What a great addition to Green Lake and Roosevelt!! Unlike anyplace else I can think of. It's small, delicious, and full of charm. The food is fresh, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. To add, their wines and prices for wine are super reasonable!! We love this place and are happy regulars

Intimate space with incredible hospitality and delicious food! Everything in this space feels intentional + welcoming. I've been three times now and the dinner menu is always completely different, the beverage list changes often + we always feel like we're being welcomed into someone's home.

I've eaten at every restaurant in Seattle worth eating at and this is, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had. From the incredible and innovative food to the outstanding service and recommendations from the staff, I cannot believe I am lucky enough to have this place in my neighborhood. Come with some friends, get one of everything on the menu, and ask for their wine/cocktail recommendations. It'll be outstanding.

Our server this evening was wonderful and so great to Interact with. The food was wonderful. The chickpeas and calamari was especially note worthy. One of the members of our family had their service dog with them and the staff were very appropriate.

A few business notes: -They're open for wine sales 4-10pm but the hours above are 5-9 to reflect the kitchen hours. -They don't sell liquor but offer aperitif or amaro or wine based cocktails as well as lots of neat sounding non alcoholic mocktails. - recommend reservations through the number on their website, they got busy on a Saturday night at least Now onto the corny adoration: My partner described our dining saying, "it's like you're at the symphony with the composer in the audience," which I just loved. It felt like we were there for such a special experience of artistic creation. I can't find any room for improvement; what a wonderful experience! The morels were perhaps my favorite with their richness and meatiness fabulously featured, but the rhubarb dessert was also mild and lovely. The food was so thoughtfully prepared with such delicious local ingredients and the beverages were exquisite and wonderfully recommended for pairing. Thank you for a perfect evening.

By far one of the best restaurants in Seattle. The flavor profiles are complex and the quality of food is outstanding. Menu changes seasonally.

Great service and excellent food - loved the asparagus and the best fiddle heads I have ever had. The space had a good ambience and was cozy. The unique/eclectic wine selection and space reminded of Templo in Hobart . Highly recommended !

Since Three Sacks Full has decided to plant roots in Ravenna, the neighborhood has been spoiled with innovative and hyper-local cuisine. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a bottle of wine and some pre-prepared dinner items (with easy to follow reheat instructions) to enjoy at home, you’ll be spoiled by their creativity and unique recipes.

Three sacks full is a precious and undiscovered gem. The food is creative, nourishing, and uncompromisingly local. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and luxurious. My belly is full, my heart is happy, and my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. They also accommodated a last minute change to our reservation with ease and even threw in a high chair for a little one that was joining us. It’s going to be hard to get a reservation here soon so go now!

I had dinner at Three Sacks Full last night with a friend. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it highly. We shared several of the vegetarian plates. All were inventive and delicious. The silken egg custard with black trumpet mushrooms was a dish I had never eaten. It was creamy and laced with leeks, celeriac and local seaweed. What a marvelous discovery. Yum! The wine list here is extensive and you can buy and take wine home as well as drinking it in the restaurant. Lots of great wine here to enjoy. Matthew and Michael have created a warm, intimate and cozy neighborhood restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. Can't wait to eat here again!

What a terrific addition to the hood! Had french onion soup since it used a homemade veg only stock -- it was marvelous, flavorful and rich. The other week had a kale with chantarelles with homemade red wine vinegar that was so good we ordered a second dish.

I especially enjoyed finishing this puntarelle salad with red lentil hummus, turmeric and chilies with house-made country sourdough bread and local butter to start: it was hearty and rustic yet delicate and refined. A man could live on that bread alone. Don’t skip it as the foundation of the meal to come. The spice notes of the Volcans de Auvergne Pinot Noir paired well with the hummus with chilies. Matthew and Eric expertly guided the wine pairings.

My new favorite spot in Seattle for dinner. I like how the approach to the food is local first (even the kiwis are locally grown!), not too heavy/oily, and veggie forward. Will definitely be back.

I want to highly encourage folks to give this place a try. This is the precise type of place we talk about seattle needing and it never comes. Well, let’s enjoy it now that we have one! So what am I talking about? A place that is flavor forward with natural ingredients. A place that allows the chef to experiment and play with local ingredients letting them speak. The wine pairings were superb. Specifically, the kiwi salad is a subtle surprise that I cannot recommend enough. Overall I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Expect to spend a bit, it’s pricey. The dishes are meant to be shared and are on the small side but delicious. The atmosphere is ok. I don’t love the decorations but I do love this place. Go here.

Super cozy atmosphere and really delicious food! The house-made bread is terrific; the other dishes were great too but the menu changes often enough that it’s hard to specifically recommend something. Regardless of what’s on the menu, there will be plenty of vegetable and grain focused items that use local, seasonal ingredients!
