Bad service, they always give the wrong orders...and it takes a year to give you an order that you placed over the phone. There is a girl who is super slow and doesn't have a good attitude...I honestly don't know what her name is but Honestly, next time I'll complain to the owner who is always there.

One of the best places on fresh tortillas and warm.. if you need warm fresh tortillas all day.. this is the place.. #1

If I could give less, it would be better, unfortunately, my experience does not merit a single one!!!... tasteless food and terrible service, we had to call other waitresses to serve us and they did so reluctantly, plus they added a charge to the ticket 18% just for being a table of six (40 dollars) that the waitress didn't really earn and they were not happy with that, even so in the ticket they suggest the tip, I don't think that for the service they gave me and my family it is deserved so much.

The waitresses were very polite even though the service was not very good, they had 5 tables and it took them a long time to serve us, the food is decent but somewhat tasteless, the flavored waters were the best along with the habanero sauce, we ordered tacos to share and They came out cold and without lemons or sauce to accompany (we didn't say anything), the drink we came to this place for was the Cantarito Alegre, I didn't look at how they prepared it but it lacked a lot of flavor, salt was lost, lemon juice was all I knew that even so we didn't say anything, we finished and decided to leave, when we asked for the bill we noticed a service charge and they charge themselves the tip even if it wasn't good service and it wasn't!!.. apart from what they suggest the same amount of tip, and at that charge they charge the taxes later, that is, you pay the taxes of leaving a forced tip, I did not bring cash but I recommend not paying those types of charges because the tip is not mandatory in any state!! ... I was sorry and sad for the waitress who didn't know how to answer me about what if they don't pay them a minimum wage but I would never return to that place!!!

Everything was excellent, the attention and service 10 stars, kindness, quality attention, really very good and the Bakery was super excellent, its staff very attentive, cordial and always excellent service.

Before leaving the store, people check their receipts because in the store the cashiers are new and they don't give the full change and they think that you don't realize it because when you buy something like that you need a penny, they don't give you the merchandise if payment is not complete

For some reason there was two Service who bought our food, and the first Service I asked her for salsa and she was rude with a attitude and didn’t even bring to our table but then the main one who set us down came by and I told her and she was nice and bought it to our table. And I ordered some tacos of lengua they wasn’t good like the ones in Deland. And the tortilla was breaking like how is it breaking if there two tortilla they probably wasn’t cook enough.

The food was basically delicious, the service was ok although we had to go find the waitress to collect the bill because they were all gathered at the entrance welcoming us and they forgot about the customers who were already in the place, if you want drink coffee like I do in the morning, be prepared to drink it with cinnamon, there is no other way for coffee and I dislike that, and stay away from Creole chorizo ​​because it tastes like cardboard.

People where terrible we were sitting down for 15 minutes and not even ask us what to drink. The serves were just talking among themselves and not taking care of the people.

Maritza was an excellent server. She is kind sweet and helpful especially with explaining the menu when needed lol. My family enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be back when we are in Orlando. I order the Pincho La Mexicana and Strawberry margarita delicioso !!

We were looking for a place to enjoy authentic Mexican food and a pleasant atmosphere and we let ourselves be guided by the GPS. It was a very good idea because we found this picturesque, colorful place, with exceptional attention. We ordered micheladas, which were delicious. The menu is extensive so we ordered a plate that includes several things, and also various tacos. The food was good, perhaps it could be improved in terms of the tortillas that were very thick and the mixed plate was a little cold. But we will definitely return to try more options because we had a very pleasant time.

I ordered the enchiladas. Buyer beware they were dry, with sauce only on the top and were filled with the cheapest cheese queso fresco. The carne in the tacos was dry and flavorless.

Excellent MX restaurant. I wasn't a fan of the chorizo and couldn't stomach it. Maybe I'm not used to that flavor profile and it's specific to a certain regional culture? Everything else is great.

Terrible service, the people who run the places seem like they are doing you a favor by serving you. The butcher shop always smells very strong and is quite unpleasant. I recommend going to other places where they serve better.

When i walked in I was very surprised by the decor. The outside looks like a hole in wall but inside is amazing and very clean. Music is not too loud. Food was delish.

