Donut was only so so. Service was great for once, very friendly. Coffee was fine but no decaf choices except plain coffee. Atmosphere is lacking.

I love Tim Hortons in Brewer. Amazing food, great coupons, and staff are always friendly and fast. It's a stop we always make when heading to Bangor.

Food was excellent. Young lady working drive thru acted like she didn't want to be there. No Thank you or have a nice day. A Smile helps also.

Owner is more concerned about saving money than his customers. I don't really like an item placed unwrapped in a bag. I have received bagels and muffins like this. Also if you don't specifically tell them to fill your coffee all the way it will come out at least 2 full inches from the top. Napkins are never given unless you ask.

Very loud older women working, and they're burping and swearing and cackling.

Got a sandwich. It was very large! Maybe you could offer multiple sizes. While I'm a pretty large person, this sandwich was good for at least a meal and a Half.

Very consistent. Friendly staff and a nice location. Easy in and out.

Got a cup of colored water with grinds instead of an iced decafe

Got egg bacon English muffins, very disappointed really small ,smaller than a egg McMuffin , never again

I had gone to a different Tim Hortons and the cashier seemed Like she had the zoomies. Everything I bought today was prepared incorrect so I stopped at the Brewer, Maine and Tim Hortons to inquire about having my Drinks remade and they embraced me open arms, and remade everything perfectly. You can’t get better than this Tim Hortons. They really know what they’re doing and they take pride in their work and they have fun while doing it which I think is amazing.

I am not a coffee drinker however I was introduced to their Nutella iced capp and I am hooked. I also enjoy the regular iced capp with a smidge of creamer in it and their hot cocoa. This winter they had to die for hot chocolate muffins. Their pastries & donuts are always fresh & delicious. They have a great farmers wrap that is so yummy.

Honey crawlers are always a favorite of mine and my husband's. Great food as always.

Sweet staff and the drive through is never outrageously long. Quick service and usually accurate.

Visited on 4/6/24. 1st time trying Tim Hortons

Upon walking into the Brewer location I was greeted with a smile and all the employees appeared happy and cordial. Polite and fast service with some great tasting food and coffee! Thank you Tim Hortons crew for starting my day off right!

This crew on the morning of 10/18/2023 was friendly, outgoing, helpful and made my trip in a delight. I miss my semi local Tim Hortons so this was an extra treat.

I am visiting from out of town and this place was amazing! Delicious food and coffee is one thing, but the staff were so incredibly friendly and positive, and not in a rehearsed script way. They were just very nice and I had a wonderful experience here! Thank y'all for the wonderful breakfast!

I wish there was still a tim hortons in Southern Maine. That aside, Tim Hortons is always good, with solid priced sandwiches and delicious drinks, especially the mixed berry smoothie. The new Infused red bull drinks are also fire, wish there was more flavors for the yellow redbull though.

Very dirty, found two long hairs in my breakfast wrap.

Chicken chipotle sandwich had very little flavor. It wasn't even cardboard chipotle. And the steak and cheese pancake ( NOT panini) toasted on one side, lacked presentation, literally thrown together. Staff was standing around, talking loudly. A supervisor was present. Our table needed to be wiped down. We did it. Finally, a personal issue, but people with that much metal sticking out of their face ought to be assigned to a job where customers don't have to look directly at them.

Best drive up I've ever gone through! Every time I go through I am back on the road in 3-4 minutes tops, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Coffee with a smile. Food and drinks do change with the seasons. Love their BLT wrap with an iced latte. Love the box of Joe(12 cups of coffee, 12 cups, lids, stirrers, creamers and sugars). Really comes in handy for wrestling night at the neighbors house 🙂👍

First time in a long time that I had gone to a Tim Hortons. Coffee was pretty good. Seemed fresh. They had everything I was looking for. Good taste/flavor. Was better than expected.

