Corporate def needs to pay a surprise visit to this branch This place is so unorganized and they are always out of ingredients of some sort, why are they even open? and the wait is ridiculous most of the time always no body out front, even when it’s busy they take their sweet time and I can tell they don’t care. Lots of chitchat giggling and being on their phones typical teenagers. Been there done that you know when someone just milking the clock being there and not even actually care to perform the actual task this just awful Ever since that short Asian Manager name Jing quit, this place turn into the worst branch ever. Use to be so organized and ordering and getting your food so smoothly and organized.

Fix your crappy equipment. What kind of smoothie shop has a broken ice machine? Are you closed until further notice? Wow

When I came, the store was out of spinach, kale, lettuce, flatbread, and bananas and there was a 28 minute wait to get 1 smoothie. Horrible experience

Edited to add: After a full refund. Was informed they went light on lettuce because they don't have much 😂 no one wears a name tag, and no one answers the phone. I truly hope the owner cares enough to make serious changes to this ghetto establishment. Never have I seen something like this before from tropical smoothie. This is not how I expected my flatbread today. Hard bread, soggy lettuce (barely), and the tomatoes.. it's all skin wth. Someone needs some training.

They offer a good product but you'll wonder why it takes 15 minutes to make a smoothie.

On weekdays, this is the best tropical smoothie with the ingredient-to-ice ratio. I’ve compared this to the one on Wickham over by Pineda, and the one in Rockledge where they are hit or miss. On weekends you pretty much get a cup of shaved ice with something like a flavor and quality of service I’ve walked out on.

When you sit there for 35 minutes waiting to get your food and smoothie 25 minutes in they come out to tell you that they don't have strawberries or bananas. They're also out of large cups and all this stuff is Petty stuff but it comes down to wasting people's time and not giving them a heads up that they are out of stuff before it's ordered

I didn't get a smoothie, but the healthy choices on the menu were very good. I tried the Santa Fe Chicken with the jalapeño corn and maple kissed sweet potatoes. This is an excellent place to go eat if you're on a diet.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the employees are always so kind. I always see them cleaning up. The food and smoothies are good too. & to the employee who took the time out to write “Have a great day!” On my cup, thank you! 😊 Little things go a long way.

We came in this afternoon and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. I finally decided to just order the food online in hopes that we would get it quicker. How can you have a food establishment without a single person working the counter taking orders? The girl in front of me ended up waiting 25 minutes for someone to take her order. Only reason they took it is because she got irritated and started making a fuss. This place is a total joke. Update: I have been waiting here for 50 minutes for turkey and cheese kids wrap and a chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread. Multiple people here are asking for refunds and we are being told no one here can refund the money only a manger can do that and there isn’t one here. The girl also doesn’t even know her managers name.

I had to wait 40 mins to get an all American wrap that was cold when I got it. When I asked for a refund I was told only a manager can do it. But when I asked for the managers name the employee had no idea what it was. So I would please like the name of the manager and a refund. I watch the food sit there after the girl mad it and no one brought it out and no one was at the counter. They completely ignore the customers and I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about today's service.

Good service, the only thing is that they served me my shake without being well blended... excellent flavor

Dear Owner, You say you are terribly sorry but refuse to do anything about it. If you can’t offer your full service menu and step up to the plate, you need to close the business. Absolutely horrible experience! This place has gone down the tubes. Won’t be back.

The general manager Robert is lazy the turn over with managers are awful never have any of the ingredients the managers or Gm are never available the work the workers to death never can get a hold of any upper management palmbay is the worst Melbourne never have enough staff Michelle Wyatt and now a new general manager he’s lazy I can go on and on about his business that job is very stressful for the kids.,..Every since Mr Pete sold it it had gone down hill

Avoid this store at all cost, this is the slowest one I have ever seen. Employees don't care, they have zero motivation or customer service skills.

We had a driver from doordash not pick up my food, and it was at the tropical smoothie. He lied, said the food wasnt there. He put my smoothie right smack in front of the door, and the smoothie fell. The guy working the front was really understanding and the kitchen remade my smoothie for free!!

I ate here a while ago and everything was amazing so I looked at there hours online and it said they open at 7am I show up and the hours on the door say 9:30 should definitely be updated for new customers

My daughter loves the smoothies from here. Staff was okay not the best service but okay.