If I could give it less than a star, I obviously wouldn't give it anything. The food is truly horrible. I spent 11 dollars on a hoe cake, the meat of which was dry and super brown. The ugly bread broke into pieces as if it were stale. We told him. the waitress and she just said she wouldn't have mentioned it before, without caring about our disagreement, we ordered 2 and we left more than half of them. I Ordered a Burrito ,but it was stuffed with just beans meat and rice ,and on my plate more bean and rice ,I did ask for everything in it, DID NOT HAPPEN, felt overwhelmed with the amount of beans and rice,I asked the manager Ruth ,to replace ,or at least discount it ,because I DID NOT EAT IT, and she stated,' the table next to me had no complaints,how ever she stated because some else liked it I would be wasting their product, she charged me full price when I did not want it ,disappointed in the way the manager RUTH handled the situation, BEWARE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SOMETHING ON THE MENU THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE EVEN IF THEY TAKE IT BACK ! I have been ordering Mexican food though out different city and states for many years ,like California, Mexico,Miami and Florida including NY and this does not compare, not the same concept of authenticity!!

The tres leches cake was very dry I purchased on 4/13/2024 I went again and purchased another tres leches cake on 4/19/2024 and was disappointed was also dry supposed to be wet since is tres leches, I would not recommend purchasing

This place is authentic. The food is amazing!! Fast, tasty. Carne asada tacos and classic margaritas for the win!!! Looking for a truly authentic Mexican place, this is where you should go. I feel like I stepped into Mexico, but better!!

Anyone wanting real Mexican food or products, this is an excellent place. I drive from one side of South Orlando to this place just for the food and products. Costumer service is usually very warm and friendly. It’s difficult to find authentic Mexican food around… but this is one of the best places I’ve too.

Worse queso fundido ever. Taste like velveta cheese and had the tiniest bit of meat in it and came with no chips. It cost $11. I expected more authenticity from a place that speaks zero English. Also they threw the sauces in the bag so they spilled all over my order. S.N if you live in America and run a business here learn how to greet English speaking customers.

Los tacos de carne asada no tienen buen sabor, la carne estaba seca y en trozos muy grandes. Los tacos de barbacoa estaban muy condimentados era mas bien guisados pero no de barbacoa tradicional, los de carnitas son los únicos que volveríamos a pedir. Los burritos tampoco eran ricos. Eramos 2 familias y en general fue la misma opinión. No es malo sino simplemente creemos que puede mejorara si cuidan mas el sabor. La atención fue muy buena.

Great food & generous portions (I was stuffed after only 2 tacos!), great service, & the margaritas are on point... I'd definitely go back!!

One of the few venues that serves “authentic” Mexican food dishes, from their soups, option for tacos and their waters. 1) the venue is extremely clean with also very welcoming atmosphere 2) the staff is extremely friendly, and all are bilingual 3) the menu prices are by far the best around 4) of course, food quality was superb to me They even have a section for “photo ops” with backsplash and Mariachi hats 😌 Oh, and they have a full liquor bar Dine in or Take-out you get the same quality and portions food wise, it shows the kitchen takes pride in their dishes served.

Guacamole was not flavorful at all. We added limes, but it didn't help. Al pastor meat was very dry. Quesadillas were served as tacos. Atmosphere was fun and employees were friendly.

Absolutely spectacular meal. Freshly fried tortillas, 2 kinds of hot sauce. The frijoles were perfect. I had a burrito of which I could only eat half. The flavors were amazing and the service is excellent. Best of all unbelievably affordable. The restaurant is beautiful, but they were busy listening to the soccer game on very high volume.

The tortillas are super fresh. You can even see when they're being made as you walk into the store.

I live near the area and have always been curious about this restaurant, I found it on Orlando weekly recommendations and saw it as a sign. My husband and I ordered the Quesabirria tacos and some passion fruit margaritas to go (even though upon arrival seemed like a place I would like to eat in, the atmosphere was very welcoming). Pleased from the very first bite of our tacos, the seasoning, the broth and the authentic flavors really sealed the deal. I can’t believe we have gone on so long without trying them. Delicious food!

I never knew about this place until a friend took me and what a surprise. this is a really nice place with a great staff and really good food.

I stop by for a few drinks to cool off from the Florida heat. Frozen margaritas is the way to go!

Best tacos I have ever had. I am from Miami and we do not find anything like this down there. I tried the head and tripe tacos which are hard to find where I am from. They are well-proportioned, well-priced, and delicious. If I come back I will definitely try other types from here.
