Good food. They have a eonful lunch menu

Food was fine, nothing mind blowing. Bulgogi was a little soggy, but chicken was good. Service was mediocre. The lady attending us felt the need to comment MULTIPLE TIMES on “how much food” we were eating and we “ate too much.” I lost count and felt uncomfortable. I don’t think we will be returning

It was good food and perfect service!

This was my first time having this type of food. It was good. We didn't know what to order and had leftovers. Service was lacking a little. I didn't get my water refilled. It wasn't that busy, but our food did come out relatively quick. For a family of 4, and we all got water to drink, it was $93 dollars with tip.

One of my foodie friends raves about this place. Maybe I came on an off night. Staff was friendly. I got hot cinnamon ginger tea, which was delicious. The side dishes were pretty good. But the beef bulgolgi was the mushiest I have ever had. Not good. The galbi ribs were okay. Could have used a little more char. The rice had a different texture too than other Korean places. So I'd give it 3.5/5.

Everything was delicious. The Udon noodle soup was super hot and tasty. We really enjoyed the kimchi pancake, so glad we ordered them! Definitely recommend ☺️ 👍🏻

We have been traveling to Korea for many years, simply loving all the kimchis different kinds, it is so delicious. I had to start making them at home. When we found Tong Tong we were overjoyed. Now we eat here several times a week. We love it and do not mind the drive :) Thank you for your great food !

A friend who was stationed in Korea raved about this place, she was right. Had the bulgogi, bibimbap, and ramen. All excellent. Also had the Tteokbokki, delish. Went during lunch, great prices, fast to the table. Bill for 3 with appetizer was $59. I thought the service was fine. I love this place!!

To be fair, they were super busy and handling many people from a memorial service. They did not have enough dishes etc. It was my first time eating Korean food. The meat products were really good.

We came in here today to bring my kiddo here to eat lunch. My daughter liked her food. My husband ordered dumplings and he enjoyed them as well. You can definitely plan on going here if you expect to get up and get refills on your own water which i had to do. Not ONE time did the server come back to our table to see if we needed anything nor to check and ask if we were enjoying our food. I didn’t order anything because I wasn’t feeling well. We went to pay and the man at the register had the audacity to ask if we left a tip on the table. Luckily, I walked out early to go to the car to sit there or else I would’ve let him know why we didn’t leave a tip. My husband walked back to the table to leave a tip but then again he’s a whole lot nicer than I am. GO SOMEWHERE else!!!!

I like the place it has a Korean mom & pop restaurant feel to it. The food was really good. The staff was super friendly but they were understaffed and the two waitress were really busy.

Tong Tong is delicious. Authentic Korean fare with super friendly service. Get the bulgogi bibimbap and some Soju for a great experience.

I came in 30 minutes before they closed cause I read the time wrong, they still gave me excellent service, and excellent food! This place always is welcoming, patience and again the food is sooo good!

The food was definitely worth the money spent; my husband and I love Korean food and we can say with confidence that this place was much better than our usual place we go to back home in Dallas. They didn’t come back to fill out water until we had to ask but the food made up for that. Everything else though was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back when in the Springs!

I came into town for less than 48 hours and needed some good Korean food. I got many recommendations but decided to try Tong Tong. I loved all the side dishes and ordered the Kimchi Jjigae. It was like my mom made it, and hit the spot. The service was friendly and quick. I can’t wait to come back :)

Soupy Bulgogi, I was told it was a different style. The fragrance or marination used was too overpowering which resulted in a bitter like soap taste. But grilled or pan fried would result in a drier result, idk I tried looking up a saucy variant, had no such luck. Didn't feel like arguing. Also had the Kimchi Pancake which was a mediocre experience at best, just came from the gym so I was hungry regardless. Disappointed to say the least.

Went to this place on a whim with a friend. They seated us so fast and got our orders in quickly! The side dishes were delicious and the bibimbap was to die for! Got mine with tofu and my friend got beef! They were very accommodating with me being vegetarian and let me know their options! We will be back again for lunch soon!

I am a Korean who lives in Denver, and while I was visiting Colorado Springs, I saw that they had stir-fried fish and went to this place..!! I took it out, and the packaging was neat and meticulous, and most of all, the stir-fried fish was so delicious. I didn't know they would provide side dishes, but I was impressed because they were so delicious. I brought the leftover stir-fried fish to Denver and ate it with bean sprouts and stir-fried rice. Haha the bibimbap was so delicious too!! Koreans visiting Colorado Springs, please stop by!

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would, bad service and closing is bull!! If your restaurant knows you guys can’t make it to an hour before closing time then close your restaurant down. No need to get people coming to your restaurant and you tell them you guys are closed when clearly it’s different on the website!!

My Husband and I love, love, LOVE this place! Great food, good prices, cute atmosphere! I lived in Korea for a bit, and is to this day my favorite comfort food: this place rocks, and hits the spot every time! We don’t even live in The Springs anymore and will make a point to stop by, even just for takeout!

Had the galbi dinner option, portion was perfect. Not too full but enough to be comfortable and delicious. One of the best Korean spots. Also perks on the side dishes.