Terrible. Ordered a smoothie and a banana to go, it wasn't even close being blended well enough for a straw to be used and I didn't get my banana for another 5 minutes after the smoothie because the teller and next customer were having a disagreement. So I had a barely ripe banana for lunch.

Dana was fast and efficient with our food. Great Service

Every time I go to this location my food is never what I ordered, the order is never ready in a timely manner and the employees are not friendly to their customers or each other.

I've been here three times because they are close to work. They are ALWAYS out something "until their truck comes in". I get here after the order time by about 5-10 minutes to let them have less stress of me being there and trying to rush, then proceed to have to wait for said order to be made when im also quickly there from work. But genuinely. No matter the day, the time, they always manage to be out of something. And it's one of the most basic ingredients. They have always been polite about it. And I honestly don't even care about the missing item, it is what it is, but the wait to now pick up my order has increased from 5 minutes to over 25 minutes when I need to also get back to work, due to this issue. I don't see myself returning to this location. If you aren't in a rush, again, the staff at least seem great. But if the store is constantly running out of ingredients, larger truck orders may be something that should be getting looked into.

I am very pregnant and have been craving a smoothie all day. I went on my lunch break after placing an order on the app. I arrived ant the correct location and went in 10min before it was set to be ready for pickup. At the counter where they had the mobile orders for pick up, I didn’t even see my own order. I was ignored until 5min after the pickup time when I asked for help and was treated rudely as if they were upset I even spoke to them. I asked about my order, showing them the confirmation on the app and they said ‘well DoorDash is over here’ I told her ‘it wasn’t through DoorDash, it was on the app’ and she said ‘well we don’t have it’ in the nastiest tone like she couldn’t be bothered with me. Like this is literally how they treat their customers, and how this specific person treats a pregnant woman. Never again.

My overall experience here was not great which sucked because I have been going to tropical smoothie Cafe for years and I feel like they are slowly becoming not as good. They seem to never Carry the plant based meat anymore which is kinda crazy because when I ordered online I ordered a meal with a smoothie and wrap with the veg meat plus chips the last time i went but the only thing I walked out with was the smoothie they didn't have the meat so they didn't make the the wrap but they also couldn't refund me on the spot so now I'm stuck waiting for their corporate to refund it and this happened over a week ago on top of that the smoothie was not great and I have gotten plenty of smoothies from them so I know it was laziness it was barely blended properly and had chunkz of ice preventing me from using the straw.

Food was great but the time it takes to get your order is extremely slow

There is always something wrong when I go here. Whether they messed up my order and/or they’re out of something. Their wrap is wrapped terribly, which causes a huge mess. A lot of times their smoothies are runny. They were out of lettuce and offered spinach. I said no, and they still added spinach. I’ll have to stop going to this one entirely, because unfortunately there is always some type of issue.

Our company will no longer do business here. Atrocious customer service and food quality is definitely lacking. What is happening to this place? My goodness.

Probably my favorite Tropical smoothie in the treasure Coast. Always clean, friendly staff and generous portions of sandwiches. Some tropical smoothies give you nothing but a pita with a few pieces of chicken if you know what I mean.

They didnt not have any cups or chips i asked for extra sauce for my quesadillas and i didnt get any at all and then to top that it look them almost 30 minutes to get me my food its all the time to so dont waist your time there its not worth it.

I always go in the morning and the girls that work are just delightful :) Always smiling and happy to be there. It's a great way to start your day.

Place is awful. Go elsewhere. I’ve tried it twice and both times the smoothies were terrible. This last time I got charged $7 and left a tip for a watered down strawberry banana smoothie with zero protein in it. If you’re gonna offer extras, please be sure to put them in since we’re paying for them. And also, why not use some orange or apple juice as opposed to just ice and the fruit? Just awful

Very good smoothies but you need to advertise that you have the plant based vegan chicken. Had I know to had it, I would have ordered food too.

