A small little restaurant that has customer signatures everywhere in the restaurant. When we walked in, there were clear instructions to go to the window to place an order. The guy who took our order was extremely friendly. We are visiting from out of state and picked this restaurant on a whim. Once our orders were placed, it only took 10min for the guy to come out with our food. After we finished, we still had left overs, so I went and asked for a to go box. The guy was on the phone so I stood to the side and wait for him to finish up that phone order. The guy noticed me, and when he had a second he grabbed the boxes and handed them to me without me even having to ask. Once our food was in the box, the guy stepped outside with a sharpie and asked if we wanted to sign the restaurant. He gave us a brief history of some customer signatures before returning to the kitchen. I’m not sure if he was the owner or not, but he definitely made our visit exceptional!

First things first, there are two locations. For anyone not familiar with the area, double check the address. Both locations are named the same thing, one is a kitchen in a 'casino' that only does carry out, the other is a 15 minute drive away. By the time we got to the correct location, our pizza was cold and no apologies were made. The 'cheese bread' is simply texas toast with a melted cheese blend on top. This place is pathetic, and the pizza is what you'd expect from a gas station grab-n-go. It's edible, but there's honestly nothing special about this place.

They had prompt service and the pizza was great

Great pizza - ordered a custom deep dish; crunchy crust and generous toppings. Order their big salad and it’s big! Super friendly staff as well.

DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE! Their taco pizza is seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Family owned and cute location. The son was running the restaurant when we were there and was so kind and welcoming. We will most definitely be back if we're ever back in Sioux Falls!!

Absolutely delicious Taco Pizza, with an authentic but not overbearing taste. Family owned small business with terrific people. If in town, this is the place to go.

Great little hole in the wall place. We came in to town for a quick day trip and were looking for a great local pizza place. This place did not disappoint! Pizza was delicious, and we loved looking at all the signatures and messages all over the walls and everything. It was unique, but the taste of the pizza is definitely the selling point, the crust was buttery soft and chewy and everything had an excellent flavor. Staff was friendly. We look forward to our next visit to town so we can have more pizza!

This is real pizzeria tastes. We had it delivered to our hotel room. Low cost & high quality. My wife & I loved the crust. Be sure to add on breadsticks.

The team worked very hard to prepare quality food. Our order came out a little burnt on one side, so they took the initiative to put a replacement pizza in the oven and gave us both. I haven't even eaten a bite yet, but I am already impressed.

Pizza was delicious, so good. We got 3 different kinds of pizzas and each one was as good as the other. Highly recommend this establishment over all the rest.

When I made my order o wasn’t expecting for that kind of pizzas. The pizza is better pizza I had tried in Sioux Falls, super good and delicious. I ordered for delivery and arrived in my place warm and good. Also there has a chicken Alfredo pasta delicious. Me and my friend really loved it

Their gluten-free crust is fantastic, both in flavor and texture (chewy but not brittle or crunchy)! Ordered the Greek and the BBQ Hawaiian pizzas. Tomacellis will definitely be our go-to spot for pizza now.

Very friendly service on the phone! Once it was delivered, the group we bought it for loved it. The gluten free pizza was a hit as well as the supreme, peperoni and plain cheese. I love locally owned businesses and this one should be proud of their product AND their service.

I never review places, but Tomacellis deserves it. My friend and I loved every aspect of this restaurant. The staff are kind and fun to talk to- along with good food. Unique atmosphere, overall a good place.

This is the 2nd time we have had Tomacelli's Pizza. both times we were not disappointed. The quality of ingredients are top notch, If you order a Hawaiian you actually get Canadian Bacon not ham. and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and really work to ensure you are happy. We will be back!

Service is always great but their pizzas are just terrible you can definitely get better from other places at less price. My pizza was on time but it was sloppy greasy and not nearly cooked through. I used to eat here all the time when I had friends behind the counter. If you don't have a guy on the inside your pizza experience will be like mine expensive and disappointing. Will not be eating here again

The pasta sauce is ok but they're real generous with the meats and pasta. That's something that can't be said with most places. The service was great. It's locally owned and that's cool in my book.

Had a great time visiting this place. Enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger pizza and had a great time checking out all of the "writings on the wall". Gave the lower service rating only because they were short staffed. They had notes on the table letting you know to come to the counter. Didn't mind doing that. Gave me a chance we to talk to the guys in the kitchen. This place has been around since 1993! It's got plenty of character!!!

All the food is excellent. Favorite pizza by far. Staff is nice. Very laid back atmosphere. Walls are signed by thousands of people which makes it fun to read. Drinks are cans so no fountain drinks for refills. Separate casino is attached through doors.

Ordered delivery to my hotel. The medium pizza over all was ok, bottom of pizza was super greasy. The alfredo sauce taste like it came from a can. The toast looks it come frozen, not fresh. Bread stick also same. They were friendly and delivered at a good time. Not worth the $40 spent.

