She always has very good food and it reminds me of true home cooking!! Her Dill Chicken Salad is SO GOOD!!!! Here is a couple plates that she has made for me!

Probably the best quesadilla I've ever eaten! They're cooked to order so it was a little slow in a small quaint building that needs to be larger for the amount of customers the has!

So glad Google reviews lead us to this gem! Loved the food....everything was delicious! The owner was super friendly and even let us sample her her chicken salad and root beer which were as delicious. I have a feeling everything she makes is just amazing and definitely made with love! We will definitely return and would recommend to everyone.

There are very nice food and nice people there. I had a chicken special with corn and squash. I also had grits and bread. They were delicious. There were very homey feelings in the restaurant and kitchen. The owner, I believe she was, was very attentive and helpful. It was a nice place to visit.

I recently tried the stuffed chicken with loaded potato casserole, green beans, and corn, and it was an absolute delight! The chicken was incredibly tender, and the stuffing, filled with meat and shrimp, was seasoned to perfection. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I couldn’t get enough of it. The potato casserole was like a warm hug of southern comfort, creamy and delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. The addition of green beans and corn rounded out the meal perfectly, adding freshness and texture. Overall, it was a truly satisfying and comforting dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and hearty meal. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Truly an authentic Cajun kitchen from scratch with love! Will pop in for a plate lunch anytime I'm driving from Houston to Lafayette which is often! C'est bon Cher! Don't skip that crawfish cornbread and crawfish etouffee! Its the real deal. You just know its definitely cooked in a little black cast iron pot or "t pot noir" no doubt about it. *chefs kiss 😘

Food is delicious, sauces are out of this world very friendly . Nice portions I can make 2 meals out of 1 plate lunch.

Stacy Spedale with t'Pot Noir Cajun Kitchen is the best ever! Stacy is an excellent cook, very creative and has excellent options for all of your dietary needs. I have enjoyed numerous meals that she has prepared, with my favorites being the pulled pork, meatloaf and the smothered pork chops. She caters to a networking group that I'm a member of, so I get to enjoy her meals weekly. The meal prep menu is excellent too. She has countless options, and anyone can find their favorites. And it sure is handy to have a nice variety of meals already prepared for you when your schedule is busy and you don't have time to cook! Fantastic home cooked meals that will sure please everyone! I invite all my friends and family to experience t'Pot Noir Cajun Kitchen. You will be going back for more!!!

Stacy caters lunch for us every Wednesday and is always willing to cater to different food preferences and dietary restrictions. Her quesadillas are really good.

Amazing plate lunches at a fair price. Plate lunches usually seem bland and generic, it was refreshing to get one with bright color foods that weren't overcooked! It was nice to get souther comfort food without the typical crash that follows. It was healthy and filling and left me satisfied! I highly recommend her chicken quesadilla as it has become a personal fave.

No way to give anything but a five star here. Stacey does the healthy food prep for me and I really just can’t say enough about it. The meals are healthy, very tasty, and she does a wonderful job keeping them healthy yet tasty which is always tricky.

I eat her meals at least once a week. Healthy and delicious dinner and plate lunches. If you want home cooked meals without the hassle, you should try t Pot Noir. And her homemade rolls will make you break your carb diet.
