A lovely lunch with my love! I had the cranberry chicken salad with a peach tea, he ordered the club sandwich with raspberry lemonade. The atmosphere was very relaxed, modern and just quite lovely. We were able to eat on the patio. The food tasted delectable, the service was friendly /precise, the atmosphere was chill/modern/ chic/ hip. We will definitely be coming back ♥️

Stopped in for brunch with my dad today. The restaurant was about half full, and service was great, our server was friendly, and the food was amazing. The menu was on the small side for this type of restaurant, but I still saw so many things that looked good and had trouble deciding! Their drink menu is quite good, with a wide variety of cocktails. Highly recommend the peanut butter banana martini. Good food, good service, good prices. Hope to come back again

Stopped in for a girl's day lunch this past Saturday. I loved the atmosphere. Very clean and pleasant. Our waitress was friendly and provided great service. We had simple orders, just the house salads / add grilled chicken. The dressings were delish ( *I'm a ranch snob and loved theirs ). A lot of good looking menu items. We'll definitely be back to try more!

This place was great! I had the Thai chicken wrap and garlic green beans for lunch. So tasty! I can’t believe I’ve never here. I’ll definitely be back. Not the fastest, but at least didn’t make me late getting back to work🤷 and the iced coffee was good too 👍

Service was kind of slow but my food was hot and pretty good so I can’t really complain. If you’re not on your 1-hour lunch break, it’s worth a try!

I usually love toast but my food last time was clearly microwaved, and my coffee was literally room temperature at max.

We stopped in Sunday for brunch. Not our first ever visit, but first time in a few months, so we know what the place has been. We ordered a burger and shrimp avocado toast, both with crispy hash browns as a side. I ordered a beer and the wife split a mimosa flight with the couple we came with. The "crispy hash browns" are frozen hash brown patties like you get from McDonald's. How disappointing! The mimosa flight appeared to be nothing more than prosecco, mio flavor shots and some food coloring. Not worth the $22 it's priced at. I expect higher quality if I am paying $60 for two meals and two drinks. It'll be a chore to talk me into going again.

We ordered from here from lunch. Honestly the portion sizes to the price are really bad. The Salisbury steak tasted great, mashed potatoes were okay, the bread roll was bland. The buffalo wings for $15 that taste like they were frozen and microwaved really disappointed me. Usually their brunch was good but idk what happened here.

Our lunch was mostly good. Our server was friendly and helpful and the outdoors seating area was really nice this time of year and clean. I was disappointed that I was limited to the brunch menu, since I was looking forward to trying the Cuban sandwich. No such luck. The burger I settled on was tasty, but my choice would have been the Cuban. The fries were, in my opinion, a little reminiscent of popular burger chains, and my wife's chips and queso were just ok. I'd go back to try the Cuban, but I'd likely try different sides than the two I mentioned.

Seating was very slow and the food was disappointing. But the service itself was very good and pleasant, even though they screwed up one of our 4 orders.

On our travels across country spent the night in lincoln and had dinner here at Toast and they did and amazing job across the board! What ever you order is going to be a win 🏆

Toast has always been a family favorite, but disappointed this time. At 7:30 pm on a Sunday evening they were out of burgers or any dish that required burger patties. They were also out of coffee. The "Grown up Mac and Cheese" was served on a small side plate placed inside of a larger pasta plate. This greatly reduces the actual portion size. Plan to visit again and hope it will be back to it's previous standards!

We generally liked stopping at Toast for a sandwich & beer. Lately the quality of food has been very disappointing. Today at 4:30 pm we waited 35 minutes for our food, maybe 12 customers seated, so not busy. Our food arrived cool to touch, my chicken was overcooked & cold, husbands fries were cold! We brought this to waiters attention but his attitude was "sorry about thatt, here's your ticket, i'll let the kitchen know"???? Very disappointing, i guess we'll have to try ZipLine across the street!

Service was decent. Food took along time to arrive and was cold. Mentioned to server he apologized but kinda blew us off.

New menu? More like new prices. Deez prices be higher than Snopp D, O, double G on 4/20. Dine in experience is dope, but take out is pretty hit or miss. If you got cheddar, I guess you can eat. ✌️

Always very friendly service and great food! My wife loved their pot roast and was saddened to hear that it is one item that's going to be dropped from the menu. Their salmon is my current favorite. 😋

I ate at Toast this afternoon with my family. As our server took our drink order he asked if anyone in our group had any food allergies. As someone who has had to recently cut out gluten I greatly appreciated the care and concern for allergens. He took my menu and used a marker to indicate which food choices would be safe and which wouldn’t. There were quite a few gluten free options as well as gluten free burger bun. Great service! Great food!

Me & the hubby have been going to Lead Bellys for a couple years now & we didn't think we were gonna find a place that could compete with it...but we were wrong. Toast is amazing! Their food, atmosphere, & the customer service was great. Was seated right away & helped immediately. Will definitely be back.

Food is always good it’s a very busy and popular restaurant they have strong mix drinks, the hot wings are ok all the burgers are phenomenal. Not much for waiting room

I was extremely disappointed with our experience here. I had heard great things about Toast, especially their brunch, but our experience was horrible. We got in without a wait and that was great, but then it took our server 20 minutes before she even came to get our drink order. It was then another 15-20 minutes before our food order was taken. We hardly ever saw our server and other tables around us were asking other servers for our server. It had been around 40 minutes until we asked how much longer our food would be as we had somewhere to go. She said the kitchen was running behind and would go check and let us know. Never came back to let us know and then another 20 minutes later she comes out with our food. Immediately stated that the manager was comping our drinks. We asked for the check right. Our food was completely cold and mushy after waiting so long to be taken out. Not sure what our server was doing the whole time but would not recommend! Extremely disappointed with Toast!

