They gave me cold taco then when I asked if it’s supposed to be cold they was like oh then I guess the manager came back with another one and it was cold come on now that is crazy I thought chicken supposed to be hot not cold I am so disappointed I will never eat here again honestly I want my money back

This used to be my happy place but then they screwed up the on line menu and raised the prices...💀

Usually the flavors are 10/10 but the past couple of visits the flavors are just above noticing. Not sure why. I had the chicken burrito bowl and my wife had the veggie burrito.

The tacos are delicious. The nachos and queso are delicious. I wish they bring back the Mexican pizza

We love this place it’s a straight forward place to eat . Always have a great experience and the food is just great . They always check on you and I love the salsa . Plus there place doesn’t sell burnt tortilla chips like other competitors. Thanks again for the great food and atmosphere .

Food was okay good service and atmosphere

half-ace cooking, didn’t follow instructions, no sauce and their portion sizes for sides are laughable. Not worth $15 unfortunately. Honestly shocked they have above a 4 star rating.

This location is pretty consistent with the quality of the food and the attentive customer service. The only bad thing is that the floor is always so slick, dirty mop and mop water, I assume. You almost have to glide around to avoid slipping.

Bro let me tell you. This is my first time I have ever had this place and it will not be the last. The cheese dip with beef in it was absolutely amazing. The tacos were amazing everything was amazing!

Found hair in my meal from the long beard cook in the kitchen. Cooks should not be allowed to have long beards, period!

My fiance and I came in tonight for the 1st time never been to a Tijuana flats before. it was AMAZING!!! I apologize I don't remember the guys name that helped us but he was great and friendly. We will definitely be back! We also will try your other location in palm coast close to our house we found out about tonight as well!!!!

Love their ground beef burritos. Lots of choices for hot sauce (self-serve). My favorite sauce is the “Bangin Chicken.” On Tuesdays they have a taco special; Thursdays they have their burrito special (large burrito with chips/sauce and drink). One of my favorite restaurants!

Great location. I've been to many and this one is definitely on point. Tacos are always fat even on taco Tuesday and everyone is a sweetheart. Thank you !!

Love this Tijuana Flats. The best service and the best food.

I'd never eaten here before, but my spouse highly recommended it. The service was fast and friendly, and there were all sorts of hot sauces you could try. There were seats outside and inside, and has a good view of the speedway. The food was amazing and I wish I could put their queso on everything.

A sign of the times but portions were smaller. I haven't been in about 6 months and the steak salad was half of what it used to be. Other than the downsizing the food was the same. Excellent! as was the staff. Outdoor seating available and one lady had her dog outside

Probably a one and done only because I stopped while traveling and have never seen another on my road trips. I thought the service was great and the food plentiful and tasty. If in Daytona, the Tijuana Flats there is good for a bite.

Dear Tijuana Flats Daytona Beach, it would be nice if you at least tried. I asked no onions no jalapeños, my ticket says no onion no jalapeno. The majority of my burrito is onions and jalapeños. Thanks for sucking. Wish I hadn’t left a cash tip because you def don’t deserve a tip, you didn’t even care to try.

Mistakes happen! How you handle it makes all the difference. Ordered take out and wrong food was given didn't realize till I got home. Went back the next day and spoke with Jake the manager and he was amazing. Remade correct meal and was very apologetic. Rarely do you get that kind of great customer service

Daytona beach location wasn't good.

Just went in and asked one of the gentleman who worked there for a lid to my container and he explained he would love to but couldn’t because he was cleaning and had chemicals on his hands. I work in the food industry and that was great to hear! I didn’t think twice when I saw him with the cleaning bottle, but he did and that blew me away!! They definitely prioritize the safety of their guests!!!

Probably the best location I’ve visited for Tijuana Flats. Staff was friendly, food was hot and served quickly. Manager looks like Pitbull. #Mr305

I’ve been working in the restaurant business for about 14 years but there is just one negative I have to say about my visit today… while I was waiting for my food, I saw an employee cooking food, with gloves on, using their cellphone. Put the cell phone away, and continued to touch food products with the dirty glove. PLEASE train your staff the proper use of gloves and explain to them how gross that is. Otherwise, service is always great at this location. Went through about a year period where the food went downhill, but they’ve turned it around and is back to being delicious!

Where did everyone go!? The food was for bit there were no other customers the entire meal. Get in there peeps!

The staff here is amazing. It's a nice place for good solid Mexamerican. The Tuesday taco special is great but I love the Thursday deal where you can get a salad burrito or bowl with chips and a drink for 7.99. You can also upgrade to steak for a dollar more. The steak is very flavorful and tender. The decor is fun and they have a hot sauce bar with about 12 choices. The flaming fruit is a bit sweet with some good heat. Went great on my bowl. Staff walks around and checks on you giving refills. Love this place!!

