Started with a beautiful view! Ordered drinks and appetizers. One of my guests has health issues and can not have spicy. She ordered the calamari with just the marina, never got sauce. We also ordered oysters which were not shucked properly. They were not released from the shell. We also ordered seafood boil because we were hoping they still had 1.5 and 3 lb crab legs, but didn't. We understood as I live here and reopening menu's are limited. Again, friend ordered with no chorizo or corn, she got it anyway. No big deal again. She gave it to her husband. He ordered fried captains dinner. All dinners cooked good and tasted fabulous! Service with Sierra was painful to say the least! It was a slow night and not once did she stop by to refil drinks, pull dirty plates and checked on us after each course, hence why we never got marinara for calamari. Thank God for Lori! She saved the night. She refilled waters, made sure we got what was missing and did it with a beautiful smile and attitude! To be transparent, my family owns restaurants and are still going strong over 50 years. I also have flipped restaurants in trouble. I took a walk around and saw absolutely no leadership in the front of the house. We were seated in the patio and waitresses kept going in and out of the bathroom constantly. I went in at one point before leaving, passing yet another waitress going in. Toilet was filthy with fecal all over it. I also watched a very friendly and interactive bartender pouring huge shots of Jager into a rock glass. A table of over-served men seated next to a family on the patio flipped the entire tin of condiments on the floor next to them while singing to the music loudy. The lady had to move her diaper bag from getting vinegar and hot sauce all over it. It was loud when it fell and it took quite some time to come clean up. When walking by the kitchen it seemed organized and lead well. It's a beautiful place with a bunch of young girls that really didn't seem trained. There was no sense of urgency. Really sad. I hope that the service can improve and that owners or managment will be more involved. Super bummer experience.

Not quite as good as our first experience, got part of our order wrong, empty ketchup bottle on the table, charged for 2 beers instead of 2 for 1 but still an enjoyable experience. Will definitely go back.

Great Food !! Price's not to high.

Everything was just ok . Had the clam chowder it was just ok and not all that hot . Had the mahi blackened. It was good , cooked right , not great but not terrible either . The mashed potatoes had the skin on and were Luke warm . The baked beans were bushes straight out of a can with maybe a little honey added for extra sweetness. Paid $70 for 2 including tip . I don’t know who I tipped because 3 people were involved in taking the order, bringing the food and taking the check . I’m not trashing this place but there is a lot of room for improvement to make this a go to place on weekend . We have too many other dinning choices around us to settle for mediocre.

Waited forever to order a beer, waited forever for the beer to be delivered, waited forever for my check and waited forever to pay it. Also, the beer was six dollars which everywhere else in the neighborhood is at most three dollars.

Beautiful environment but everything else was terrible. Oysters made us sick and when we said something the waitress said they had problems with them yesterday too. Like… WHAT?! 🤢 Refunded the oysters but still paid for the cold sides, burger that wasn’t anywhere near medium rare and the service that had the waitress eating pizza delivery 5 feet from us at a service station with a bus boy. We certainly will not be going back.

They do not serve either hot coffee or hot tea. I drink coffee.

Great Seafood dishes! Friend and I had a pasta and seafood dish....yummy and filling! Daughter and grandson had Crab Legs and were very pleased. Very attentive server and we had a lovely evening.

Decent happy hour. Very nice view. Fried calamari..very good. Wings were good. Shrimp tacos..fair (small shrimp like cocktail shrimp..seasoning ok, did not seem fresh cooked) Margarita...weak...not a very good mix used. Painkiller...weak...way too much coconut cream. Wedge salad with chicken looked significant and good (another person had it). Music over the PA too loud. Server Cindy was excellent. Easy parking.

Great food and service! Menu appears to have changed since rebuilding from Ian, a bit more upscale preparation, presentation, and cost, but very, very good. We've been coming here for years and are glad to have them back.

I have been going here for years. The first visit after Ian destroyed the area was a big disappointment. Less food more money is the idea here. The Buffalo shrimp used to be amazing, now they small over and overcooked. My chicken dish I used to get came out cut so thin and dry. Just disappointing. The person taking care of us rushed us the entire time, to order, to pay, everything. People like to take thier time at a waterfront restaurant. It's kind of the point. 3 people was almost $100.

Haven't been there since they reopened, there is a new menu. The food was great like always. Was a little sad that a few of my favorites were taken off the menu but over all the food was good. I would expect from a place like that to have variety of beverages especially a simple one just like champagne/Prosecco/sparkling wine. The food wasn't fresh and as good as I expected and the service was slow as they noted they are short staffed