Love tropical smoothie! I always recommend their chicken pesto flatbread. I’ve never gotten a bad one, chicken is cooked well, with a bunch of veggies and fresh flatbread. They also load up the pesto! For smoothies, i like the peanut paradise (peanut butter and banana) alongside the triple berry oat. Both were delicious and pretty standard smoothies. Everything is customizable and can be as cheap/simple or expensive as you’d like. Download the app too to accumulate points!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I love Tropical Smoothie but this specific location is terrible. This time they made me a smoothie that was chunky (full of ice). It happens, that’s normal. But when i asked for one to be remade the young woman gave me a serious attitude. And of course the new smoothie i received was full of water. Every tropical smoothie ive gone to has been a great experience. Every time i go to this one i have a bad experience. DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION

I love this spot! Their efficient service always ensures my order is ready on time, and the consistent taste and flavor keep me coming back for more. The customer service is top-notch, and Alex always takes care of me when I'm here. If you visit, don't miss out on their delicious peanut butter cup from the lien machine. They were very busy today, it didn't deter them from taking our order. They were prompt friendly and handled the chaos very well. Food was delicious, my quesadilla was cooked just a bit too long but it was fine, it wasn't burnt. Everything else was great. 5 stars is well deserved.

The girl that helped me was pretty rude and too busy talking to her friends who didn't order anything, and I had for a while for her to take my order. I won't be back.

A great place for a light lunch....friendly staff, clean store

This place used to be great. Now you're lucky if you can get your order an hour after you place it online. The staff doesn't seem happy or eager to help in any way and you can tell they do not want to be there. Doesn't seem to have a manager there ever and if they are there, they are either in the back not helping or shouldn't be in a leadership role. Very said as this used to be my favorite place. I keep trying hoping it will get better. Not sure what has happened in the past months

Smoothies are large, and very good, except if you're really trying to be healthy you need to ask them to not add additional sugar. Found this out after frequenting this place for about 6 months 🫤

El peor servicio que me han dado en mi vida.. pido dos Smoothies y dos Sandwich, me ponen solo los batidos.. y digo bueno ‘bueno ahora me llamarán para los sandwich’ paso casi media hora pregunto por los sandwich y resulta que no los apunto! Le digo que que ok que ya me ponga uno solo, pues tengo hambre, lo apunta lo cobra… y 20 minutos después le pregunto por mi sandwich y resulta que no sabe… literal su respuesta fue “eee nose”, ya pedí que me reembolsaran y me fui! Decir que mi cuñado estuvo con diarrea y indigestión después de tomarse vuestro smoothie de cacahuete, plátano y chocolate. Si buscan café aquí no hay café! Aunque lo ponga en el nombre… nefasto! Lamentable servicio!

This is a really cute smoothie shop and they let you can customize your smoothie. 🥰

If you want to have one for lunch make sure you order by 11. I did it on my app it was not ready for 45 min. Tasted awesome though! Don't follow the sign and go to the left stay in line and let them know your there!!

Order a kiwi smoothie and told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and nobody remembered my order. Went around 12 noon.

The smoothies taste healthy and so does the food. The quality of the hot food is as good as local restaurants.

These folks work hard everyday to produce quick, healthy meals and smoothies. What a better choice than fast food and so much faster than a traditional restaurant.

I apparently can't post the picture to show how disappointing this poor excuse of a "Baja chicken wrap" is. There entire wrap consists of nothing but lettuce and avocado. No chicken. There was some rice but again. A "Baja chicken wrap" with no chicken.....

The shrimp wrap was way bigger than I expected and it actually had a lot of shrimp! They were really busy when we ordered our food but it was worth the wait. They even threw in a free bag of chips!

So minors at the the store tell me my favorite person was let go because of COVID. Ms JIng has decided that minors breaks and lunches and also their tips she takes care of. So be warned she only gives out the tips over a week period to those she likes. Minors also tell me the don't get their breaks and lunch! She clocks them in and out. One person told me a few months ago they were fired because they chose school over work. Ms JIng told them to decide. Please someone's parents file a complaint against this company or I will. I love this place! These kids need help

This review is more towards the company rather than this specific location. We ordered 2 smoothies and i guess they changed their straws to paper straws but it’s disgusting. 1. My straw broke in half opening it to put in my smoothie and 2. The straw becomes slimy and soggy after sitting in the smoothie. I love tropical smoothie and I’m definitely gonna continue to go there, but i really hope they get rid of the paper straws. Picture of the paper straw after it’s been sitting in the smoothie.