I love Tijuana Flats don't get me wrong but this location is in need of some updating. Was just dirty. I didn't even want to sit down after ordering. They were out of tea also. Just a disappointing experience overall

We often stop at Tijuana Flats when shopping in Daytona.. we always loved the food. Today the burrito had very little meat and beans but lots of shredded lettuce.. my husband's chimichanga was very small.. very disappointing. Won't go back

This was at the Daytona location. This time man I wanted to try the Dos Tacos meal. Now yes it is a little more expensive than Taco Bell but it's actually made with beef with Taco Bell we're still not sure. The toppings were very fresh and tasted great. It was $9.59 and $3.59 to add one more for us big boys. But honestly two wasn't that bad I just love stuffing my face. It comes with their world famous chips. They FOH girl was very nice and so was the manager. Give it a try

Quick service. Good food. Visited on free beer Wednesday and the waitresses came around for refills which was welcomed and unexpected.

I've never waited so long to get my food before, and to make matters worse, every single person who came in after us was served first. Not only that, we have eaten at so many Tijuana Flats locations and the food is always good but everything we ordered here was so incredibly bland. We will never come to this location again.

Great experience. My son's burrito had jalapeños and they replaced it even though my son grabbed the wrong burrito to begin with. That was great customer service. Food was fantastic but the customer service was the biggest reason I will go back. Thank you to their team for making a mom with 3 kiddos not want to pull her hair out. Lol.

We tried chicken bowl , queso with chips and chimichanga . Everything was fresh and tasty . Queso was amazing with the nachos . They have almost 10- 12 types of sauces and salsas which is very unique . Overall a must try.

My wife and I came in and enjoyed our experience but there are a few things that could have made our experience better. We ended up eating in the back of the restaurant and found it to be very sticky. Everything could use a good scrub or some painting. The cheese dip was just plastic synthetic tasting and definitely could use some tweaking. The rest of the food was ok. The service was exceptional and very prompt. Seemed like a "owner/ manager" has been really on top of the staff to make sure they got it done just right. Overall I think I would find a different place to go next time.

The queso burrito lacked queso. It was mostly beans. Disappointing.

Incredible experience and I was able to get an excellent twist on my favorite CA treat Surf & Turf burrito 🌯 Shrimp and Chicken rice refried beans warm flour wrapped 😋 Yum! Truly delicious. Definitely check out the sauce bar for little pepper 🌶 🔥 ,it's no joke.

ive been eating here since i was a little kid and its still as good as it was when i was kid. if you get the chance come eat here and try the cookie dough flautas they are the bomb

Chicken burrito was very very good, but was disappointed in the hot sauce (I tried all that was available and didn't feel any were hot, they were tasty though). The service and atmosphere was very nice, and the margaritas were good.

The food is too little bit for the price I bought chicken casadias man they r flat nth much in them and they so small. And the caso with beef just a tat but great food.

So I decided to grab dinner from here tonight and their food is always wonderful, however, as i received my food and looked past the worker I saw the most DISGUSTING THING EVER. The male workers on the steam table were grabbing chips without any gloves on and dipping them in the queso that is on the steam table and eating it over the food. I'm sorry, I understand as workers they get hungry, but what i witnessed was nasty and unsanitary.

Hit or miss at this restaurant. Been coming here since it opened about 4 years . Sometimes good and fresh last two visits the meat in the burrito was scarce to non existent, cheese sauce to cold and chips and taco shells stale. Wanted a full refund on the food and was told just because I don't like it doesn't mean they should refund my money even though I only took a bite and didn't like the shrimp bowl 🍜 very bland . The young lady at the cash register did off me another item. I got a burrito to go and brought it home to my kid. 50/50 chance of getting fresh fixings .

We came in a big group of 10, Juan the manager. Was amazing, sat us at the table he got ready. Had someone come take our order to make it easier! 10/10 for the two young ladies that served us at the table. Great staff and food was amazing!

Always closes early, probably should be managed better. Very disappointing, several days in a row after work i wanted to eat here. Clearly this location is poorly run and food quality probably reflects that.

Came for dinner the food was accidentally given to the wrong person which was no big deal but the people working went out of their way even gave me free chiro bites (I don’t know how to spell it) but very impressed at how nice everyone was. Definitely coming back.

Went in just about 5-8 mins (which I never do before closing) and Keith made the entire experience amazing. Too much to go in to details but all the way down to the little things like listening to my small dumb life problems about why I was in so late to larger topics like assuring me that coming in so late was not issue at all. I go there to pickup orders I deliver. This is one place where the orders are always ready when you get there. They pay attention to the app orders. They must treat the employees well because the employees have been pleasant and happy every time I've been there. Please don't change!
