I happened upon this gem while scouting for somewhere different from Crumbl and Tiffs Treats to deliver for my daughter’s birthday. I called and spoke with Carlee about delivering to my daughter’s college. She said, “most definitely!” She was very patient and accommodating. I told her what the delivery was for and she was just as excited as I. She took time to list each flavor, told me about the delivery process and emailed the invoice. What really surprised me was that she texted and called when the cookies were delivered to the campus, then texted to say she hoped my daughter enjoyed her birthday and the cookies. My daughter loved the cookie, however it wasn’t the cookies that made the most impact on me. It was the personal touch that got me. Thank you Carlee and Totally Baked for making my daughter’s day special and showing your customers how much you value them.

I probably should of done some reading and noticed that you need to definitely text to order. I showed up not knowing it was not a typical bakery shop it's a pick up spot and luckily someone from the other pick up restaurants there was able to get someone from TB. I intended to walk in there to buy just one cookie to try and although I was hoping they had dairy free chocolate chip cookie I got the sugar cookie and it was soo chewy. The person that helped me told me they were working on vegan and keto cookies so I'll definitely come back.

My girlfriend and I ordered the peanut butter and the Oreo cookies and these were the best cookies I’ve had in a while! Will definitely go back!