We stopped by while in town for business. This place brought back memories. There used to be a Tomacelli's in my home town. The pizza was very good and the server was friendly and did her job well. It was fun looking at all the names on the wall and trying to find the oldest ones. I would recommend eating here it was very good pizza.

We don't eat much pizza, but tonight we wanted some good pizza and went to Tomacelli's. Most of the pizza we've had in recent years has been cheap chain stuff. What a treat to get our "Big Nick's" loaded with FRESH ingredients, tasty sauce, and quality cheese. The ambience is horrible, which is why most of their business is carry-out or delivery, but even sitting on their torn, lumpy seating didn't spoil the enjoyment of their really good pizza.

Pretty quiet quaint place. Friendly service at the window and prompt service for what we ordered. The taste of the lasagna was perfect.

The only reason they didn't get five stars on service is because they are under staffed at this location the employee's were still very friendly and made great food

The pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms with extra cheese pizza was absolutely delicious and the drivers are always A+ with deliveries.

This was the best pizza we have had in long time. Crispy crust and fresh toppings. The food was great, but the customer service was even better. They were busy, but still took the time to check on us and make sure everything was great! Don't get customer service like that much anymore!

I tried this place for the first time being a traveling worker. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and their garlic cheese bread. Pizza was decent but not overly impressive. The crust is on the bland side but not bad. The cheese bread is good when fresh but overly crusty for my tastes especially as it cools. It would benefit from some more flavor and their marinara is basically just tomato sauce. It tastes canned. The food prices were good. Customer service was ok. The store is pretty run down and has no dining room service. Their only soda offerings are in a can. If you’re a pizza enthusiast and looking for a high quality pizza, this is not it but if you’re looking for reasonably priced decent pizza, this is a good option.

Hole in the wall place but Absolutely amazing pasta and food… we went there a few days earlier for the pasta and we enjoyed it so much we decided to go back for the pizza!!!! Both were delicious!!!!

The pizza at this place had a great taste, and the quick delivery to our hotel was impressive. However, I was puzzled by finding an open fork in the cheesecake box. Despite that, everything else was enjoyable, so I'm deducting just one point for that oddity.

Simply the best pie in town. Done right all the time, for years. Unique flavors, great crust and spectacular taste.

It was ok, but basically a dive. The graffiti motif is fine, but it looks like an idea gone bad. Food was fair, but not great. Service was meh!

We'd just driven from Deadwood, SD and were pretty tired. We checked into our hotel and they'd given us menus from area restaurants that delivered. We chose Tomacelli's and are happy we did! We ordered a pizza and a six pack of pop and asked for plates and napkins. They delivered right to our room (we've done this elsewhere and the place only delivered to the front desk, which was a pain) and service was quick. They remembered the plates & napkins and the pizza was delish! We ate the whole thing - a medium sized was enough for the two of us. I highly recommend Tomacelli's when in Sioux Falls, there's two locations.

We went there for dinner as soon as we arrived from our long drive from North Dakota. We were starving for pizza. We looked up for pizza places as soon as we were 10 miles from arrival to Sioux Falls. Tomacelli’s was closest one as we arrived and was open on Mondays unlike others in town. We tried it and we weren’t disappointed. It was a small place but don’t let that fool you. Yeah it’s not one of your franchise type and more bigger and fancier establishments but we came for the pizza. We saw the many reward plaques hung on the wall. It’s like it’s family owned and the guy who helped us was accommodating. Good Old fashioned service. The pizza was excellent that’s all we can say. The crust was crunchy and just cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh. Sauce just the right amount. It’s too bad we didn’t have a permanent marker to write on the wall. Many visitors have signed the wall. We would’ve signed it as visitors from out of the area. Great place for pizza and we will be back when we visit Sioux Falls again.

We ordered for the first time in about 5 years. Ordered for pick up. Told 7:30 for pick up time. Arrived at 7:20, pizza was ready. Pleasantly surprised!! However, arrived home with a cold pizza! The cheese had already hardened, not melted and hot, crust was lukewarm. Not sure what happened but when you spend that kind of money for "hot" pizza and you have to microwave...huge disappointment.

This was a pleasant surprise. Hubby had pizza, I had chicken Alfredo. Food was delicious and owner super nice. Would definitely recommend! If you want a fancy place this isnt that but was clean and just a great place for good food and nice people.

Ate here today and I have celiac disease. I almost got scared that they gave me a flour crust bc of how delicious their gluten free crust is. They did warn me that the environment isn't that celiac safe but I didn't have any problems eating here! Id definitely recommend to other people.

Shrimp Alfredo was not what I remembered. The sauce was too watery,not thick like it used to be.still tasted good. Not enough Shrimp. Price had not changed much. I would pay more if it was better.

Walked into eat and the atmosphere was very dirty, which included dirty front with does, dirty carpet, out dated, and unpleasant smell. Can not comment on the food, as we left due to the atmosphere.