I must have came on a bad day. The food was not fresh at all. I got the spicy squid which I normally love and could not finish it. The taste was off and not that good. My mom had the spicy pork and that tasted like old meat. Very disappointed with the food but the service was excellent and not a lot of ppl were there.

Don't get any noodles to go. Food is good but they don't separate the noodles from the both for to go orders, like every other restaurant. So get ready for soggy noodles and a ruined dish!

The closest place I've had for Korean food and it never disappoints. Their kimchi selection is always good and I recommend ordering the Spicy Grilled Chicken for their lunch special. If you are not into spicy things they also have a Regular Grilled Chicken. Their sticky rice is also very good, so expect to order extra to take home. Try your best to go during Lunch hours to get the best deal, the portion size is pretty big. If you have a sensitive stomach, maybe go easy on the kimchi. It is heavily fermented and could rock your stomach biome like America invades countries for oil.

Great authentic Korean food, fair prices, and very good service. Be aware that when I say authentic, I mean there are a lot of fermented and funky flavors so often found in East Asian food. But if real deal Korean is what you're after, Tong Tong has it. The meal isn't huge, but there's more than enough variety to warrant going back often. The initial service of numerous small dishes of kimchi and other fermented foods reminded me a lot of some of the great meals I had when visiting South Korea. The appetizers were splendid and plentiful and our hotpot main course was excellent -- shrimp, octopus, bulgogi beef, tofu, and vegetables in a savory broth with just a kick of spice. We ordered far too much food and still ate almost all of it. If you're new to Korean food, try to go with a group and order a number of different things to share so you can discover what you like. I didn't try the short ribs, but I expect those would be a good place to start since Korean short ribs are typically excellent. The ambiance isn't much, but the food more than makes up for the somewhat unexciting interior. I'm a big fan of Korean food and I would happily eat here all the time if I lived in town!

Good value, not the best, but lunch special here is so affordable.

This is our happy place. The waitresses are sweet enough to remember regulars and ensure our food is readily ordered upon seating. We always get the Galbitang and Galbi but have tried the other dishes and assume everything on the menu is delicious. The banchan is to die for every time and the servers are so informative when serving. I would eat here every day if I could afford it!

Simple, casual, and family friendly, this Korean restaurant in C-Springs reminded me of the mom and pop small places in the suburbs outside Seoul. No frills, but good food. Tasty and plentiful side dishes. I noticed that the regulars were able to negotiate for some of their favorite side dishes, but for me they were all tasty. Nice selection of cold beers and soft drinks. I had an amazing bowl of noodle soup.

Looks can be deceiving, but when you go inside. You feel like you're in Chinatown. Awesome food

Delicious! Great portions. Our appetizer and entrees were wonderful but my favorite part of Korean meals are the kimchi and small salad plates that come with the meal. Also, the cinnamon iced tea was very refreshing.

Food is great. Make sure you order out if you have a big party though, they charge an automatic 15% tip. I don’t mind tipping but I hate when restaurants force tipping.

The lunch prices are worth the money. They do have all the sides that you would expect for a Korean restraunt. I have lived in Colorado Springs for more than 20 years, and unfortunately, it has stayed relatively the same in terms of quality. While authentic, the taste seemed a little bland. Also, there is no self-service Korean BBQ here for anyone who is looking. Food 4 stars for delivering proper hot food but just slightly under seasoned. Their customer service is to be expected out of any restraunt. I did have an issue with my soup, and they promptly took care of me, I had to get going, so they packed it to go. Overall, it was a good place, but I missed a wow factor. Might visit in the future.

My fav Korean restaurant in Colorado Springs. Everything is delicious. My go-to is the LA Galbi lunch special. I especially love the soup they give you when you order a lunch special. The number of banchan dishes you receive seems to be based on how many people are dining - when there are more of us, we get more banchan variety.

Not real Korean food if your an asian

It was alright. Didn't seem very Korean, but still more Korean than most. Gave more side dishes than most American Korean restaurants would which was nice.

It was a late night experience. Came here to enjoy a good time with my father and eat Korean food. The side dishes didn't taste as food compared to other Korean restaurants. There were some people who were waiting for their food and ate while others had to wait longer. Our waitress had that keen eye to serve us with excellency. She came by to fill our glasses with hot tea. Good job on her part. High kudos for her.

I've been here for lunch 3 times now and it is swiftly becoming my coworkers' and my favorite spot. We typically grab a few appetizers along with our entrees and everything has been absolutely delicious. The gimbap and kimchi mandu are our favorite appetizers; the galbi and dak-gui have become recurring entree selections. I'm also a fan of the brothy soup that's served along with the entree. The banchan is great as well (radish and cabbage kimchi are awesome). The staff are wonderful and friendly. And the prices don't break the bank. This is a great restaurant and I'd consider it the best Korean food that I've had in Colorado Springs.

Food is always delicious. So much so my son can smell it on my husband and I and immediately after getting him from school and grills us on our whereabouts that day at lunch time 😜.