Ordered a chicken side saled and the chicken was hard/crispy. Not good crispy. It also took like 15 minutes just to get the salad. They brought out a new salad which took another 10 minutes. The chicken tasted like salmon. Not sure what was going on tonight but it wasnt up to their standards.

I ordered the French dip. As far as flavor goes I'd rate it a 5/5 but i wish it was bigger. It's about 6 inches. The service here is very friendly. I'm definitely coming back because the seasoning is on point

My food was burnt, my friends food was burnt. Not a good experience. I can burn French toast for free at home.

Food has definitely taken a small dive over the last 3 or 4 years, but it's a fun spot with a fun menu and good people

It's a cool place but they're more interested in the people drinking than taking care of people ordering food. My grilled cheese wasn't melted and the fries were cold.

Great dining experience here! A quaint local hangout with delicious food (I had the braised pot roast with mashed red potatoes, and sautéed garlic green beans!), speedy and friendly service ,.. a great value!

I have eaten there several times. It is a nice medium sized restaurant. I last had the California Cob salad. It was quite large. It had ordinary lettuce. Onions, baby tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, ham and some kind of fried large round reconstituted vegetable. It was fairly busy. I have had a couple of beef dishes there. The beef was so cooked it was close to being jerky.

Great food and the best service ever. Just a heads up, if you order the taller beer it comes in a quart jar so be prepared.

There was a lot of hype about this restaurant. It was mediocre at best. And pretty spendy for what it was. I can get a better, cheaper reuben and fries at a 100 other places.

Reliable lunch spot in the lovely town center of Fallbrook. Got the Cajun fish sandwich and mac n' cheese with grilled chicken. Our favorite was the fries, however. Thin-cut and salted perfectly. 🍟

Very disappointed in our food last night. The queso was less then appealing. It was lumpy, cold and lacked flavor. All of our fries were cold. My Reuben was not toasted. More like warm bread. My husband's French dip was luke warm but au jus was hot. On the bright side our server was great. Not sure we will be back.

Decent little neighborhood comfort kitchen serving up their renditions of American food - soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers. You can substitute chicken or a veggie patty on any of the their burgers. They also have a variety of entrees to choose from - meatloaf, stroganoff, pot roast along with fish, chicken and a house mac and cheese offering.

Excellent food and service! We had the burger and the Steakhouse French Dip with mushrooms and onions added. Both were excellent, food came out quickly and the service was great! We will definitely return while we are in the area!

Meatloaf Meatloaf. Amazing. We don't make it up to Fallbrook very often because its literally the opposite site of Lincoln for us. We loved our experience there. Staff was great. Food was better. And without a doubt the best Meatloaf I've ever had. Every bite of my meal was amazing and enjoyable. We will be back soon.

Kinda weird that a place called Toast doesn't have breakfast but the food is pretty good.

Food was the worst I’ve had in Lincoln. Nothing tasted good. As a heavy dude, my girlfriend was astounded when she was done and there was only a bit or two taken out of my food. She’s never seen my not finish my food. I hadn’t eaten all day, and was looking forward to a good meal but that was the biggest let down. Our Waitress was great though! Nothing against the service, just being honest about the food.

Their food is really good. My favorites are the Fried Green Beans and their classic burger. One thing I will say is their Fries are amazing! I don't know what it is, but they, in my opinion, have the best fries in Lincoln! Crispy and delicious! And I mean better than any other restaurant or fast food place.

It had been a while since my last visit. It was nice to see service and food quality are still consistently great.

What a cheers feel going out? Toast is just that place. I was looking for Norm, didn't find him but found where he would sit if he was their. Food was tremendous, service was good, and atmosphere was wonderful.

The food was so disappointing, my wife and I headed there for date night and had really been looking forward to trying Toast for a while. We tried ordering the salmon (on a Thursday evening) and they were out. We then went for the fried tilapia and the pub burger and had the artichoke dip for a starter. The dip hardly tasted like artichoke and was more of an onion dip, not bad in its own right, if not very oily, but not what we thought we were ordering. The tilapia was incredibly dry, far over-cooked till it was tough. The fries we both ordered were extremely salty to the point of needing water to wash them down, and the coleslaw was watery (for a creamy slaw) under-seasoned and wilted, seemed very clearly to be store-bought slaw instead of house made. The burger was from frozen and cooked well, well-done, and we weren’t even asked how we would like it cooked. We wanted to like Toast, but for nearly $50, we walked out wishing we’d just gone to a burger place where we’d have spent half as much for at least a house made burger and decent fries.

Just not my cup of tea. Food isn't that good. Service let's just say I had to keep going and looking for our server and all for whatever I needed. She never really did come around and see if we needed anything else.

Great find on a family road trip, will be stopping back the next time we are traveling through Lincoln.

If you have to stop somewhere while driving cross country, stop here! Had the best meatloaf I've ever had at a restaurant.

Great food and friendly waitstaff. Its great to have a restaurant like this north of the interstate so you don't have to go clear downtown to find something to eat.