Tim Hortons is sort of like a wild card, in food and in experiences with staff. Their pretzel bagels generally uncut, and over salted on one half and under salted on the other, their muffins are nice and sweet, and they have tasty drinks and a wide selection of food and drinks.

A friend and I routinely visit the Brewer Tim Hortons. On our recent visit, we both ordered our favorite sandwich, the steak & cheddar paninni. We also ordered Bismarck donuts. The sandwich brings us to the shop every time we get together for a visit. It's absolutely delicious! The staff at this shop are friendly, professional, polite, helpful, and always make the drive-thru experience pleasant. Add to it that TH makes excellent coffee, sandwiches, and pastries, and Tim Hortons is a secret that must be revealed as a wonderful fast food option for the Brewer, Maine, region.

I usually went here for ice cream because I love Cold Stone. But the execution here is very inconsistent at best. I can order one of the signature recipes 3 times and get it made with 3 different base ice creams (this actually happened) with each person assuring me they were correct. I mean, it says right on the signature recipe what it should be. That said, they weren't inedible. Just not what I was looking for. Never had an issue getting breakfast items there, though, so at least that aspect runs smoothly as far as I can tell. It's not outstanding in any way, but it's realistically priced and reasonably portioned food similar to Dunks, McDs, or other fast breakfast locations.

People have always told me their coffee and food was gross so I've never tried for years. I finally went and got an ice coffee, Boston creme donut and blueberry muffin for my husband. I thoroughly enjoyed my ice coffee and donut and my husband really liked his muffin! I'll definitely be going back!

We were thrilled to find this place as we like them up north. Hubs got to buy his coffee to take home and we had a nice lunch and bought donuts for breakfast. Tables could have been cleaner and staff ignored me while she flirted with my husband therefore didn't take my lunch order. He had to get back in line and order mine after it wasn't at the pick-up counter.

Tim Hortons donuts and hot tea, can't get better. Trullers and tea, best meal on the planet.

I like Timmy Ho-hos, though I wish that they had a plant based sausage substitute. I have had such at other places, and I feel Timmy's could benefit from a product line like this.

As a traveler from Tennessee, I've always heard about Tim Hortons. The few locations in the USA are all up in the extreme parts of the North. Coming back from Bar Harbor to Portland I was having trouble staying awake for my 4 hour drive and saw a Tim Hortons sign. Excited to experience one for my first time, I stopped at this location in Bangor on a Thursday night at around 7pm. I was the only person in the establishment, and it was both thrilling and immaculate. First it was clean and well lit (Hemingway would have approved). Bursting with information everywhere, there were only two employees there. Both in masks.....both super nice and super helpful for a Tim's first timer. I got my wife a hot chocolate which she loved. I got a large Tim Hortons black coffee with just a touch of cream and a dozen assorted Timbits. I let the employee choose the flavors. Both of the employees there were friendly, talkative, and recommending items like crazy. The coffee was fresh and delicious, as well as the Timbits tasty for my long drive. Overall this place was all sorts of amazing and if I'm to Bangor again, I will specifically go out of my way to this location for sure.

I went there today at around 9 am . A female who was putting sandwiches together was not wearing a mask and she did not change her gloves in between making sandwiches, getting food out of the oven. I could not believe she had no mask on and 2 other employees wearing a mask did not havev their noses covered,unexceptable

This location makes the one at 301 odlin road look even worse than it already is. This location has excellent staff, prompt service and isn't out of donuts at 8am on a Sunday....... Odlin road, STEP UP YOUR GAME, be more like this one!

First time at a TH and were loved the blueberry holes but the rest of the donuts were old and stale. Service was good.

We have visited here fairly regularly since they opened in Brewer, since it's in our hometown. It's under new management these last four or five years, to the loss of TH. Seems like they have excessive turnover of staff ever since. I HATE their bathroom hand drying equipment. They have to add paper towels dispenser, IMO, so customers do not have to rub their hands on bathroom wall. My son, in Canada, says that TH is going downhill there, too.
